It was honored by World Native Culture Fund as One of the Eighteen Ecological and Cultural Conservations in the World. The prototypical ethnic culture of Southeast of Guizhou, as a stable life-style and economic culture type of the local people, came into being in the process of the local minorities' communicating, blending and struggling against the natural environment in the long course of history. It could be seen from this research that there were our preliminary research that there are quite abundant resources in Southeast of Guizhou in terms of prototypical ethnic cultures and genetic diversity of glutinous rice. A full reflection of the culture of Glutinous Rice could be seen in the local minority people's daily life, production, custom, religious belief, etc. These showed that the formation and great vitality of the genetic diversity of glutinous rice was not only determined by the diversity of local prototypical ethnic cultures but also to its own biotic condition and its adaptation to natural ecology. It was showed that prototypical ethnic cultures had positive impact on the conservation and utilization of Glutinous Rice diversity.展开更多

Thirty-seven (sub-) haplogroups were identified in the classification tree of mtDNA haplogroups. Haplogroup distributions and principal component (PC) analysis showed that the Dong has high frequencies of south-prevalent haplogroups, which indicates that it is a typically southern population. The Yi harbors high frequencies of the south-prevalent and northern-prevalent haplogroups, which demonstrates that it inherits the maternal characteristics from both southern and northern populations. The Yi and Gelao cluster together, the reason for which might be that their ancestries frequently underwent gene exchanges and mixtures.展开更多

The elongate, cylindrical body is composed of many homologous metameres with a true coelom and coelomic pouches. The mouth is at the front of the first segment and the anus at the end of body. A long 11th or 12th segment is probably functionally for procreation, being a clitellum. There are parapodia on the venter of the segments from the rear of the second segment to the front of the clitellum. The setae on all metameres, on the parapodia, and around the anus, differ. In the centre of body, a line probably represents the alimentary canal passing through the body from mouth to anus. A closed vascular system consists of a dorsal vessel at least. W. jiankouensis might represent the oldest discovered 'modern' annelid but it is not a primitive type. It lived on the depositional surface of a shallow sea with an environment of calm-water and abundant light.展开更多

In order to investigate genesis of the phosphorites, their REE compositions were analyzed by using inductively coupled plasma emission mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method. For comparison, phosphorites from the Lower Cambrian black rock series in Southern China, such as Zunyi in Guizhou and Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province, were also analyzed. The analytical data show that: (1) Xinhua phosphorites possess a quite high and greatly varied total rare earth elements (ΣREE), which varying between 164.23×10-6 and 1395.01×10-6 with average of 642.54×10-6, remarkable differentiation between light (LREE) and heavy rare earth elements (HREE), and the ΣLREE/ΣHREE ratios varying between 5.04 and 6.52. The ΣREE and ΣLREE/ΣHREE ratios of the Zunyi and Zhangjiajie phosphorites are 156.69×10-6~637.41×10-6 with average of 431 75×10-6 and 3.17~6.95 with average of 4.37 respectively; (2) All the phosphorites from Xinhua, Zunyi and Zhangjiajie show remarkable negative Ce anomalies. Besides, the Xinhua phosphorites possess lower δCe, which varying between 0.26 and 0.53 with average of 0.35, while δCe of the Zunyi and Zhangjiajie phosphorites are 0.30~0.66 with average of 0.47, suggesting that all of the phosphorites are typical marine sediments deposited mainly in ancient peri-continental seas, and the depositional position of the Xinhua phosphorite might be deeper; (3) Most phosphorites from Xinhua, Zunyi and Zhangjiajie possess unremarkable positive Eu anomaly, and only a few of samples show obvious ones. The δEu varies between 0.98 and 2.4, suggesting that hot (>200 ℃) and strong reductive hydrothermal fluids might have been involved in genesis of the phosphorites; (4) The Xinhua phosphorite is relatively depleted in HREE, and LaN/NdN and δY of most samples are >1 and >1.5 respectively. Besides, there exists no correlation between δY and δCe, suggesting that the phosphorite was subjected to quite strong weathering and leaching processes, and catagenesis do not greatly modify its REE compositions.展开更多

[Method] Temporal and spatial dis- tribution characteristics of potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province from 1961 to 2010 were analyzed, and the sensitivity of potential evapotranspiration to meteo- rological factors in Guizhou Province was studied through correlation analysis. [Re- sult] On the whole, potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province was higher in the southwest and the west compared with the northeast and the east. In various seasons, it was the highest in summer, followed by spring and autumn, while it was the lowest in winter. In recent 40 years, annual potential evapotranspiration showed an obvious decreasing trend in most stations of Guizhou Province. The main meteo- rological factors influencing changes of potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province were sunshine duration, daily maximum temperature, and daily average relative humidity. [Conclusion] Daily average temperature was not the main meteoro- logical factor affecting changes of potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province, while sunshine duration, daily maximum temperature, and daily average relative hu- midity had important effects on potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province.展开更多

Four hundred and forty samples from Dongbei Cave were classified into three phyla, five classes, 10 orders, 20 families and 39 species or groups of species. Four hundred and ninety-eight samples from Shuijiang Cave were classified into three phyla, six classes, 11 orders, 20 families and 25 species or groups of species. Six animal communities were identified in the light belt of the two caves according to their species types and numbers of individuals in the light belt of two cave. The communities which have the highest values of species richness community diversity, maximum diversity, evenness, dominance and community similarity are respectively: B (4. 1059), H (2.4716), B (3.3322), E (0.9042), C (0.3442) and A - C (0. 5251). The community diversity and correlation of environmental factors were also studied. The temperature, humidity, content of CO2 and N2, content of organic matter and some inorganic salts in soil were analyzed by Pearson correlation. The results showed that the content of organic matter in soil is positively related to species number, species richness and maximum community diversity, with correlations of 0. 885, 0.909, 0. 868 respectively (two-tailed significance test, P ≤ 0. 05), and significantly positively related to diversity, with the coefficient of 0.611, (two-tailed significance test, P ≤ 0. 1). This suggests that the content of organic matter in soil is one of the important elements influencing the community variation of cave animals. Outside the cave, temperature and humidity are important factors impacting on community diver- sity. As the temperature in all seasons in the cave is stable and the humidity is always high (above 90% ), the temperature and humidity have weak correlation to community diversity in caves.展开更多

文摘There were quite abundant prototypical ethnic cultures and plant diversity in Qiandongnan ( Southeast of Guizhou) ,where the primitive natural ecology was also perfectly conserved. It was showed that prototypical ethnic cultures had positive impact on the conservation and utilization of Glutinous Rice diversity.

文摘The bauxites in central Guizhou are hosted by the Lower Carboniferous Jiujialu Formation.Geochemistrial characteristics of the Lindai bauxite deposit indicate that the underlying Shilengshui Formation dolomite is the precursor rock of mineral resources.Weathering simulation experiments show that Si is most likely to migrate with groundwater, the migration rate of which is several magnitude higher than Al and Fe under nature conditions (pH=3-9).The neutral and acid nonreducing condition is the most conducive to the Al rich and Si removal, while the acid reducing conditions is the most conducive to the Al rich and Fe removal. In the process of bauxite formation, coal beds overlying the Al-bearing rock series or other rock formation rich in organic materials can produce acid reducing groundwater, which are important for the bauxite formation. Finally, propose the metallogenic model of the bauxite in central Guizhou Province and put forward three new words which are "original bauxite material","bauxite material" and "original bauxite".

文摘[Objective] The study aims to discuss the changes of potential evapotran- spiration and its sensitivity to meteorological factors in Guizhou Province, so as to provide important references for assessment of water resources, research of agri- cultural water conservancy and climate change. [Conclusion] Daily average temperature was not the main meteoro- logical factor affecting changes of potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province, while sunshine duration, daily maximum temperature, and daily average relative hu- midity had important effects on potential evapotranspiration in Guizhou Province.
文摘Mollusks, arthropods and chordates which were visible to the naked eye were observed and collected in Dongbei and Shuijiang caves of Libo county five times between February and July from 2002 to 2005. As the temperature in all seasons in the cave is stable and the humidity is always high (above 90% ), the temperature and humidity have weak correlation to community diversity in caves.
文摘In order to understand the incidence reasons in a scaled pig farm of Guizhou Province, the infected pigs were diagnosed with epidemiological investigation, clinical observation, pathological diagnosis, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), PCR/RT-PCR and bacterial isolation and identification. The results showed that the pigs were infected mixedly with classical swine fever virus (CSFV), pseudorabies virus (PRV) and E. coli. Therefore, some measures should be adopted to control the incidence of CSF, PR and colibacillosis in the pig farm.

文摘The climatic factors affecting potato yields in western Guizhou were analyzed by using the way of grey correlation degree and principal component analysis. The average yield of potato from 1978 to 2008 in western Guizhou was used as the sequence of numbers for reference. And the climatic factors including accumulated temperature(≥5 ℃),average temperature, precipitation, sunshine hours, daily average maximum temperature and daily average minimum temperature from March to August of potato at growth stage were used as the series for comparison. The results showed that the three integrative factors including temperature, moisture and light had a synergistic effect on potato production. The heat factor played a leading role in potato production with abundant light and ample water supply.Gray correlation analysis and principal component analysis could be used to estimate the influence factors of potato yield in western Guizhou.Very good agreement was found between the evaluation results obtained by the above-mentioned two methods.
