大多数关于企业家思想的研究都聚焦于企业家思想与战略历程的关系,本文着眼于企业家思想对企业内部机制的影响,以万达企业家王健林为案例分析对象,得出主要结论:企业家思想以制度和文化为双元途径影响员工管理模式,其中制度途径通过规范化强制性约束发挥作用,文化途径通过氛围化的渐进性影响发挥作用,对企业家思想的理论研究进行了补充。
