利用气体交换观察、叶绿素荧光分析和QB蛋白含量的测定3种方法,研究了常绿灌木珊瑚树叶片的光合作用在上海深秋初冬自然条件下的光抑制,以便确定在除光以外不存在其它环境胁迫的自然条件下光合机构的破坏是否是引起光抑制的主要原... 利用气体交换观察、叶绿素荧光分析和QB蛋白含量的测定3种方法,研究了常绿灌木珊瑚树叶片的光合作用在上海深秋初冬自然条件下的光抑制,以便确定在除光以外不存在其它环境胁迫的自然条件下光合机构的破坏是否是引起光抑制的主要原因。经过中午3h左右的强光照射以后,珊瑚树叶片的表观量子效率(AQY)和PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)明显下降,表明珊瑚树叶在自然条件下经常发生光抑制。而且,经中午强光照射以后,叶片的初始荧光(F0)下降;非光化学荧光猝灭的慢弛豫成分(qEslow)上升;光饱和的光合速率略有下降;中午光照后降低了的AQY和Fv/Fm在叶片离开强光1h以后基本恢复;模拟中午光照的强光处理对叶片的QB蛋白含量没有明显的影响。这些事实都说明这种光抑制发生的主要原因是非光辐射能量耗散的增加,光合机构的破坏即使发生,也是很轻微的。 展开更多

Distinctness,uniformity and stability(DUS)Test Guidelines for new varieties of Viburnum L.were developed according to the principles and requirements of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants(UPOV)and China.The development processes,including selection and determination of testing characteristics,determination of expression states of characteristics,selection of example varieties,determination of the order of characteristics,and assessment of distinctness,uniformity and stability,are described in this paper.There were 54 testing characteristics:24 qualitative characteristics(QL),15 quantitative characteristics(QN),15 pseudoqualitative characteristics(PQ)and 34 example varieties in the DUS Test Guidelines.Among the 54 testing characteristics,20 were asterisked and 34 were non-asterisked.Seven were selected for variety groupings and 18 were adopted in the Technical Questionnaire.The development of these DUS Test Guidelines will be useful for the application and protection of new Viburnum varieties.The Guidelines will provide technical support for DUS testing of Viburnum and serve as a reference for the development of new varieties in other countries. 展开更多

Under untreated conditions, the germination rate of Viburnum sargentii seeds is very low. By exploring the relationship between the dynamic changes of physicochemical indicators and endogenous hormones and seed germination during the dormancy and germination of Viburnum sargentii seeds, the mechanism of seed germination of Viburnum sargentii was determined, which provided a theoretical basis for its extensive promotion and development. The contents of soluble sugar and soluble starch were determined by anthrone colorimetry. The soluble protein was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 staining. The activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) was determined by NBT reduction method. The peroxidase (POD) was determined by guaiacol method. And the endogenous hormones ZA, IAA, ABA, GA3 were determined by liquid chromatography. Results show: 1) Under natural conditions, the seeds of Viburnum sargentii are difficult to germinate. 2) Under sand storage for 8 months, the germination rate of untreated seeds was 33%. Puncture and peeling treatment could significantly increase the germination rate, and the germination rate of seeds treated with puncture was 92%, and that treated with peel was 98%. 3) Seed germination was accompanied by the decrease in macromolecular substances such as soluble sugar, soluble starch, and soluble protein. 4) The dynamic changes of hormones during seed germination conform to the hypothesis of “three factors”. 5) The treatment of puncture and peeling increased the content of endogenous hormones promoting germination, decreased the endogenous hormones inhibiting seed germination, and increased the ratio of (IAA + GA + ZR)/ABA or GA/ABA. The seeds of Viburnum sargentii have obvious dormancy characteristics. Under the condition of sand storage, both pricking and peeling treatment can effectively promote the process of breaking dormancy, and the effect of peeling treatment is better. 展开更多

Viburnum odoratissimum,a landscape plant,is rich in vibsane-type diterpenes,triterpenes,monoterpenoids,sesquiterpenoids,coumarins,and lignans and so on.In the present work,network analysis was carried out to predict the potential targets of V.odoratissimum and the treatment of related diseases.13 main target proteins were predicted,as well as the diseases which might interact with the compounds from V.odoratissimum.The results showed that vibsane-type diterpenes and triterpenes had the potential to treat neoplasm-related and inflammation-related diseases,and the key target proteins were MDM2,NOS,AR,DNMT1,NR3C1,RARA and PTPN1.Among them,AR,NOS,DNMT1,NR3C1,DNMT1 and PTPN1 were also the crucial targets for triterpenes in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Besides,ALOX15,PIPN1,TLR9,MIT,DNMT1,RAC1,RTGS2,RARA and ACHE were the potential targets for coumarins and lignan in the treatment of neoplasm-related diseases.Furthermore,ESR1,AR,NOS2,NR3C1 were the primary targets for monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids because of their potential neuroprotective effects.It is noteworthy that the study of the potential targets and related diseases can provide new insights for further development of V.odoratissimum. 展开更多

通过温室盆栽试验,研究珊瑚树对土壤中镉(Cd)的耐受和富集特征。研究结果表明,珊瑚树对污染土壤中Cd具有较强的耐受能力。培养56 d内,土壤中Cd含量对珊瑚树生物量影响不明显;随着培养时间的延长(105—203 d),珊瑚树的生长明显受到土壤... 通过温室盆栽试验,研究珊瑚树对土壤中镉(Cd)的耐受和富集特征。研究结果表明,珊瑚树对污染土壤中Cd具有较强的耐受能力。培养56 d内,土壤中Cd含量对珊瑚树生物量影响不明显;随着培养时间的延长(105—203 d),珊瑚树的生长明显受到土壤中Cd的抑制作用。与对照处理(土壤中Cd含量为3.6 mg/kg)相比,培养154 d后,土壤中Cd含量为24.6 mg/kg处理下珊瑚树叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和丙二醛(MDA)含量没有明显变化;培养203 d后,土壤中Cd含量为24.6mg/kg处理下珊瑚树叶片中类胡萝卜素和MDA含量无明显变化,但叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量明显受到抑制,从而导致珊瑚树叶片的生长明显受到抑制(P<0.05)。培养203 d后,珊瑚树对土壤中Cd的富集系数和转运系数均大于1,表明珊瑚树对土壤中Cd具有一定的富集和转运能力。上述结果表明,珊瑚树对Cd污染土壤具有一定的生态修复潜力。 展开更多

Five new terpenoids,including two vibsane-type diterpenoids(1,2)and three iridoid allosides(3-5),together with eight known ones,were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Viburnum odoratissimum var.sessiliflorum.Their planar structures and relative configurations were determined by spectroscopic methods,especially 2D NMR techniques.The sugar moieties of the iridoids were confirmed asβ-D-allose by GC analysis after acid hydrolysis and acetylation.The absolute configurations of neovibsanin Q(1)and dehydrovibsanol B(2)were determined by quantum chemical calculation of their theoretical electronic circular dichroism(ECD)spectra and Rh2(OCOCF_(3))_(4)-induced ECD analysis.The anti-inflammatory activities of compounds 1,3,4,and 5 were evaluated using an LPS-induced RA W264.7 cell model.Compounds 3 suppressed the release of NO in a dose-dependent manner,with an IC_(50) value of 55.64μmol·L^(-1).The cytotoxicities of compounds 1-5 on HCT-116 cells were assessed and the results showed that compounds 2 and 3 exhibited moderate inhibitory activities with IC_(50) values of 13.8 and 12.3μmol·L^(-1),respectively. 展开更多

[目的]探究该物种扦插生根机理,便于品种的快速繁殖及应用推广。[方法]以不同扦插基质类型、激素类型及激素水平组合测定地中海荚蒾扦插后0、5、10、15和20 d 5个时期的生根情况及不同营养物质、相关酶活性和内源激素等生理指标的变化趋势。[结果]扦插基质类型、外源激素类型及浓度对荚蒾扦插生根率、生根数及根长产生了极显著差异,蛭石、珍珠岩混合基质与NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)激素组合下地中海荚蒾的生根效果最好,其生根率、生根数和根长最高。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均呈上升—下降—上升的趋势,均在插后第5天达到峰值。过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现上升—下降—再上升的趋势,多酚氧化酶(PPO)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。4种内源激素(IAA、ABA、GA_(3)、ZR)含量变化较为复杂,呈波浪型变化。[结论]蛭石、珍珠岩混合基质与NAA+IBA(500 mg/L)激素组合的处理方式适用于地中海荚蒾的扦插。该研究开展的通过外源施加物质的方法提高扦插成活率提供了理论基础,也为地中海荚蒾南种北繁起到了促进作用。 展开更多
