Themulti-skill resource-constrained project scheduling problem(MS-RCPSP)is a significantmanagement science problem that extends from the resource-constrained project scheduling problem(RCPSP)and is integrated with a real project and production environment.To solve MS-RCPSP,it is an efficient method to use dispatching rules combined with a parallel scheduling mechanism to generate a scheduling scheme.This paper proposes an improved gene expression programming(IGEP)approach to explore newly dispatching rules that can broadly solve MS-RCPSP.A new backward traversal decoding mechanism,and several neighborhood operators are applied in IGEP.The backward traversal decoding mechanism dramatically reduces the space complexity in the decoding process,and improves the algorithm’s performance.Several neighborhood operators improve the exploration of the potential search space.The experiment takes the intelligent multi-objective project scheduling environment(iMOPSE)benchmark dataset as the training set and testing set of IGEP.Ten newly dispatching rules are discovered and extracted by IGEP,and eight out of ten are superior to other typical dispatching rules. 展开更多

Objectives:To provide a theoretical basis for the development of the new products of Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala couplet medicine.Methods:All prescription preparations containing Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala were collected from the Drug Standards of the Ministry of Public Health Drug Standard·Traditional Chinese Medicine Set Prescription Preparation(called Traditional Chinese Medicine Set Prescription Preparation for short).After standardization,the information of each prescription preparation was input into the Chinese Traditional Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5),and the relevant rules of the software were adopted.Data mining methods were used to analyze the frequency of drugs,main symptoms and diseases in prescriptions,and to analyze the regularity of prescriptions.The prescription rules of top 2 high frequency attending syndromes and diseases were analyzed.Results:There were total of 337 prescription preparations containing couplet medicine of Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala,107 kinds of main symptoms and 66 kinds of diseases.The high frequency syndromes were deficiency of Qi and blood and weakness of spleen and stomach,and the high frequency syndromes were anorexia and irregular menstruation.Conclusion:The couplet medicine of Poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala prescription is mainly used to treat digestive tract diseases and gynecological diseases;it mostly takes tonifying deficiency efficat.It can treat different diseases being compatible with different medicinal materials.The study can provide theoretical basis for clinical application and new drug development of the couplet medicine of Poria cocos-atractylodes macrocephala. 展开更多

To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the Industrial Internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment model.First,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the Industrial Internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative knowledge.Second,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER algorithm.According to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the Industrial Internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model parameters.This method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial explosion.Moreover,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient data.Finally,a network security situation assessment case of the Industrial Internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method.The research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex Industrial Internet systems.It can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of Industrial Internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the Industrial Internet. 展开更多

The coagulation process is one of the most important stages in water treatment plant, which involves many complex physical and chemical phenomena. Moreover, coagulant dosing rate is non-linearly correlated to raw water characteristics such as turbidity, conductivity, PH, temperature, etc. As such, coagulation reaction is hard or even impossible to control satisfactorily by conventional methods. Based on neural network and rule models, an expert system for determining the optimum chemical dosage rate is developed and used in a water treatment work, and the results of actual runs show that in the condition of satisfying the demand of drinking water quality, the usage of coagulant is lowered. 展开更多

Improving the rural living environment in rural China is one of the key tasks for the country to accomplish its goal of building a moderately prosperous society by 2020. Yunnan has highly focused on the task of the treatment of residential domestic sewage and household garbage in rural area. Many efforts and resources have been put into this field in Yunnan since 2016. Progress has been made to increase the coverage rate of the sewage and household garbage treatment facilities. Seventy-five percent of total administrative villages have built up garbage transportation system and treatment facilities. Sixty-three percent of towns have collected and treated the residential domestic sewage by constructing various scale sewage treatment stations. However, the lack of the long-acting operation mechanism and the imperfection of the charge rules for the sewage and garbage treatment facilities have become problems that would hinder the achieving of the environmental goals in Yunnan. The reasons were elaborated on the basis of the local actual situations. Therefore, it is significant to improve the charge rules and frame the long-acting operation mechanism by strengthening the governance capacity, frame an overall mechanism and encourage the mass to be involved in the improvements of the living environment in rural Yunnan. 展开更多

However, project managers are unaware of the students’ lack of experience and treat them as if they were professional staff. This paper proposes the application of a fuzzy failure mode and effects analysis model for project-based software engineering education. This method integrates the fuzzy rule-based system with learning agents. The agents construct the membership function from historical data. Data are processed by a clustering process that facilitates the construction of the membership function. It helps students who lack experience in risk assessment to develop their expertise in that skill. The paper also suggests a classification technique for a fuzzy rule-based system that can be used to judge risk based on a fuzzy inference system. The student project will thus be further enhanced with respect to risk assessment. We then discuss the design of experiments to verify the proposed model. 展开更多

目的:评价中医辨证治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效,探讨中医辨证用药规律。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究方法,选取前庭性偏头痛患者197例,根据是否采用中医辨证治疗为暴露因素,分为中药组与西药组,分别为123例与74例。观察两组治疗第4、8、12... 目的:评价中医辨证治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效,探讨中医辨证用药规律。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究方法,选取前庭性偏头痛患者197例,根据是否采用中医辨证治疗为暴露因素,分为中药组与西药组,分别为123例与74例。观察两组治疗第4、8、12周的眩晕复发率及相关结局指标。结果:治疗第4、8、12周,眩晕复发率中药组依次为14.9%、18.4%、29.7%,西药组依次为12.3%、32.8%、55.6%,其中第8、12周两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第4周,眩晕残障量表评分(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)、VAS评分改善情况西药组优于中药组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第8、12周DHI、VAS评分改善情况中药组均优于西药组(P<0.05);共收集门诊处方273首,涉及中药76味,使用频率前十位的中药依次为天麻、法半夏、柴胡、茯神、远志、茯苓、酸枣仁、煅龙骨、珍珠母、黄芩。结论:中医辨证治疗前庭性偏头痛在改善眩晕症状,控制眩晕复发方面优势明显,但起效速度方面不及西药治疗。临床用药以疏肝解郁、重镇安神为主,安神之法应贯穿治疗始终。 展开更多

目的基于数据挖掘技术探讨李德新教授治疗虚劳疾病的用药规律。方法收集、整理李德新教授临床诊疗虚劳疾病的病例,运用频数、频率、聚类分析、关联分析等方法对病例中的证型诊断和处方用药进行统计分析和数据挖掘,归纳整理后对医案数据... 目的基于数据挖掘技术探讨李德新教授治疗虚劳疾病的用药规律。方法收集、整理李德新教授临床诊疗虚劳疾病的病例,运用频数、频率、聚类分析、关联分析等方法对病例中的证型诊断和处方用药进行统计分析和数据挖掘,归纳整理后对医案数据进行科学计算。结果共纳入治疗标准医案虚劳741例,挖掘出与疾病相对应的高频症状、高频证型、高频中药,并对中药进行聚类分析得到有效配伍,同时进行症状、证型与相关中药的关联分析。结论利用数据挖掘技术,可初步揭示李德新教授临床诊疗虚劳疾病的规律,从虚劳论治,培补虚劳对于疾病的治疗具有重要意义,有助于更好地传承李德新教授的学术思想,具有较高的临床参考和学习价值。 展开更多

北京冬奥会上,我国冰上舞蹈项目取得第12名的历史最好成绩,但随着不久之后国际冰联对于花样滑冰项目规则进行的整体改革,我国在冰上舞蹈分项上也面临新的适应性考验。通过对比北京冬奥会我国冰上舞蹈组合王诗玥/柳鑫宇与前三名组合的成... 北京冬奥会上,我国冰上舞蹈项目取得第12名的历史最好成绩,但随着不久之后国际冰联对于花样滑冰项目规则进行的整体改革,我国在冰上舞蹈分项上也面临新的适应性考验。通过对比北京冬奥会我国冰上舞蹈组合王诗玥/柳鑫宇与前三名组合的成绩及具体评分情况,发现我国冰上舞蹈项目同世界顶尖水平存在一定的差距,且差距主要集中于技术动作完成的质量方面,这提示我们应从提升冰上舞蹈艺术性方面找补差距。对此,提出重视冰上舞蹈发展,提高项目扶持力度;把握表演整体性,重点加强编排质量;以完善步法为主,提升动作的艺术性;紧跟项目规则改革,找准评价的侧重点等策略。以期通过加深对于项目特征和艺术表达的理解,提高我国冰上舞蹈项目的综合竞技实力,争取在未来的国际比赛中取得更大的突破。 展开更多

基于真实世界数据的青春期异常子宫出血用药规律研究

目的:通过对女童青春期异常子宫出血患儿临床实际诊疗病例资料进行数据挖掘分析其中药治疗的用药规律。方法:基于医院信息管理系统提取2020年1月至2022年12月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院女童青春期异常子宫出血患儿的病历数据,分为止... 目的:通过对女童青春期异常子宫出血患儿临床实际诊疗病例资料进行数据挖掘分析其中药治疗的用药规律。方法:基于医院信息管理系统提取2020年1月至2022年12月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院女童青春期异常子宫出血患儿的病历数据,分为止血期和调理期2个阶段,总结归纳其辨治规律。结果:纳入止血期663例患儿,1020例病历;调理期796例患儿,2047例病历。止血期涉及中药169味,排名前5位为侧柏炭、牡丹皮、小蓟、麸炒椿皮和白芍,性味以寒、苦药为最多,归经以肝经为最多,功效以止血、补虚类药物为最多;调理期涉及中药232味,排名前5位为当归、酒女贞子、炙淫羊藿、黄芪和生地黄,性味以温、甘药最多,归经以肝、肾经为最多,功效以补虚类为最多。聚类分析分别获得4类和5类核心药物组合。结论:真实世界临床数据显示肾阴亏虚、血热内扰为青春期异常子宫出血常见证型,治则先以止血为主,待崩漏缓解后,重在调补脾肾以复旧,组方注重止血、补虚、收涩和清热等药物的配伍应用。 展开更多

为探明水电工程施工过程中物体打击事故的致因及作用关系,提出针对性的事故预防措施,从源头遏制事故发生。遴选水电工程施工物体打击事故调查报告,运用文本挖掘从人、机、环、管4个方面提取14项事故致因。融合关联规则、决策试验和评价... 为探明水电工程施工过程中物体打击事故的致因及作用关系,提出针对性的事故预防措施,从源头遏制事故发生。遴选水电工程施工物体打击事故调查报告,运用文本挖掘从人、机、环、管4个方面提取14项事故致因。融合关联规则、决策试验和评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法,厘清致因因素间的关联关系,构建重要度分析模型,确定事故近端致因因素。结果表明:水电工程物体打击事故各致因间联系紧密,其中,安全监督检查不到位、违章作业、安全防护措施不完备、安全意识淡薄等致因因素对事故发生具有直接影响作用。现场清理不彻底、安全技术交底不到位、安全教育培训不到位等是诱发事故的深层影响因素,且安全意识淡薄的中心度排名第一,对事故致因系统的影响较大,在实际施工中应着重考虑上述致因因素。 展开更多

研究目的:中吉乌铁路吉尔吉斯斯坦境内段位于天山山系南天山的西部,穿越莫尔多套山、费尔干纳山,线路跨越吐尔尕特高山区、阿尔帕高原盆地区等10个地貌单元,线路附近最高点贾曼达万山高程4 205 m,最低点贾拉拉巴德高程722 m,相对高差3 4... 研究目的:中吉乌铁路吉尔吉斯斯坦境内段位于天山山系南天山的西部,穿越莫尔多套山、费尔干纳山,线路跨越吐尔尕特高山区、阿尔帕高原盆地区等10个地貌单元,线路附近最高点贾曼达万山高程4 205 m,最低点贾拉拉巴德高程722 m,相对高差3 483 m,地形高差巨大,工程地质条件复杂,吐尔尕特至马克马尔段采用1 435 mm标准轨距、马克马尔至贾拉拉巴德南段采用1 520 mm宽轨距,线路限制坡度的选择是项目研究的重点和难点。研究结论:(1)结合线路沿线地形地质条件、承担运输货物特点、列车牵引质量、机车选型、工程投资和综合经济性,对限制坡度分段进行研究;(2)标轨段重点对18‰、20‰、24‰、25‰四个方案,宽轨段重点对18‰、20‰、24‰、27‰四个方案进行了分析研究,为降低工程投资、提高项目经济性、匹配运输组织、优化运输条件、保障运营安全性,推荐中吉乌铁路吉国境内段限制坡度采用20‰方案;(3)本研究思路和方法可为境外铁路工程建设提供参考和借鉴。 展开更多
