一种改进的Xue-Wierzbicki延性断裂模型

提出了一种改进的Xue-Wierzbicki延性断裂模型以预测高强度结构钢材在多轴应力状态下的延性极限。采用改进的Lee-Mear椭球形孔洞缺陷膨胀理论建立了轴对称拉伸与平面应变拉伸条件下应力三轴度与断裂应变间的函数关系。随后,将上述改进的Lee-Mear断裂应变函数与Xue-Wierzbicki椭圆型Lode角函数结合,以考虑剪切荷载对材料延性极限的影响。提出的断裂模型具有如下两个优点:新模型可准确预测不同应力三轴度与Lode角下高强钢的延性极限;新模型中各参数均有明确的物理含义,可反映材料的力学性能与微观缺陷几何特征。为验证新断裂模型的正确性与精度,利用Q460和Q690高强钢切口试件的断裂试验结果对新模型的参数进行了校准,并计算了各试验试件断裂应变数据点与新模型预测的断裂应变曲面间的平均误差。结果表明,提出的断裂模型可准确预测不同应力状态下Q460和Q690高强钢的延性极限,模型预测结果与两种材料试验结果间的误差平方和分别为4.2%与0.28%,表明新断裂模型具有良好的预测精度。

Effect of Tong-Qiao-Huo-Xue decoction on the expressions of related proteins of the blood-brain barrier and analysis of constituents in cerebrospinal fluid of cerebral ischemic rats

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of Tong-Qiao-Huo-Xue decoction(TQHXD)on the bloodbrain barrier(BBB)permeability and the expressions of related proteins on the rats;and to analyse the constituents in the cerebrospinal fluid on the rats with cerebral ischemic injury.METHODS Cerebral ischemia rats were induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Adult male sprague-dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into seven groups:sham-group;model group;nimodipine(NMP)-treated group and nao mai tai(NMT)-treated group were set as positive drug control groups;TQHXD-treated group(3,6 and 12g·kg-1body weight);The neurological function of rats was estimated by neurological defect scoring after the 1,7and 15 dafter administration.Histological structure of the brain in rats were observed by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining.Ultramicrostructural features of hippocampus neurons and the opening of tight junction(TJ)of BBB in rats were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of ZO-1,occludin,claudin-5,AQP-4 and MMP-9 in BBB after cerebral ischemia injury.Component analysis experiments:adult male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:Distilled water was administered intragastrically sham-operated rats;Distilled water was administered intragastrically model rats by MCAO;TQHXD was administered intragatrically to rats in sham-operated group;TQHXD was administered intragestrically to rats in model group by MCAO.GC and HPLC was used to detect three compounds,namely,muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A,in rats cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)after oral administration of TQHXD.Finally,samples of cerebrospinal fluid of rats in each group were compared with single medicine so as to explicit the three compounds come from which herb.RESULTS TQHXD significantly reduced the neurological defect scores.Histological examination indicated that dense neuropil and largely surviving neurons had been seen in TQHXD-treated rats.TEM observation revealed that TQHXD could significantly inhibit the damage of hippocampal neurons and reduce the opening of TJ.The decreased protein expression levels of claudin-5,occludin,ZO-1 and the increased protein expression levels of AQP-4 and MMP-9in cerebral ischemia tissue were significantly prevented by treatment of TQHXD.Analysis of experimental results showed that muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A could penetrate the BBB into the CSF,and the content of the model group was lower than that of sham group after intragastric administration of TQHXD.CONCLUSION These results demonstrated that TQHXD may act as a potential neuroprotective agent against BBB damage for cerebral ischemia through protecting of hippocampus neurons,reducing the opening of TJ and decreasing the permeability of BBB by up-regulating ZO-1,occludin,claudin-5 expressions,down-regulating AQP-4 and MMP-9 expressions.The effect of TQHXD on the decrease of the opening of TJ also reduced the content of muscone,ligustilide and hydroxysafflor yellow A in cerebrospinal fluid.

Shu-Gan-Liang-Xue Decoction Simultaneously Down-regulates Expressions of Aromatase and Steroid Sulfatase in Estrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer Cells

Objective：Estradiol （E2） plays an important role in the development of breast cancer.In postmenopausal women,the estrogen can be synthesized via aromatase （CYP19） pathway and steroid-sulfatase （STS） pathway in peripheral tissues,when the production in ovary has ceased.The objective of our study was to explore the effects of Shu-Gan-Liang-Xue Decoction （SGLXD） on the expressions of CYP19 and STS in estrogen receptor positive breast cancer MCF-7 and T47D cells.Methods：The effects of SGLXD on the cell viability of MCF-7 and T47D were analyzed by MTT assay.By quantitative real-time RT-PCR and Western blot,we evaluated the mRNA and protein expressions of CYP19 and STS in MCF-7 and T47D cells after SGLXD treatment.Results：By MTT assay,the cell viability rates of MCF-7 and T47D were significantly inhibited by SGLXD in a dose-dependent manner,the IC50 values were 40.07 mg/ml for MCF-7 cells and 25.62 mg/ml for T47D cells,respectively.As evidenced by real-time PCR and Western blot,the high concentrations of SGLXD significantly down-regulated the expressions of CYP19 and STS both in the transcript level and the protein level.Conclusion：The results suggest that SGLXD is a potential dual aromatase-sulfatase inhibitor by simultaneously down-regulating the expressions of CYP19 and STS in MCF-7 and T47D cells.

Randomized controlled trial of Qing Gan Huo Xue Prescription in the treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Qing Gan Huo Xue Prescription(QGHXP)in the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis(ALC)of damp and heat stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 69 patients with ALC were randomly divided into TCM group(n=35)and control group(n=34).The TCM group was given QGHXP 1 pack TID orally.Control group received polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule 456 mg TID for 24 weeks.The observation measurements are symptom efficacy rate,serum level of liver enzyme,and non-invasive liver cirrhosis evaluation,including liver stiffness measurement(LSM)examininged by FibroTouch,APRI score,FIB-4 index and Maddrey discriminant function.Results:The symptom efficacy rate of the experimental group and the control group was 85.70%and 61.80%(P=0.024).Liver enzyme levels(serum ALP,γ-GT,AST and ALT)of TCM group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).LSM of TCM group was reduced after treatment,and was significant lower than control group(14.19±1.49)vs.(15.06±1.24)(P<0.05).The APRI scores,FIB-4 index and Maddrey discriminant functions of TCM group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:QGHXP is an effective alternative for the treatment of damp and heat stasis syndrome of ALC in improving liver function and clinical symptoms.

Healing Is Believing： Yeon Gaesomun and Xue Rengui in the Making of Mid-Seventh-Century Tang-Goguryeo War Narratives

This paper examines how historical narratives and fictional narratives treat China＇s loss in Tang-Goguryeo War differently to heal China＇s damaged pride. Emperor Tang Taizong （599-649） invaded Goguryeo in 645 but failed to conquer her because of severe weather and strong resistance led by Yeon Gaesomun （603-666）. This paper argues that official histories including Jiu Tangshu （Old Book of Tang） and Xin Tangshu （New Book of Tang） focus on Emperor Tang Taizhong＇s legitimacy to invade Goguryeo because Yeon Gaesomun＇s coup d＇etat overthrew Yeongnyu-wang. These two histories also pay extra attention to Yeon Gaesomun＇s negative characters. Novels about Tang-Goguryeo War including Xue Rengui zheng Liao shi lue （薛仁贵徵辽事略）, Tang shu zhi zhuan tong su yan yi （唐书志传通俗演义）, and Shuo Tang hou zhuan （说唐后传） take a different approach to heal China＇s wounded pride. Instead of focusing on diplomatic and military legitimacy, these stories blur China＇s loss by creating a national hero Xue Rengui whose military skills, loyalty to Tang Dynasty, and dauntless rescue of Emperor Tang Taizong were constantly emphasized.

A Comparative Study of Two English Versions of Jiang Xue Based on Functional Equivalence Theory

Chinese ancient poetry is artistically beautified with extraordinarily subtle artistic images, conceptions and rhythms.How well the translator knows and understands the linguistic and cultural differences between Chinese and English and the source poem in terms of its author, writing background and intended artistic conceptions, and what translating strategies the translator adopts will have a great impact on the translated version. Based on Nida's "functional equivalence" theory as the theoretical basis of the study, two different English versions of five-character jueju"Jiang Xue were chosen as the research objects, and studied from two perspectives, namely romantic charm including artistic images and conceptions and artistic form including language employed and rhythms to examine whether the two English versions have reproduced the source poem as it was. It was pointed out in the paper that achieving the functional equivalence between the source language poem and the translated version in terms of artistic images, language style and rhythm allows the possibility of the target language reader comprehending the translated version to the point that they can conceive of how the source language reader must have understood and appreciated the source poem.

Experimental investigation on the prevention of delayed cerebral vasospasm with Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang

Objective To investigate the prevention effects and the physicochemical mechanisms of action of Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang on delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCD) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods Macaca cynomolgus were divided into two groups and underwent craniectomy,a semipermeable microdialysis catheter was placed adjacent to right middle cerebral artery (MCA).Therapeutic group were exposed to Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang and control group to placebo via oral .Results The diameter of proximal MCA in therapeutic group changed slightly on 7th day after operation(P >0.05),whereas it decreased prominently(P< 0.05) in control group with severe vasospasm.OxyHb concentration:There’s no significant difference between the two groups on 2nd ～5th day(P >0.05),the concentration of therapeutic group(was zero after 8 days) was lower than that of control group (became zero after 12 days) on 6th ～8th day(P< 0.05).The peak value of therapeutic group (on 5th day) was lower than that of control group (on 7th day)(P< 0.05).Conclusion Tong Qiao Huo Xue Tang can prevent DCV after SAH effectively and decreasing OxyHb concentration around vessels after SAH maybe the mechanism.

EXPERIMENTAL WORK AND RESEAROHThe Experimental Study of Xue Guan Tong (血管通)on Preventing Restenosis after Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty

The effect of Xue Guen Tong (XGT) granule in preveriting restenosis of atherosclerotic iliacartery after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in rabbits was studied. Forty-two purebred NewZealand rabbits with their endothelium of iliac arteries denuded and fed with high cholesterol diet for sixweeks to form the model of atheresclerotic stenosis. After PTA, the high cholesterol diet was stopped imme-diately and they were divided into 3 groups randomly. the XGT group, the lovastatin group and the controlgroup. Arterial angiogreph and pathological observation were carried out 4 weeks after PTA. The resultesbewed that ( 1 ) The luminal diameter of artery was 1 . 82 0. 46mm in the XGT group, 0 . 96 0. 71mm in thelovastetin grcxjp and 0. 71 0 . 53mm in the control group. The former one was larger than the latter two sig-nificantly ( P< 0. 01 ) . (2) Thickness of intima of artery was 0 . 27 0 . 40mm in the XGT group, it was thinnerthan those in the other two groups (O. 43 0. 04mm in the lovastatin group arid 0. 48 0. 10mm in the controlgroup) . (3) In XGT group, the smooth muscle cells ( SMCs) contained fewer organelles. more muscular fibersand were well differentiated than in the other two groups. The conclusion was XGT has the preventive effecton past-PTA arterial restenosis in rabbits.

The research on floe ice force acting on the"Xue Long"icebreaker based on synthetic ice test and virtual mass numerical method

When the ice-going ships advance in the polar region,the navigation in the floe ice region is often encountered,the hull will suffer the high-frequency contact force produced by the floe ice,which will affect the navigation performance of the ship.Therefore,it is necessary to predict the water and ice force acting on the hull accurately.In this paper,the numerical simulation and experimental verification will be conducted for the polar scientific research ship-"Xue Long".Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and DEM theory,a virtual mass method is proposed to realize the predicting of the water and ice force and the simulation of the interaction phenomenon between the ice and hull,the numerical method is built to calculate the force acting on the hull.At the same time,the synthetic ice is used to carry out the experimental research on the advancing straight with different speeds and the oblique navigation with different drift angles.The optimal virtual mass coefficient is determined through the comparison and analysis of the numerical simulation and test results under typical condition.According to the optimal virtual mass coefficient,the numerical simulation is carried out with different speeds and drift angles,which is compared with the experiment more deeply.It is found that the virtual mass method based on the combination of CFD and DEM can simulate the overturning and the sliding along the hull of the floe ice vividly,the relative error of the total resistance between model test and numerical method in advancing straight is almost within 10%,while the relative error of the total longitudinal force in oblique navigation is almost within 15%.

Clinical study of acupuncture plus Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang for benign essential blepharospasm

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang for benign essential blepharospasm(BEB).Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed.A total of 105 participants were randomized 1:1:1 into an acupuncture group,a herbal medicine group and an acupuncture plus herbal medicine group.Participants in the acupuncture group received manual acupuncture treatment,twice a week.Participants in the herbal medicine group received Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang,oral administration,once a day.Participants in the acupuncture plus herbal medicine group received both treatments.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were evaluated after four weeks of treatment.The primary outcome was the Jankovic rating scale(JRS)score,and the secondary outcome was the blepharospasm disability index(BSDI)score.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the JRS total scores significantly decreased in all three groups versus baseline(P<0.05).A greater reduction in the JRS total score was reported in participants in the acupuncture plus herbal medicine group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the herbal medicine group(P>0.05).The acupuncture plus herbal medicine group had a greater decrease in the JRS severity score than the herbal medicine group(P<0.05).The reduction in the JRS frequency score was not significantly different among the three groups(P>0.05).The BSDI scores significantly decreased in all three groups versus baseline(P<0.05),but the reduction in the BSDI score was insignificantly different among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is effective in the treatment of BEB either to use acupuncture and Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang alone or in combination.The combination therapy shows a more significant effect than either of the treatment alone.

A Breakthrough Performance： Being Human on Can Xue＇s Five Spice Street

Of the many forms of literary experimentation that arose in China during the 198os, Can Xue＇s writing stands out as some of the strangest and most enigmatic. This article intends to examine her most significant work from that period, Five Spice Street （Wuxiang jie; first published under the title Breakthrough Performance [Tuwei biaoyan]）, in light of one of the major intellectual concerns in literature at the time： the question of the human. Through a close reading of the novel, I investigate the ways in which Can Xue interrogates and destabilizes the notion of the human with regard to the relationship between subject and object, corporeality, animality, sexuality, language, and time. Overall, I suggest that while Can Xue succeeds in offering a unique and provocative conceptualization of the human in Five Spice Street, she also refrains from ＂breaking through＂ the general realm of humanist discourse current at the time.
