Bouc-Wen光滑滞回模型因其能够描述动力荷载下的复杂非线性,广泛应用于材料的动力分析。为研究筑坝料在循环加载条件下动剪切模量和阻尼比以及累积变形等复杂动力特性,将Bouc-Wen模型应用于土体,绘制应力应变滞回圈并分析其模型参数;采用参数敏感性分析方法研究Bouc-Wen模型,并对动力试验数据进行数值模拟;讨论模型参数变化对土体应力应变滞回圈及动剪模量和阻尼比的影响。根据国内外筑坝料动力试验数据统计得到筑坝料模量衰减及阻尼比增长的均值曲线,应用MATLAB软件编制遗传算法程序确定模型参数;利用GDS动三轴仪探究糯扎渡土石坝的心墙掺砾土在循环荷载下的累积变形特性,并应用Bouc-Wen模型对循环三轴试验测得的应力应变滞回圈进行数值模拟。基于参数分析和数值拟合结果,本文提出适用于筑坝料的Bouc-Wen模型参数范围;筑坝料动剪模量衰减曲线和阻尼比增长曲线拟合结果均方误差小于0.4%;糯扎渡掺砾土循环三轴试验8个振动周期累积应变试验值与模型预测值分别为1.2%和1.18%。基于本文研究得到的模型参数范围,Bouc-Wen模型可以有效地模拟筑坝料动模量阻尼和累积变形特性,为筑坝料动力分析提供帮助。 展开更多

Ghrelin, a brain-gut peptide that induces anxiety and other abnormal emotions, contributes to the effects of insomnia on emotional behavior. In contrast, the traditional Chinese Medi- cine remedy Wen Dan Tang reduces insomnia-related anxiety, which may perhaps correspond to changes in the brain-gut axis. This suggests a possible relationship between Wen Dan Tan^s pharmacological mechanism and the brain-gut axis. Based on this hypothesis, a sleep-deprived rat model was induced and Wen Dan Tang was administered using oral gavage during model es- tablishment. Wen Dan Tang significantly reduced insomnia-related anxiety and prevented Ghrelin level decreases following sleep deprivation, especially in the hypothalamus. Increased expression of Ghrelin receptor mRNA in the hypothalamus was also observed, suggesting that reduced anxi- ety may be a result of Wen Dan Tan's regulation of Ghrelin-Ghrelin receptors. 展开更多

Methylation Characteristics of Perivisceral Fat Gene in Obese Rats with Phlegm-dampness Syndrome and the Effect of Wen Dan Decoction 被引量:4

Objective To observe the characteristics of gene methylation in obese rats with phlegm-dampness syndrome induced by the high-fat diet, and to study the effect of Wen Dan Decoction on gene methylation after the intervention. Methods Methylation sites of genes were detected by the MeDIP-seq method. Bioinformatics method was used to analyze the gene methylation characteristics of obesity with phlegmdampness syndrome and the effect of Wen Dan Decoction. Results (1) There were 3 242 methylation differential loci in dietinduced obesity with phlegm-dampness syndrome, of which 1 243 were down-regulated and 1 999 were up-regulated, involving 1 579 differential genes. GO analysis showed that "offactory receptor activity" and others were enriched. The possible signal pathways involved were "Olfactory transduction""Tuberculosis""Systemic lupus erythematosus" and "Ribosome".(2) After the intervention of Wen Dan Decoction in obesity with phlegmdampness syndrome, 4 046 different methylation loci were obtained, including 1 067 down-regulated loci and 2 979 up-regulated loci, involving 2 068 genes. GO analysis showed that "offactory receptor activity" and others were enriched. These genes involved seven signaling pathways, such as "Metabolic pathways".(3) Between diet-induced obesity with phlegm-dampness syndrome and Wen Dan Decoction intervening obesity with the phlegm-dampness syndrome, 582 common genes of methylation differential genes were obtained. After the intervention of Wen Dan Decoction, the number of GO enrichment items was more than that of obesity with phlegm-dampness syndrome, and even the same GO enrichment items involved more genes. Conclusions The phlegm-dampness syndrome of obesityinduced by diet had the characteristics of gene methylation changes, and the intervention of Wen Dan Decoction could also affect the status of gene methylation. The genes affected by Wen Dan Decoction were closely related to the methylation gene of phlegm-dampness syndrome of obesity-induced by diet but covered a wider range. 展开更多

On July 4, 2006, an earthquake of MS5.1 took place in Wen’an, Hebei Province, just at the south center of China’s Capital Circle area digital seismograph network. It is the strongest event recorded ever since the network went into operation in 2002. We processed the vast amounts of phase data yielded by the 107 digital seismic stations between 2002~2007 using Wadati method. In order to improve the precision and stability of shear and compressional wave velocities (vP/vS) calculation, we impose a number of restrictions on the computation environment and condition, e.g., the earthquakes are densely concentrated, selected stations are limited in range, the number of stations in- volved in the computation is larger than 5 and linear fitting features high precision and small error. Under these restrictions, the study shows that vP/vS in and around Wen’an and Tangshan underwent a normal-low-normal proc- ess one year before Wen’an earthquake, vP/vS became obviously low and the low ratio lasted for about one year, meanwhile, little variation of vP/vS was seen in Xingtai, northwest of Beijing, southwest of Beijing, Beijing-Tianjin and Beijing; after the quake, the vP/vS returned normal in Wen’an and Tangshan. Error and stability analysis of the calculated result for vP/vS shows it is convincible that anomaly appeared in and around Wen’an and Tangshan be- fore Wen’an earthquake. 展开更多

There are three different opinions of the first sentence from Qin Nang Ao Yu (青囊奥语), which was written by Yang Jun-song (杨筠松). They are “Kun Ren Yi (坤壬乙) should start from the star Ju Men (巨门)”;“Kun Ren... There are three different opinions of the first sentence from Qin Nang Ao Yu (青囊奥语), which was written by Yang Jun-song (杨筠松). They are “Kun Ren Yi (坤壬乙) should start from the star Ju Men (巨门)”;“Kun Ren Yi should start from the star Wen Qu (文曲)” and “Kun Ren Yi should start from both the star Lian Zhen and the star Ju Men (Lian Ju (廉巨))”. Because of the sectarianism,though the people were at odds with the opinions, we cannot find out any comprehensive and objective study on these. According to the analysis of some relevant literatures, it can be seen that there are two viewpoints nowadays. One of the viewpoints deemed that the first sentence was falsified by Jiang Da-hong (蒋大鸿), and another one deemed that was falsified by Zhang Shou-qi (张受祺). But neither of the view was credible. More precisely is that “Wen Qu” and “Ju Men” were both found in the publications simultaneously, and there were more “Wen Qu”, during the period of the end of the Ming Dynasty and the era of the emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. The influence of “Ju Meg” was gradually spread when Jiang Da-hong used it in his book and also Si Ku Quan Shu (四库全书) cited it, then let to more pithy formulas of “Ju Men” to be used now. And the “Lian Ju” was rare to be used except Duan Mu Guo-hu (端木国瑚) who used to use it. The way of interpretation is so multiple and complex on the “Wen Qu” and “Ju Men” from the Qin Nang Ao Yu, according to the perspective of Feng Shui, which is reflecting the pluralism and uncertainty of the interpretation of the traditional Feng Shui. And it is still need to be required a further more careful consideration on how to treat the studies of the traditional Feng Shui for the nowadays scholars. 展开更多
