To achieve online automatic classification of product is a great need of e-commerce de-velopment. By analyzing the characteristics of product images, we proposed a fast supervised image classifier which is based on class-specific Pyramid Histogram Of Words (PHOW) descriptor and Im-age-to-Class distance (PHOW/I2C). In the training phase, the local features are densely sampled and represented as soft-voting PHOW descriptors, and then the class-specific descriptors are built with the means and variances of distribution of each visual word in each labelled class. For online testing, the normalized chi-square distance is calculated between the descriptor of query image and each class-specific descriptor. The class label corresponding to the least I2C distance is taken as the final winner. Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and quickness of our method in the tasks of product clas-sification. 展开更多

As a result, image search has become a very popular mechanism for the Web-searchers. Image search means, the search results are produced by the search engine should be a set of images along with their Web-page Unified Resource Locator (URL). Now Web-searcher can perform two types of image search, they are “Text to Image” and “Image to Image” search. In “Text to Image” search, search query should be a text. Based on the input text data, system will generate a set of images along with their Web-page URL as an output. On the other hand, in “Image to Image” search, search query should be an image and based on this image, system will generate a set of images along with their Web-page URL as an output. According to the current scenarios, “Text to Image” search mechanism always not returns perfect result. It matches the text data and then displays the corresponding images as an output, which is not always perfect. To resolve this problem, Web researchers have introduced the “Image to Image” search mechanism. Positive activation and negative activation of glucose metabolism can be detected in different brain regions under acupuncture conditions using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) which reveals acupoint function and location-acupoint specificity. This study observed the regional cerebral activation of the Waiguan (SJ 5) acupoint following true needling at the true Waiguan acupoint, sham needling at the true Waiguan acupoint and true needling at a sham point using fMRI. The fMRI results demonstrated that compared with sham needling, true needling at Waiguan activated the BA8 area and left cerebellum. Compared with needling at the sham point, needling at Waiguan activated the BA2 area, the left cerebellum and the right inferior semilunar lobule. Thus the activated brain areas caused by needling Waiguan may be the basis for treatment of certain diseases. 展开更多

At present, the specificity of meridians and acupoints has been studied using functional brain imaging techniques from many standpoints, including meridians, acupoints, and sham acupoints, as well as different meridians and acupoints, coordination of acupoints, and factors influencing meridian and acupoint specificity Preliminary experimental data have demonstrated that acupuncture at meridians and acupoints is specific with regard to brain neural information. However, research findings are contradictory, which may be related to brain functional complexity, resolution of functional brain imaging techniques, and experimental design. Future studies should further improve study method, and should strictly control experimental conditions to better analyze experimental data and acquire more beneficial data. Because of its many advantages, the functional brain imaging technique is a promising method for studying meridian and acupoint specificity. 展开更多

This paper presents a preprocessing technique that can provide the improved quality of image robust to illumination changes. First, in order to enhance the image contrast, we proposed new adaptive histogram transformation combining histogram equalization and histogram specification. Here, by examining the characteristic of histogram distribution shape, we determine the appropriate target distribution. Next, applying the histogram equalization with an image histogram, we have obtained the uniform distribution of pixel values, and then we have again carried out the histogram transformation using an inverse of target distribution function. Finally we have conducted various experiments that can enhance the quality of image by applying our method with various standard images. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve moderately good image enhancement results. 展开更多

The liver is one of the organs most commonly involved in metastatic disease,especially due to its unique vascularization.It’s well known that liver metastases represent the most common hepatic malignant tumors.From a practical point of view,it’s of utmost importance to evaluate the presence of liver metastases when staging oncologic patients,to select the best treatment possible,and finally to predict the overall prognosis.In the past few years,imaging techniques have gained a central role in identifying liver metastases,thanks to ultrasonography,contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).All these techniques,especially CT and MRI,can be considered the noninvasive reference standard techniques for the assessment of liver involvement by metastases.On the other hand,the liver can be affected by different focal lesions,sometimes benign,and sometimes malignant.On these bases,radiologists should face the differential diagnosis between benign and secondary lesions to correctly allocate patients to the best management.Considering the above-mentioned principles,it’s extremely important to underline and refresh the broad spectrum of liver metastases features that can occur in everyday clinical practice.This review aims to summarize the most common imaging features of liver metastases,with a special focus on typical and atypical appearance,by using MRI. 展开更多

Functional brain imaging studies of the specificity of acupoint stimulation have revealed that needling at particular acupoints can induce activation of corresponding brain areas, examined in physiological and pathological states. The present study examined Waiguan (SJ 5) as the acupoint of interest. We tested five conditions: a true needling at true acupoint group, a sham needling at true acupoint group, a true needling at sham acupoint group, a sham needling at sham acupoint group, and a healthy control group. We examined changes in glucose metabolism in different functional cortical regions to determine the specific brain activation elicited by acupuncture at Waiguan. The results revealed that true and sham acupuncture at the same acupoint activated different brain regions. In addition, applying acupuncture at a genuine acupoint and a neighboring sham acupoint activated different brain regions. These findings suggest that acupuncture at Waiguan causes activation in some brain regions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Major depressive disorder(MDD)tends to have a high incidence and high suicide risk.Electroconvulsive therapy(ECT)is currently a relatively effective treatment for MDD.However,the mechanism of efficacy of ECT is still unclear.AIM To investigate the changes in the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations in specific frequency bands in patients with MDD after ECT.METHODS Twenty-two MDD patients and fifteen healthy controls(HCs)were recruited to this study.MDD patients received 8 ECT sessions with bitemporal placement.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging was adopted to examine regional cerebellar blood flow in both the MDD patients and HCs.The MDD patients were scanned twice(before the first ECT session and after the eighth ECT session)to acquire data.Then,the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)was computed to characterize the intrinsic neural oscillations in different bands(typical frequency,slow-5,and slow-4 bands).RESULTS Compared to before ECT(pre-ECT),we found that MDD patients after the eighth ECT(post-ECT)session had a higher ALFF in the typical band in the right middle frontal gyrus,posterior cingulate,right supramarginal gyrus,left superior frontal gyrus,and left angular gyrus.There was a lower ALFF in the right superior temporal gyrus.Compared to pre-ECT values,the ALFF in the slow-5 band was significantly increased in the right limbic lobe,cerebellum posterior lobe,right middle orbitofrontal gyrus,and frontal lobe in post-ECT patients,whereas the ALFF in the slow-5 band in the left sublobar region,right angular gyrus,and right frontal lobe was lower.In contrast,significantly higher ALFF in the slow-4 band was observed in the frontal lobe,superior frontal gyrus,parietal lobe,right inferior parietal lobule,and left angular gyrus.CONCLUSION Our results suggest that the abnormal ALFF in pre-and post-ECT MDD patients may be associated with specific frequency bands. 展开更多

The proposed retrieval approach not only satisfies thetransformational invariance, butalso attains the quantitative comparison of matching. 目的基于双中心数据,探讨前列腺影像报告和数据系统2.1版(PI-RADS v2.1)联合前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)在前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)灰区(4~10 ng/ml)患者中对临床显著性前列腺癌(csPCa)的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2022年... 目的基于双中心数据,探讨前列腺影像报告和数据系统2.1版(PI-RADS v2.1)联合前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)在前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)灰区(4~10 ng/ml)患者中对临床显著性前列腺癌(csPCa)的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2022年5月解放军总医院第一医学中心(中心一)和解放军总医院第六医学中心(中心二)行多参数磁共振成像且具备病理结果的PSA灰区前列腺疾病患者的临床及影像资料。将中心一患者作为训练组(220例),中心二患者作为测试组(50例)。训练组应用Logistic回归确定csPCa的独立预测因素,并分析多参数组合对csPCa的诊断效能,在测试组进行验证。结果训练组csPCa和非csPCa组前列腺体积、PSAD、PI-RADS v2.1评分差异有统计学意义(Z=-6.468、6.589、75.676,P均<0.001);Logistic回归分析显示PI-RADS v2.1评分和PSAD是csPCa的独立危险因素(P均<0.001)。训练组和测试组PI-RADS v2.1+PSAD组成的Logistic回归模型预测PSA灰区csPCa的曲线下面积为0.860(95%CI 0.808~0.903)、0.906(95%CI 0.790~0.970);Logistic回归模型的曲线下面积高于PI-RADS v2.1和PSAD,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。当PI-RADS v2.1评分为低或中危组且PSAD<0.15 ng/ml^(2)时,训练组和测试组的csPCa检出率较低。结论PI-RADS v2.1评分和PSAD是预测PSA灰区csPCa的独立危险因素,两者联合应用对PSA灰区csPCa的诊断效能优于两者单独应用,有助于临床活检决策。 展开更多

探讨单层动态匀场弥散加权成像在提高直肠癌图像质量的应用

目的评估酰胺质子转移(APT)成像联合前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)衍生指标,建立列线图模型预测灰区前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2021年6月—2024年3月在我院行前列腺MRI检查的患者临床及影像资料,根据纳入和排除标准进行筛选后,最终纳... 目的评估酰胺质子转移(APT)成像联合前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)衍生指标,建立列线图模型预测灰区前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2021年6月—2024年3月在我院行前列腺MRI检查的患者临床及影像资料,根据纳入和排除标准进行筛选后,最终纳入128例,其中前列腺癌30例,前列腺增生98例。比较两组患者年龄、PSA及其衍生指标、APT最大值(APT_(max))、APT平均值(APT_(mean))、APT最小值(APT_(min))。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析确定诊断灰区前列腺癌的独立预测指标,并建立列线图模型。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估上述参数的诊断效能并计算曲线下面积(AUC)。结果两组患者体积及前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)差异均有统计学意义。前列腺癌组APT_(max)、APT_(mean)、APT_(min)值[(3.63±1.01)%、(2.60±0.857)%、(1.53±0.916)%]均大于增生组[(2.82±0.803)%、(1.95±0.092)%、(0.956±0.758)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.004)。前列腺体积、PSAD、APT_(max)、APT_(min)值均是预测前列腺癌的独立危险因素,诊断灰区前列腺癌的AUC分别为0.781、0.762、0.772、0.731。列线图模型对灰区前列腺癌的诊断AUC值为0.856,高于各独立预测指标。结论APT_(max)、APT_(min)值联合前列腺体积、PSAD建立的列线图模型预测灰区前列腺癌具有较高的诊断价值,优于单独指标。 展开更多

目的分析磁共振(MRI)多参数成像联合血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)对前列腺癌根治术后局部复发的诊断价值。方法回顾性收集2018年1月至2022年12月于四川省中西医结合医院行前列腺癌根治术的243例患者临床资料,根据术后1年是否发生局部复发... 目的分析磁共振(MRI)多参数成像联合血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)对前列腺癌根治术后局部复发的诊断价值。方法回顾性收集2018年1月至2022年12月于四川省中西医结合医院行前列腺癌根治术的243例患者临床资料,根据术后1年是否发生局部复发,将其分为局部复发组(n=22)和未复发组(n=221)。记录磁共振弥散成像(DWI)评分、动态对比增强MRI(DCE-MRI)评分及总风险评分,比较两组临床资料、表观扩散系数(ADC)值、DWI评分、DCE-MRI评分、总风险评分及血清PSA水平差异,使用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析ADC值、总风险评分、血清PSA对前列腺癌根治术后局部复发的诊断价值。结果两组年龄、术前前列腺体积、体重指数及吸烟史比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复发组临床分期、血清PSA水平及Gleason、DWI、DCE-MRI、总风险评分均高于未复发组(P<0.05),ADC值低于未复发组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,ADC值、总风险评分及血清PSA对前列腺癌根治术后局部复发均具有较高的诊断价值(AUC=0.742、0.965、0.940,P<0.05)。结论基于DCE-MRI和DWI的总风险评分与血清PSA水平对前列腺癌根治术后局部复发诊断均有利,二者联合诊断应用价值较高。 展开更多

目的探讨MRI功能成像联合血清学对鉴别前列腺病变性质的临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年7月至2023年7月延安市人民医院收治的疑似前列腺癌(PCa)患者120例,均为男性,均行3.0T MRI常规扫描、弥散加权成像(DWI)扫描、磁共振波谱(MRS)成像... 目的探讨MRI功能成像联合血清学对鉴别前列腺病变性质的临床意义。方法回顾性选取2021年7月至2023年7月延安市人民医院收治的疑似前列腺癌(PCa)患者120例,均为男性,均行3.0T MRI常规扫描、弥散加权成像(DWI)扫描、磁共振波谱(MRS)成像扫描及病理检查。根据病理结果,将患者分为PCa组(53例)及良性组(67例)。PCa组年龄(63.19±4.72)岁,良性组年龄(61.75±4.54)岁。比较两组血清游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)水平、总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)水平、MRI功能成像结果、病理结果及不同检查方式的诊断效能。采用独立样本t检验和χ^(2)检验。结果PCa组血清fPSA、tPSA水平均高于良性组(均P<0.05);MRI常规扫描诊断灵敏度为69.81%(37/53)、特异度为83.58%(56/67)、准确率为77.50%(93/120),DWI诊断灵敏度为75.47%(40/53)、特异度为88.06%(59/67)、准确率为82.50%(99/120),MRS诊断灵敏度为73.58%(39/53)、特异度为86.57%(58/67)、准确率为80.83%(97/120),血清学诊断灵敏度为71.70%(38/53)、特异度为86.57%(58/67)、准确率为80.00%(96/120),联合诊断灵敏度为94.34%(50/53)、特异度为83.58%(56/67)、准确率为88.33%(106/120);联合诊断灵敏度、阳性预测值均高于MRI功能成像、血清学单独应用,漏诊率低于MRI功能成像、血清学单独应用(均P<0.05)。结论MRI功能成像联合血清学对PCa具有一定诊断价值,可作为临床鉴别前列腺病变性质的有效检查方式。 展开更多

目的 利用磁共振常规扫描及扩散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)定量评估慢性非特异性下腰痛(chronic nonspecific low back pain, CNLBP)患者腰椎旁肌的结构改变,为临床诊治CNLBP提供参考依据。方法 收集2022年5月至2023... 目的 利用磁共振常规扫描及扩散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)定量评估慢性非特异性下腰痛(chronic nonspecific low back pain, CNLBP)患者腰椎旁肌的结构改变,为临床诊治CNLBP提供参考依据。方法 收集2022年5月至2023年3月就诊于重庆医科大学附属永川医院CNLBP患者45例(CNLBP组),同期招募健康志愿者28例(对照组),进行磁共振矢状位及轴位T2WI、DTI扫描,在L3/4、L4/5、L5/S1椎间盘中心层面的轴位T2WI及DTI图像上测得双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌功能横截面积(functional cross sectional area, FCSA)、脂肪浸润率(fatty infiltration rate, FIR)、各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy, FA)及表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient, ADC)值。同时使用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale, VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index, ODI)量表评估患者疼痛和功能障碍程度,分析CNLBP组与对照组之间一般资料(年龄、性别、身高、体质量、BMI)及双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌相对功能横截面积(relative functional cross sectional area, RFCSA)、FIR、FA及ADC值的差异。运用多元线性回归分析年龄、性别、BMI及下腰痛与双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌FIR的相关性。采用Spearman检验VAS、ODI评分与双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌RFCSA、FIR、FA、ADC值的相关性。结果 CNLBP组与对照组的一般资料差异无统计学意义。与对照组比较,CNLBP组双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌RFCSA减小,但差异无统计学意义;CNLBP组双侧多裂肌、竖脊肌FIR增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄与FIR呈正相关,BMI与FIR不具有相关性,女性、下腰痛患者更易发生脂肪浸润。Spearman检验结果显示,ODI评分与双侧多裂肌及竖脊肌RFCSA呈显著负相关(P<0.05),VAS、ODI评分均与双侧多裂肌及竖脊肌FIR呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。CNLBP组双侧多裂肌及竖脊肌FA值降低、ADC值增高,L3/4节段右侧多裂肌FA及L4/5、L5/S1节段双侧多裂肌FA值、ADC值,L4/5、L5/S1节段双侧竖脊肌FA值及L5/S1节段双侧竖脊肌ADC值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性非特异性下腰痛患者腰椎旁肌可出现肌肉萎缩、脂肪浸润增加及肌纤维结构的改变,多模态MRI技术可以观察和定量评估肌肉的结构改变。 展开更多

目的分析动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)参数联合血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平对前列腺癌分化程度的鉴别价值。方法回顾性分析2020年3月至2023年1月安阳市人民医院收治的148例前列腺癌患者的临床资料,患者均在治疗前行DCE-MRI检查及血清... 目的分析动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)参数联合血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平对前列腺癌分化程度的鉴别价值。方法回顾性分析2020年3月至2023年1月安阳市人民医院收治的148例前列腺癌患者的临床资料,患者均在治疗前行DCE-MRI检查及血清PSA水平检测。根据Gleason评分将前列腺癌患者分为低分化组(评分≥8分)和中高分化组(评分<8分),比较两组患者DCE-MRI参数[速率常数(K_(ep))、转运常数(K^(trans))、血管外细胞外容积分数(V_(e))]和血清PSA水平,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析DCE-MRI参数联合血清PSA水平对前列腺癌分化程度的鉴别价值。结果低分化组K_(ep)、K^(trans)及V_(e)和血清PSA水平均高于中高分化组(P<0.05);DCE-MRI参数联合鉴别的灵敏度、特异度、曲线下面积(AUC)分别为85.00%、67.05%、0.793;DCE-MRI参数和血清PSA水平联合鉴别的灵敏度、特异度、AUC分别为80.00%、88.64%、0.872。结论低分化前列腺癌相较于中高分化前列腺癌K_(ep)、K^(trans)、V_(e)和血清PSA水平更高,且上述指标联合鉴别效能良好,可在临床推广使用。 展开更多

目的探究血清肿瘤标志物神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)和计算机断层扫描(CT)在肺结节良、恶性诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性研究2020年6月至2021年6月于我院经病理检查确诊的肺结节患者396例,比较患者肺... 目的探究血清肿瘤标志物神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)和计算机断层扫描(CT)在肺结节良、恶性诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性研究2020年6月至2021年6月于我院经病理检查确诊的肺结节患者396例,比较患者肺部良、恶性结节的CT影像特征和血清肿瘤标志物NSE、CYFRA21-1水平的差异,分析血清NSE和CYFRA21-1水平与CT影像在区分肺结节良、恶性的临床性能。结果肺恶性结节患者的CT征象中磨玻璃或混合密度结节、分叶征、毛刺征的发生率明显高于良性结节,结节直径较大。肺恶性结节患者的血清肿瘤标志物NSE和CYFRA21-1水平显著升高(P<0.05)。NSE、CYFRA21-1与CT影像联合检测的灵敏度为78.60%,特异性为83.43%,明显高于肿瘤标志物性能。结论血清NSE、CYFRA21-1联合CT检测,对于良、恶性肺结节的诊断具有更高的临床诊断性能。 展开更多
