China's evaluation on plateau soldier's performance mainly focuses on the valuation of physical ability.Comparatively, few attention is paid on the changes of individual neuropsychological function, which refer to the changes of soldiers' emotion, psychological activity, and cognitive function, including perception, memory, thinking ability and attention.Therefore, when setting the criterion to evaluate the performance of plateau soldiers,impacts from both neuropsychological and physical elements should be involved. 展开更多

Performance Prediction of an Optimized Centrifugal Pump with High Efficiency

The main structural parameters of the IR100-80-100A type chemical centrifugal pump have been optimized by means of an orthogonal test approach.The centrifugal pump has been modeled using the CFturbo software,and 16 sets of orthogonal-test schemes have been defined on the basis of 4 parameters,namely,the blade number,blade outlet angle,impeller outlet diameter,and impeller outlet width.Such analysis has been used to determine the influence of each index parameter on the pump working efficiency and identify a set of optimal combinations of such parameters.The internalflowfield in the centrifugal pump has been simulated by using the PumLinx software.These numerical results have shown that,compared with the prototype pump,the outlet pressure and shaft power of the optimized pump can be significantly reduced,and the pump working efficiency can be improved by 5.59%.In the present study,some arguments are also provided to demonstrate that,with respect to other optimization methods,the orthogonal test approach is more convenient,and requires less test times. 展开更多

A detailed analysis of operational process and principle of ammonia-recovery system in the modified equipment of flax fiber,which will be applied to parameters optimizing of the ammoniarecovery system as a foundational principle,is presented. According to the principle,an ammonia compressor,whose working conditions are based on key operational parameters of the whole ammoniarecovery system, is the mainly energy-consumption part of ammonia-recovery system in the modified equipment of flax fiber. A generally mathematical model based on work efficiency of an ammonia compressor is founded,which is available to rate effective work and energy consumption of the ammonia compressor. The optimum operation-efficiency of the ammonia compressor is chosen as the goal to analyze and calculate the key operational parameters of the ammonia-recovery system. In the above analyzing and calculating,a mathematical model on ammonia flowing from the reactor to the register 1 is developed,in order to provide further understanding of the principle of an ammonia-recovery system. At the meantime,the ammonia flow regime in the pipeline and the process of ammonia inflation and deflation from the reactor to the register 1 are taken separately into account in the model. An iterative method is for obtaining parametric solutions of the mathematical model on ammonia flowing from the reactor to the register 1 and the key operational parameters of the ammoniarecovery system. A parametric analysis is put forward to complete showing the ammonia velocity or the state of the reactor and the register 1. The key optimized parameters will be achieved in term of the minimum efficiency after comparing the work efficiencies of an ammonia compressor at different working conditions. 展开更多

Objective:To reform the transfer process of surgical patients,standardize the transfer process,and improve the quality of safe transfer;unify the intrahospital transfer process to achieve standardized management;ensure patient safety,improve work efficiency,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.Methods:A transfer team was formed,a handover record sheet for surgical patients was designed,and the workflow and specifications for handover and transfer of surgical patients were formulated.Results:After using the re-designed handover record sheet for surgical patients and improving the procedure for transferring surgical patients,the accuracy of surgical patient handover was ensured,the handover and transfer time was shortened,and the surgical turnover rate improved.Conclusion:By designing and reforming the service model,it is possible to change and standardize the transfer process of surgical patients and improve the quality of safe transfer,the operating room management system so that it is more rational and humanized,the management model,the working environment,as well as the overall quality and efficiency of operating room nursing. 展开更多

Taxi drivers usually work with prolonged working hours, add itional stress may likely be induced on particular body limbs. Occupational heal th may occur and working efficiency may potentially be affected resulting fr om fatigues, pains or diseases. These problems, however, could be remedied if mo re attention is paid on seating design, the workplace and driving postures adopt ed. Ergonomics design can provide better understanding of those concerned areas. A study was conducted to analyse occupational and health problems related to ta xi drivers. Through ergonomic evaluation of driver’s compartment, the authors m ake recommendations to improve health and safety aspects. Besides, the experienc e of gained from this study using ergonomic design can be extended to other occu pation or products. 展开更多

In recent years,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for plant protection have achieved rapid development in China.In order to test and evaluate the performances of pesticides application and development status of UAVs in China,four typical UAV models were selected to test the spraying coverage,penetrability,droplets density and the work efficiency.The results showed that the deposition and spraying liquid coverage were inconsistent both in lateral and longitudinal direction.Under the condition of the similar amount of spray volume and operation parameters,the volume median diameter(VMD)of the droplet was negatively correlated with the coverage density.The failure of the UAVs for plant protection mainly took up on the blockage of nozzle,transfusion tube and the liquid pump.The failure rate of UAVs took up 3.73%-4.36%of the total working time.The operation of UAVs during ground service took up 50%of the total working time,the preparation work took up 10%,and the route planning took up around 10%,while net operation time only took up around 30%.On the whole,the high efficiency of UAV was not fully achieved;the daily operated area was not in a satisfactory level now.The spraying performances of UAVs still need further improvement. 展开更多

Bamboo weevil larva has excellent performance on cutting plant fiber. From quantitative analysis of the mandible incisor profile of bamboo weevil larva, it was found that the primary cutting edge of incisor is close to a standard circular arc, which is helpful for improving the cutting efficiency of mandible incisor. Inspired from the geometrical characteristics of the bamboo weevil larva's incisor, a new bionic mincing blade was designed and manufactured. The experimental results of chopping equal Chinese cabbages showed that, when the rotational speed was 1400 rpm, the mincing energy consumption of bionic blade was 12.8% lower than conventional blade and the chopping efficiency of bionic blade was 12.5% higher. Meanwhile, the mincing capacity of bionic blade was 36 kg.h-1, which was 1.5 times of that of the conventional blade, 24 kg.h^-1. The material weight loss rate was 11.2 % lower than that of conventional blade. The qualification rate of the minced cabbage chopped by bionic blade was 93,3%, which was higher than the 85.7% of conventional blade. Therefore, the bionic blade could obviously promote the quality of product and the working efficiency of mincing machine. These results would provide guidance for designing cutting component of vegetable choppers, succulence cutter and other food processing machines. 展开更多
