[Methods] China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) database was used as the literature retrieval source to search the literature related to Wuling Powder in the treatment of nephropathy, and then the data visualization analysis was carried out by using the software citespace.5.7.R2. [Results] Through accurate retrieval, a total of 204 effective literatures were included. It was found that domestic research on the treatment of nephropathy by Wuling Powder was on the rise. From the analysis of knowledge graph, it was concluded that after long-term research and development, a relatively concentrated core research group had been formed in China, which mainly focused on "Wuling Powder", "chronic kidney disease" and "diabetic nephropathy". [Conclusions] The research on the treatment of nephropathy by Wuling Powder shows a good development trend, and the research content is constantly enriched, and this research is still the current and future research hotspot.展开更多

Four evaluating parameters for maize landrace core collection, including mean difference percentage (MD), variance difference percentage (VD), coincidence rate of range (CR), and variable rate of coefficient of variation (VR), were assessed With 20 quantitative traits. It was shown that genetic relationships among landraces in Wuling Mountain region had the tendency to associate with their geographic origins. The 124 landraces were clustered into 18 subgroups when the coefficient of genetic similarity (GS) is 0.28. Eighteen landraces, each of which was from one subgroup, were applied to construct the core collection with a sampling percentage of 15%. Comparison of the initial and core collection indicated that there existed no significant differences in most quantitative traits. An average of 6.3 and 6.5 alleles were detected in the initial and core collection, respectively. Mean polymorphism information content in the core collection (0.75) was higher than that in the initial one (0.72). MD was lesser than 20% and CR was more than 80%. The results showed that the sampling strategy would be feasible for constructing the core collection that well represents the genetic diversity of the initial one.展开更多

Methods Reversed phase HPLC method was used with variously improved conditions. Results Salidroside, forsythoside A, specnuezhenide, phillyrin, schisandrol A, schizandrol A, schizandrin A, and schizandrin B in LWT were successfully separated on a Kromasil 100-5-C_(18) reverse phase column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 275 nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. The recovery rate of the method was within the range of 95.13%-104.56% and the precision(RSD) was less than 3% for all eight analytes. All the compounds showed good linearities(r^2〉0.9980) in a relatively wide concentration range. Conclusion Simultaneous quantification of the multiple components by HPLC would be a better strategy for the quality evaluation of LWT.展开更多
