Objective:To explore the potential antidepressant mechanism of Wenyang Jieyu Granules with multiple targets and components based on network pharmacology,and to verify the cAMP pathway and animal experimental results.M...Objective:To explore the potential antidepressant mechanism of Wenyang Jieyu Granules with multiple targets and components based on network pharmacology,and to verify the cAMP pathway and animal experimental results.Methods:The active components of Aconitum,Guizhi,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Wumei,Jujube and Ginger in Wenyang Jieyu Granules were searched and screened by TCM System Pharmacology Analysis Platform(TCMSP).Using the Swiss database to predict its target,and then through the UniProt database to query the target corresponding genes;with the use of Gene Cards、OMIM database query depression related target Point and gene mapping to get the potential target of Wenyang Jieyu granule antidepressant.using Cytoscape,String software to plot the"wenyangjieyu granule-active component-potential action target-depression"network and"protein interaction network",and using David database for GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis to predict the action mechanism of wenyangjieyu granule in the treatment of depression and verify it with some previous relevant experimental results.Autodock software was used to perform molecular docking experiments on selected components and targets.Results:The topology analysis is effective there are 47 core components of depression,and 40 potential key targets are SLC6A2,SHBG,ACHE,NR3C1,ESR1.they are involved in many biological processes,such as neurotransmitter receptor conduction,ammonium ion binding,postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor activity,G protein-coupled neurotransmitter receptor activity.they play an antidepressant effect through brain tissue nerve activity ligand-receptor interaction signaling pathway,cAMP,PI3K-Akt,MAPK signaling pathway,ErbB signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,the results of molecular docking show that the core components have good binding force to the key targets.Conclusion:Wenyang Jieyu granule.The active components of the anti-depressant effect are mediated by multiple signaling pathways and multiple targets.展开更多
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue therapy in treating diabetic kidney disease(DKD)of stage III-IV.Method:The relevant literature was retrieved by computer from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP...Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue therapy in treating diabetic kidney disease(DKD)of stage III-IV.Method:The relevant literature was retrieved by computer from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,CBM,PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science.Articles screening and data extraction were performed by two researchers separately and independently.The Meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 10 randomized controlled trials were collected,including 778 cases with DKD.Meta-analysis showed that the Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Method combined with western medicine basic treatment could reduce 24hUTP[MD=-0.36,95%CI(-0.46,-0.26),P<0.00001],UAER[MD=-36.72,95%CI(-47.21,-26.23),P<0.00001],Scr[MD=-16.28,95%CI(-20.59,-11.97),P<0.00001],BUN[MD=-1.45,95%CI(-1.76,-1.14),P<0.00001],TC[MD=-0.64,95%CI(-1.07,-0.21),P=0.004].There was also a reduction in HbA1c[MD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.94,-0.05),P=0.03],but the difference is not significant.Conclusion:Based on the current evidence,for the treatment of DKD of stage III-IV,basic western medicine treatment combined with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue method may better reduce urine protein,total cholesterol levels and improve renal function.The conclusion of this study needs to be further researched by high-quality studies,because that the quality of the included studies is generally low.展开更多

Methods: Seventy-eight patients with upper ext...Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of WenYang HuoXue Washing Prescription (WYHX) in the treatment of upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with upper extremity edema after operation of breast cancer with Yin Syndrome were given wet compress with prescription and nursing guidance. The symptom score of affected extremity was observed before and 14 days after treatment, and the total effective rate was evaluated. Results: Twenty-three cases were markedly effective, 41 cases were effective and 14 cases were Invalid. The total effective rate was 82.1%. There was no significant difference between the two groups according to stage I and stage II of edema (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: WYHX can effectively improve the discomfort symptoms of upper limb edema and cold after breast cancer surgery, and is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Fang(WHF),a Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction,on renal function in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,and to elucidate the underlying mechanism.MET...OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of Wenyang Huazhuo Fang(WHF),a Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction,on renal function in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,and to elucidate the underlying mechanism.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups:control,doxorubicin-nephropathy,and prednisone-treated(6.45 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)doxorubicin nephropathy groups,as well as high-(7.26 g·kg^-1·d^-1),medium-(2.42 g·kg-1·d-),and low-dose(0.81 g·kg^-1·d^-1)WHF-treated doxorubicin-nephropathy groups.The nephropathy rat model was established by two tail vein injections of doxorubicin,followed by prednisone or WHF treatment for 8 weeks.Body weights were monitored and urinary protein was measured every 2 weeks.After the end of the treatment period,the rats were euthanized.Serum biochemical indicators were determined and renal morphological alterations were assessed using histological staining.The expression of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 6(TRPC6),stromal interaction molecule 1(STIM1),and calcium release-activated calcium channel protein 1(Orai1)was detected using western blotting,and their mRNA levels were examined using quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:WHF treatment was found to significantly ameliorate weight loss,proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,and dyslipidemia in doxorubicin-nephropathy rats.The protein and mRNA levels of TRPC6,STIM1,and Orai1 were partially,but significantly suppressed by prednisone or WHF treatment.CONCLUSION:Treatment with WHF significantly ameliorates renal injury in a rat model of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy,which could be at least partially related to repression of the TRPC6 pathway.展开更多
