Semi_weight function method is developed to solve the plane problem of two bonded dissimilar materials containing a crack along the bond. From equilibrium equation, stress and strain relationship, conditions of continuity across interface and free crack surface, the stress and displacement fields were obtained. The eigenvalue of these fields is lambda. Semi_weight functions were obtained as virtual displacement and stress fields with eigenvalue?_lambda. Integral expression of fracture parameters, K Ⅰ and K Ⅱ, were obtained from reciprocal work theorem with semi_weight functions and approximate displacement and stress values on any integral path around crack tip. The calculation results of applications show that the semi_weight function method is a simple, convenient and high precision calculation method. 展开更多

A radial crack emanating from a semi-circular notch is of significant engineering importance. Accurate determination of key fracture mechanics parameters is essential for damage tolerance design and fatigue crack growth life predictions. The purpose of this paper is to provide an efficient and accurate closed-form weight function approach to the calculation of crack surface displacements for a radial crack emanating from a semi-circular notch in a semi-infinite plate. Results are presented for two load conditions: remote applied stress and uniform stress segment applied to crack surfaces. Based on a correction of stress intensity factor ratio, highly accurate analytical equations of crack surface displacements under the two load conditions are developed by fitting the data obtained with the weight function method. It is demonstrated that the Wu- Carlsson closed-form weight functions are very efficient, accurate and easy-to-use for calculating crack surface displacements for arbitrary load conditions. The method will facilitate fatigue crack closure and other fracture mechanics analyses where accurate crack surface displacements are required. 展开更多

The meshless method is a new numerical technique presented in recent years.It uses the moving least square(MLS)approximation as a shape function.The smoothness of the MLS approximation is determined by that of the basic function and of the weight function,and is mainly determined by that of the weight function.Therefore,the weight function greatly affects the accuracy of results obtained.Different kinds of weight functions,such as the spline function, the Gauss function and so on,are proposed recently by many researchers.In the present work,the features of various weight functions are illustrated through solving elasto-static problems using the local boundary integral equation method.The effect of various weight functions on the accuracy, convergence and stability of results obtained is also discussed.Examples show that the weight function proposed by Zhou Weiyuan and Gauss and the quartic spline weight function are better than the others if parameters c and α in Gauss and exponential weight functions are in the range of reasonable values,respectively,and the higher the smoothness of the weight function,the better the features of the solutions. 展开更多

The equation of stress intensity factors(SIF) of internally pressurized thick-walled cylinder was used as the reference case. SIF equation of rotating thick-walled cylinder containing a radial crack along the internal bore was presented in weight function method. The weight function formulas were worked out and can be used for all kinds of depth of cracks, rotating speed, material, size of thick-walled cylinder to calculate the stress intensity factors. The results indicated the validity and effectiveness of these formulas. Meanwhile, the rules of the stress intensity factors in rotating thick-walled cylinder with the change of crack depths and the ratio of outer radius to inner radius were studied. The multiple patterns of internal solitary wave interactions(ISWI)are a complex oceanic phenomenon.Satellite remote sensing techniques indirectly detect these ISWI,but do not provide information on their detailed structure and dynamics.Recently,the authors considered a three-layer fluid with shear flow and developed a(2+1)Kadomtsev-Petviashvili(KP)model that is capable of describing five types of oceanic ISWI,including O-type,P-type,TO-type,TP-type,and Y-shaped.Deep learning models,particularly physics-informed neural networks(PINN),are widely used in the field of fluids and internal solitary waves.However,the authors find that the amplitude of internal solitary waves is much smaller than the wavelength and the ISWI occur at relatively large spatial scales,and these characteristics lead to an imbalance in the loss function of the PINN model.To solve this problem,the authors introduce two weighted loss function methods,the fixed weighing and the adaptive weighting methods,to improve the PINN model.This successfully simulated the detailed structure and dynamics of ISWI,with simulation results corresponding to the satellite images.In particular,the adaptive weighting method can automatically update the weights of different terms in the loss function and outperforms the fixed weighting method in terms of generalization ability. 展开更多

The solution was obtained by using the finite element method based on the basic equation of a traditional two-electrode electromagnetic flowmeter. The two-dimensional distribution of the weight function of the electromagnetic flowmeter obtained was verified by the analytical solution. Three-dimensional distribution of the weight function was also presented in the paper. It can be employed to analyze the sensitivity and linearity of the electromagnetic flowmeter with non-uniform magnetic field, and even to assist the design of the excitation coil pair. 展开更多

基于FSRce模型的机电产品绿色概念设计方案生成方法

针对部分机电产品在概念设计阶段未综合考虑客户和环境的需求,进而影响产品详细设计的问题,提出了一种基于功能—结构—客户和环境需求(function‒structure‒requirements of customer and environment,FSRce)模型的机电产品绿色概念设... 针对部分机电产品在概念设计阶段未综合考虑客户和环境的需求,进而影响产品详细设计的问题,提出了一种基于功能—结构—客户和环境需求(function‒structure‒requirements of customer and environment,FSRce)模型的机电产品绿色概念设计方案生成方法。首先,从案例库中选择合适的功能和结构对现有产品设计树中的节点进行扩展和关联;同时通过数据挖掘、专家打分等方法获得产品的客户和环境需求重要度,以构建基于FSRce模型的产品概念设计空间。然后,先利用加权区间粗糙数法对客户和环境需求重要度进行分析,得到需求相对重要度,再运用模糊质量功能展开(fuzzy quality function deployment,FQFD)将需求相对重要度转化为产品的工程特性权重。最后,利用物元理论构建基于工程特性的产品物元域和各结构物元集,并结合工程特性权重得到各结构的满意度分值,通过比较满意度优选得到满足客户和环境需求的产品概念设计方案。以某小型工业吹风机为例,基于上述方法对其概念设计方案进行优化。相比于原始方案,优化后的吹风机在能源消耗上降低了15.38%,在碳排放上降低了15.32%,且客户满意度提高了44.66%,由此验证了所提出方法的可行性与有效性。所提出的方法为机电产品概念设计方案的生成提供了一种新思路,能更好地辅助设计人员实现对机电产品的绿色设计。 展开更多

铆钉搭接结构是典型的多位置损伤敏感结构,容易在多个铆钉孔边萌生疲劳裂纹,进而威胁飞机结构安全。由于裂纹个数、位置和大小随机多变,铆钉与平板间存在复杂的接触关系。为高效、准确计算多铆钉搭接板的应力强度因子以进行裂纹扩展寿... 铆钉搭接结构是典型的多位置损伤敏感结构,容易在多个铆钉孔边萌生疲劳裂纹,进而威胁飞机结构安全。由于裂纹个数、位置和大小随机多变,铆钉与平板间存在复杂的接触关系。为高效、准确计算多铆钉搭接板的应力强度因子以进行裂纹扩展寿命分析,提出针对搭接结构复杂裂纹问题的权函数分析方法。首先,对多铆钉搭接板的复杂裂纹构型进行合理简化分类,利用其对应的权函数求解应力强度因子。然后,采用有限元分析计算含裂纹多铆钉搭接板的应力强度因子以验证权函数法的计算精度。最后,将经验证的权函数分析方法结合Paris裂纹扩展公式,对铆钉搭接结构进行疲劳裂纹扩展分析,并通过试验验证分析方法的有效性。结果表明,采用权函数法计算的应力强度因子与完全采用有限元方法计算的应力强度因子的相对差别小于5%,分析预测的裂纹扩展寿命与试验结果吻合良好,且计算效率比完全采用有限元法快3个数量级,进而为铆钉连接结构孔边裂纹的应力强度因子和疲劳裂纹扩展分析提供了一个有效方法。 展开更多

反复裂变几率(IFP)方法广泛应用于求解k特征值对连续能量核数据的灵敏度系数,然而IFP方法存在内存占用大的问题,因此CLUTCH方法被提出以解决该问题。但对于大规模问题,如压水堆全堆问题,基于网格的CLUTCH(CLUTCH-Mesh)方法存在权重函数... 反复裂变几率(IFP)方法广泛应用于求解k特征值对连续能量核数据的灵敏度系数,然而IFP方法存在内存占用大的问题,因此CLUTCH方法被提出以解决该问题。但对于大规模问题,如压水堆全堆问题,基于网格的CLUTCH(CLUTCH-Mesh)方法存在权重函数不易收敛的问题。本文采用函数展开计数(FET)方法对CLUTCH方法中的权重函数进行统计(CLUTCH-FET)以解决该问题,函数展开计数选取的基函数是勒让德多项式。本文在蒙特卡罗粒子输运计算程序NECP-MCX中实现了IFP、CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET 3种方法,以IFP方法的计算结果作为参考解,对CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET方法的精度和效率进行了验证。数值结果表明:对于小规模问题,如Godiva和Flattop问题,CLUTCH-Mesh和CLUTCH-FET方法具有与IFP方法相当的精度,且计算效率较IFP方法更高;对于大规模问题,如AP1000全堆问题,CLUTCH-Mesh方法的计算精度下降,而CLUTCH-FET方法可保持较高的精度和计算效率,CLUTCH-FET方法的品质因子较IFP方法和CLUTCH-Mesh方法分别最多提高了5.2和6.0倍。 展开更多

秦岭南坡不同林分类型枯落物层和土壤层水文功能综合评价

为探究秦岭地区典型林分下枯落物层和土壤层水文功能差异,采用室内浸水法、环刀法定量研究秦岭火地塘林区油松林、锐齿栎林和华北落叶松林下枯落物层和土壤层持水特征,并借助主成分分析法、熵权法综合评价其水文功能。结果表明:1)3个林... 为探究秦岭地区典型林分下枯落物层和土壤层水文功能差异,采用室内浸水法、环刀法定量研究秦岭火地塘林区油松林、锐齿栎林和华北落叶松林下枯落物层和土壤层持水特征,并借助主成分分析法、熵权法综合评价其水文功能。结果表明:1)3个林分下枯落物层厚度和蓄积量分别为3.11~7.44 cm和5.58~10.02 t·hm^(-2),其中锐齿栎林枯落物厚度最大,而华北落叶松林蓄积量最高;2)枯落物层自然含水率、最大持水率、最大持水量和有效拦蓄量分别为12.54%~102.59%、185.93%~557.7%、14.41~17.8 t·hm^(-2)和7.66~14.34 t·hm^(-2),其中锐齿栎林的最大持水量和有效拦蓄量最大,华北落叶松林则在枯落物自然含水率及最大持水率上表现最佳;3)3个林分下土壤容重均随着土层深度的增加而增加,其值为0.89~1.21 g·cm^(-3),油松林的土壤储水量最低,华北落叶松林下的土壤总孔隙度和毛管孔隙度则最大,0~40 cm土层最大持水量依次为华北落叶松林(257 mm)>锐齿栎林(234 mm)>油松林(231 mm)。通过熵权法综合评价,锐齿栎林在枯落物拦蓄能力方面表现最佳,而华北落叶松林土壤层的持水功能最优,因此建议在今后的森林管理中合理优化树种配置,以更好地发挥其水源涵养功能。 展开更多

可形变图像配准是图像处理领域中一个非常重要的课题,是计算机视觉中最基本的问题之一,也是医学图像分析的一个难题。文中研究了两幅单模态灰度图像之间的图像配准问题,充分考虑了参考图像的边缘信息,提出了一个新的基于加权有界形变函... 可形变图像配准是图像处理领域中一个非常重要的课题,是计算机视觉中最基本的问题之一,也是医学图像分析的一个难题。文中研究了两幅单模态灰度图像之间的图像配准问题,充分考虑了参考图像的边缘信息,提出了一个新的基于加权有界形变函数的可形变图像配准模型。首次提出了加权的有界形变函数空间,给出了该空间的定义及相关结论,并从理论上证明了所提模型解的存在性。同时,利用梯度下降法设计了有效的算法进行数值求解,分别在合成图像和医学图像上进行数值实验。实验结果和定量评估结果表明,与对比模型相比,所提模型由于引入了控制函数且将加权有界形变函数作为正则项,得到了更精确的配准结果,特别是在图像边缘及一些细节处配准效果有明显提高。 展开更多

建立焊接分析有限元模型,对顶板-纵肋双面焊构造的焊接过程进行数值模拟,拟合得到顶板焊趾细节沿板厚方向分布的横向残余应力分布经验公式;建立钢桥面板断裂力学数值模型,结合统一的权函数表达式,推导适用于顶板焊趾处裂纹最深点和表面... 建立焊接分析有限元模型,对顶板-纵肋双面焊构造的焊接过程进行数值模拟,拟合得到顶板焊趾细节沿板厚方向分布的横向残余应力分布经验公式;建立钢桥面板断裂力学数值模型,结合统一的权函数表达式,推导适用于顶板焊趾处裂纹最深点和表面点应力强度因子的新权函数,并将权函数计算的应力强度因子与有限元计算的应力强度因子进行对比。研究结果表明:顶板-纵肋双面焊顶板焊趾处残余应力沿板厚方向处于拉—压—拉状态,呈正弦函数分布;在二次应力分布下,权函数法与有限元法计算所得顶板焊趾处裂纹最深点应力强度因子最大相对误差为7.4%,表面点应力强度因子最大相对误差为4.1%;在焊接残余应力场下,权函数法与有限元法计算所得顶板焊趾处裂纹最深点应力强度因子最大相对误差为7.6%,表面点应力强度因子最大相对误差为8.6%;权函数法能有效计算钢桥面板-肋双面焊顶板焊趾处疲劳裂纹应力强度因子。 展开更多

基坑工程是地下空间建设的主要开发形式。为了更加科学合理地开发城市地下空间,在对郑州市已有地质资料梳理的基础上,构建适用于中层基坑工程的地质环境适宜性评价指标体系,采用多目标线性加权函数法对郑州市中层基坑工程地质环境适宜... 基坑工程是地下空间建设的主要开发形式。为了更加科学合理地开发城市地下空间,在对郑州市已有地质资料梳理的基础上,构建适用于中层基坑工程的地质环境适宜性评价指标体系,采用多目标线性加权函数法对郑州市中层基坑工程地质环境适宜性进行综合评价。研究结果表明:郑州市中层基坑工程地质环境适宜性评价指标可划分为5大类13个指标,其中基坑稳定性、潜水水位埋深、含水层富水性对评价结果的影响较大。综合评价结果中适宜性好区位于京广铁路以西,适宜性中等区分布在京广铁路以东、东风渠以南、京广高速铁路以西的区域,适宜性差区分布在龙湖附近及京广高速铁路以东的区域内,禁止建设区沿水库、南水北调工程、铁路、地下文物分布。评价结果表明郑州市中层基坑工程开发条件整体适宜性中等。郑州市中层基坑工程地质环境适宜性评价工作适用性较强,可为郑州市地下空间开发利用规划提供技术支撑,且评价指标体系可用于地质条件类似的城市的地下空间地质环境适宜性评价工作中。 展开更多

随着机器人技术的普及,其在生活、工业和服务领域的应用广泛增加。在实际应用中,机器人执行加工作业任务时常受外部因素或系统误差影响,导致运动轨迹偏离预期路径,影响任务完成效果。文章旨在研究工业打磨机器人机械臂运动过程中因误差... 随着机器人技术的普及,其在生活、工业和服务领域的应用广泛增加。在实际应用中,机器人执行加工作业任务时常受外部因素或系统误差影响,导致运动轨迹偏离预期路径,影响任务完成效果。文章旨在研究工业打磨机器人机械臂运动过程中因误差与物理因素偏离原定轨迹的问题,重点关注优化机械臂运动偏离距离补偿。研究包括使用局部加权法调整偏离距离,降低测量误差影响,同时提出物理影响函数,考虑转动惯量、动摩擦及离心力等物理条件因子对偏离距离影响。研究结果显示,打磨机器人机械臂加工圆角倒角时,偏离距离预补偿算法使偏离距离误差从初始未修正的约0.22~0.83 mm减少至0.02~0.34 mm,且偏离浮动幅度减少了约52.46%,对提高打磨机器人工作效率和减少偏离误差具有重要意义。 展开更多
