Currently,the operational performance assessment system in the power market primarily focuses on power generation and electricity retail companies,lacking a system tailored to the operational characteristics of power generation/selling integrated companies.Therefore,this article proposes an assessment index system for assessing the operational performance of a power generation/selling integrated company,encompassing three dimensions:basic capacity,development potential,and external environment.A dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient is designed,along with a subjective and objective weighting model for assessment indexes based on a combined weightingmethod.Subsequently,the operational performance of an integrated company is assessed using extension theory.The results in the case study demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient. 展开更多

In this paper,based on the process data of evaluating the benchmark land prices of collective construction land and agricultural land,the score of influencing factors is calculated,and a regression model between value-added benefits and influencing factors is established.According to the contribution of the government and collectives to value-added benefits,the distribution proportions of different purposes and levels are calculated.The research results show that there are significant differences in the distribution proportion of value-added income among different levels.The government distribution proportion decreases with the decrease of level,while the collective distribution proportion increases with the decrease of level.For each level of decrease in commercial service industry land and industrial and mining warehousing industry land,the government distribution proportion decreases by an average of 2.66%and 2.34%,while the collective distribution proportion increases by an average of 2.66%and 2.34%,respectively.The average distribution proportion of the government in the value-added income of commercial service industry land is 31.58%,which is much higher than the average income of 23.68%in the value-added income of industrial and mining warehousing industry land. 展开更多

Research on vertical deformation during construction of Shanghai World Financial Center

Shanghai World Financial Center is one of the highest buildings in the world, of which cumulation of vertical deformation during construction is significant and worth investigating. A refined finite element model was developed to conduct full-process analysis of construction of super-high rise buildings like Shanghai World Financial Center, in which the discrete analysis method of time-varying structures and age-adjusted effective modulus method were both used. In the finite element analysis, the whole construction process was divided into a series of stages, each with a structural system that is a part of the whole structure and with different material parameters, geometrical parameters, loading and boundary conditions. The whole construction process of Shanghai World Financial Center in consideration of creep of concrete was simulated successfully by using the finite element model and the analytical method developed. With respect to different construction stage, the total vertical deformation, inter-floor compression deformation and the relative deformation between the outer frame and the core-wall were obtained through the analysis. The comparison between the results from the stage-wise full-process analysis of construction with and without considering the creep and the results from the conventional analysis of the whole building under the total load from all self-weight and construction applied to the structure "in one go" shows that the cumulative effect on the deformation from the construction process and the creep effect need to be considered in analyzing the deformation of Shanghai World Financial Center, and the super-high rise buildings suchlike. Finally, the simulation results correlate well with the monitoring results-a proof of the feasibility and the validity of this paper. 展开更多

Methods On the basis of conventional composite control with the deadzone compensation method, a comprehensive control approach with the deadzone and self adjusting feedforward compensation was proposed. Results Experimental results showed that the good tracking performance was achieved for the sinusoidal and constant velocity position tracking under a wide variations of load torque. Conclusion The position tracking accuracy for valve controlled motor electrohydraulic proportional servo systems has been solved by using the comprehensive control approach with the deadzone and self adjusting feedforward compensation. 展开更多

In 2010,the first offshore wind turbine with integrated installation was established in Qidong sea area of Jiangsu Province,China,which led to the implementation phase of one-step-installation technique based on the design and construction of large-scale bucket-top-bearing (LSBTB) bucket foundation.The critical technique of LSBTB bucket foundation included self-floating towing,penetration with adjustment of horizontal levelness,removability and one-step-installation.The process of one-step-installation included the prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation in onshore construction base,installation and debugging of wind power,overall water transportation of foundation and wind power system,and installation of foundation and offshore wind turbine on the appointed sea area.The cost of one-step-installation technique was about 5 000 Yuan/kW,which was 30%-50% lower than that of the existing technique.The prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation took about two months.During the one-step-installation process,the installation and debugging of wind power and overall water transportation need about one to two days in sea area within 35 m depth.After the proposed technique is industrialized,the cost will be further reduced,and the installation capacity is expected to be up to 500 wind turbines per year. 展开更多

With the rapid development in the service,medical,logistics and other industries,and the increasing demand for unmanned mobile devices,mobile robots with the ability of independent mapping,localization and navigation capabilities have become one of the research hotspots.An accurate map construction is a prerequisite for a mobile robot to achieve autonomous localization and navigation.However,the problems of blurring and missing the borders of obstacles and map boundaries are often faced in the Gmapping algorithm when constructing maps in complex indoor environments.In this pursuit,the present work proposes the development of an improved Gmapping algorithm based on the sparse pose adjustment(SPA)optimizations.The improved Gmapping algorithm is then applied to construct the map of a mobile robot based on single-line Lidar.Experiments show that the improved algorithm could build a more accurate and complete map,reduce the number of particles required for Gmapping,and lower the hardware requirements of the platform,thereby saving and minimizing the computing resources. 展开更多

可重入混合流水车间是在混合流水车间的基础上增加了可重入特性,具有更高的调度复杂性。为了求解可重入混合流水车间调度问题,首先建立了调度优化模型,优化目标为最小化最大完工时间,然后提出一种带精英调整的学习型迭代贪婪算法(LIG-EA... 可重入混合流水车间是在混合流水车间的基础上增加了可重入特性,具有更高的调度复杂性。为了求解可重入混合流水车间调度问题,首先建立了调度优化模型,优化目标为最小化最大完工时间,然后提出一种带精英调整的学习型迭代贪婪算法(LIG-EA)。LIG-EA算法采用基于工件的编码方式,对重组后的染色体进行解码。种群分为精英个体和普通个体两部分,对精英个体进行精英破坏重建和基于关键工件的染色体调整,对普通个体进行学习机制的构建和普通个体的破坏重建。为提高初始种群质量,采用NEH启发式算法进行种群初始化,并针对可重入混合流水车间的重入特性,在重建操作中增加了插入有效性判断,提高了算法的运行速度。通过大量实验表明LIG-EA算法能够有效求解可重入混合流水车间调度问题。 展开更多

现有的国产漏风量测试仪普遍存在测量精度低、自动化水平低的问题,为此,基于漏风量测试仪的原理,开展了漏风量测试仪的结构设计、系统设计及整机实验研究。首先,对漏风量的测量过程、喷嘴流量测量原理进行了研究,推导了喷嘴流量测量公式... 现有的国产漏风量测试仪普遍存在测量精度低、自动化水平低的问题,为此,基于漏风量测试仪的原理,开展了漏风量测试仪的结构设计、系统设计及整机实验研究。首先,对漏风量的测量过程、喷嘴流量测量原理进行了研究,推导了喷嘴流量测量公式,并根据相关标准设计了角接取压方式的喷嘴结构,基于仪器操作便捷性要求,对整机结构进行了设计;其次,采用空气密度补偿公式完成了高精度流量自适应测量,设计了基于自锁式电磁阀的换向调零电路,采用换向调零法对压差传感器零点漂移进行了补偿,使用小波阈值去噪算法消除了信号噪声,提高了流量的测量精度;采用抗积分饱和比例积分微分(PID)算法对流量进行了闭环控制;最后,研制了管道漏风量测试仪样机,开展了压差与流量测量精度与重复性实验。实验及研究结果表明:该高精度漏风量测试仪工作状态稳定,压差测量精度为±0.4%,流量测量精度为±2%;该漏风量测试仪的测量精度优于国内同类仪器,符合国家标准要求,具有良好的市场前景。 展开更多

将影响集体建设用地入市增值收益的因素分为外部因素和内在因素,其中外部影响因素分为政府影响因素和集体影响因素,政府影响因素反映政府对增值收益的贡献,集体影响因素和内在因素共同反映集体对增值收益的贡献。以集体建设用地、农用... 将影响集体建设用地入市增值收益的因素分为外部因素和内在因素,其中外部影响因素分为政府影响因素和集体影响因素,政府影响因素反映政府对增值收益的贡献,集体影响因素和内在因素共同反映集体对增值收益的贡献。以集体建设用地、农用地基准地价评估的过程数据为基础,计算影响因素分值,建立增值收益与影响因素的回归模型,依据政府、集体对增值收益的贡献,测算分用途、分级别的分配比例。结果表明,不同级别增值收益分配比例有较大差异,政府分配比例随级别的降低而减少,集体分配比例则随级别的降低而增加,每降低一个级别商业服务业用地、工矿仓储业用地,政府分配比例平均分别减少2.66%、2.34%,集体分配比例则平均分别增加2.66%、2.34%;政府在商业服务业用地增值收益中的平均分配比例为31.58%,远高于在工矿仓储业用地增值收益中23.68%的平均分配比例。 展开更多

重庆白居寺长江大桥主桥为主跨660 m的公轨两用双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥。桥塔为空间曲线水滴形混凝土结构,采用爬模施工;钢桁梁为带边纵梁的倒梯形截面,利用桥面吊机进行对称悬臂施工。为确保成桥后的各项力学和线形指标满足设计要求,采... 重庆白居寺长江大桥主桥为主跨660 m的公轨两用双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥。桥塔为空间曲线水滴形混凝土结构,采用爬模施工;钢桁梁为带边纵梁的倒梯形截面,利用桥面吊机进行对称悬臂施工。为确保成桥后的各项力学和线形指标满足设计要求,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立主桥施工阶段有限元模型,对塔顶偏位和应力、钢桁梁线形及斜拉索张拉进行施工监控。通过控制塔顶偏位以及关键断面应力,确保了钢桁梁施工中桥塔的安全;通过控制主桁和边纵梁的制造和安装线形,保证了钢桁梁成桥线形的控制精度;通过边、中跨1~5号索同步对称初张、6~20号索分级不对称初张及局部二次调索,提高了斜拉索的施工效率以及索力控制精度。施工监控结果表明:塔顶偏位最大偏差27 mm,钢桁梁线形最大偏差52 mm,斜拉索索力偏差在±5.6%内,均满足设计要求。 展开更多
