选育甘草乌新Ⅰ号种子萌发过程中的生理变化

目的考察优选的甘草品种乌新Ⅰ号的萌发状况。方法比较了乌新Ⅰ号和野生甘草种子的萌发率,胚根长势以及萌发过程中的可溶性蛋白的变化和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力。结果乌新Ⅰ号的发芽率、胚根长势均高于野生对照组,萌发中的可溶性蛋白的含量和过氧化物酶的活力也高于野生对照组,和野生对照组有着不同的变化规律。结论常规选育的乌新Ⅰ号是一个有潜在应用前景的品种。
