采用固相法制备蓝色荧光粉Y2GeO5:Bi3+,Tm3+,通过X衍射分析、扫描电镜观察、激光粒度分析和光致发光光谱分别对其物相、形貌、粒度、发光性能进行表征,并研究了Bi3+和Tm3+离子掺杂量对其发光性能的影响。结果表明:Bi3+和Tm3+分别作为敏... 采用固相法制备蓝色荧光粉Y2GeO5:Bi3+,Tm3+,通过X衍射分析、扫描电镜观察、激光粒度分析和光致发光光谱分别对其物相、形貌、粒度、发光性能进行表征,并研究了Bi3+和Tm3+离子掺杂量对其发光性能的影响。结果表明:Bi3+和Tm3+分别作为敏化剂和激活剂进入到Y2GeO5的晶格中,其最佳掺杂量(摩尔分数)分别为1.5%和2%;Y2GeO5:Bi3+,Tm3+荧光粉的D50约为7.11μm。激发光谱由314 nm宽峰和355 nm锐利峰组成,前者是由于Bi3+离子和基质激发峰复合而成;在314 nm激发下,荧光粉发射365 nm宽峰和455 nm锐利峰;掺杂Bi3+离子可以使Y2GeO5Tm3+的发光强度提高4倍。蓝色荧光粉Y2GeO5:Bi3+,Tm3+可应用于UV-LED器件中。 展开更多

采用化学共沉淀法制备了系列Y1.98-2xYb2xEr0.02SiO5(0.00≤x≤0.15)以及Y1.736Yb0.24Er0.02Tm0.004SiO5上转换发光材料,比较了室温下Y1.98-2xYb2xEr0.02SiO5(x=0.00,0.08)样品在400—1600nm范围内的吸收光谱,测量了所有样品在976nmOPO... 采用化学共沉淀法制备了系列Y1.98-2xYb2xEr0.02SiO5(0.00≤x≤0.15)以及Y1.736Yb0.24Er0.02Tm0.004SiO5上转换发光材料,比较了室温下Y1.98-2xYb2xEr0.02SiO5(x=0.00,0.08)样品在400—1600nm范围内的吸收光谱,测量了所有样品在976nmOPO激光器激发下的上转换发射光谱,以及Er3+离子4S3/2(4F9/2)→4I15/2,Tm3+离子1G4→3H6荧光衰减曲线和不同激发功率下的上转换蓝光发射强度,从而分析讨论了Er3+,Tm3+在Y2SiO5中的上转换发光机理.研究结果表明:在1250℃相对较低的温度下合成了X2型单斜晶系Y2SiO5∶Ln3+(Ln3+=Er3+,Yb3+,Tm3+),Yb3+的敏化显著增强了样品在976nm附近的吸收能力,并大幅度加宽了该处的吸收带.分析上转换发射光谱发现:上转换绿光和红光强度都随着Yb3+浓度的增加先增强后减弱,但红光的猝灭浓度较高,归因于Er3+→Yb3+反向能量传递ETU4和Yb3+→Er3+正向能量传递ETU3过程的发生;上转换蓝光发射是三光子吸收过程,是通过Yb3+,Tm3+之间三次声子辅助的能量转移方式实现的. 展开更多

The present work aimed to explore a kind of microwave dielectric materials with middle-permittivity, high Qf, near-zero τf, and lower sintering temperature. A series of Y2Ti2O7 microwave dielectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid-state method. For improving the dielectric properties of Y2Ti2O7 system, Bi2O3, Nd2O3 and Nb2O5 were added and their effects on phase composition, micro-structure, and dielectric properties at microwave frequencies were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The queuing score method for multi-target orthogonal design was used to obtain the optimum prescription. The results showed that the Y2Ti2O7 ceramics with 8 wt.% Bi2O3 and 1 mol.% Nd2O3-Nb2O5 were well sintered at 1350 ℃, exhibiting excellent dielectric characteristics, i.e. εr≈76, Qf≈18980 GHz, τf =+25.5 ppm/℃. 展开更多

Preconcentration/separation of Co(II), Fe(III), Pb(II), Cr(IIl), Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions using bis(5-bromo- 2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde)-2-methy1-1,5-pentane diimine (BBHBPDI) on SDS coated alumina has been reported. The influences of the analytical parameters including pH, ligand and SDS amount, type and concentration of eluent and sample volume on metal ions recoveries were investigated. At optimum values of all variables the relative standard deviation are between 2.5-2.7 and preconcentration factor was 375, while recoveries for all understudy metal ions are higher than 95%, determination limits are between 1.5-2.7. The method has been successfully applied to determination of Co(II), Fe(III), Pb(II), Cr(III), Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions content in some real samples. 展开更多
