The intangible cultural heritage of south Hubei is rich in profound regional cultural connotations.By integrating such cultural heritage into ideological and political education of teachers'college,it not only helps its inheritance and protection,but also enriches the forms and contents of education,and promotes the innovative development of ideological and political education.In this paper,the integration of the tea-art creation process of green brick tea in southern Hubei and the practice of ideological and political education in teacher education major is selected as a study case,to deeply analyze the integration mechanism.The following integration strategies are proposed:combining ideological and political theory with practice,and adding courses related to tea culture;strengthening the construction of ideological and political practice bases,and enhancing the professional competence of the teaching team;building a"trinity"collaborative training system to ensure the smooth implementation of ideological and political education practice. 展开更多

Based on the meteorological data of representative meteorological stations in Hunan and Hubei from 1961 to 2008 years,the change character of double rice cold damage under the background of climate change were analyzed adopting 30 years glide accumulation method.The analysis showed that the 30 years sliding cumulative days of mild low-temperature during spring sowing in Hunan and Hubei were decreased in the recent 50 years,as well as the 30 years sliding cumulative days of moderate low-temperature in central south Hubei,northern and western Hunan.However,there was an increase in southern Hunan,so was the 30 years sliding cumulative days of severe low-temperature.The 30 years sliding cumulative days of mild low-temperature in May reduced in Hunan and Hubei.Instead,that of moderate low-temperature in May in central south Hubei was on the rise,and it was opposite in northern and southern Hunan,but there was no obvious change in western Hunan.The 30 years sliding cumulative days of severe low-temperature showed a decreasing tendency in May in central south Hubei,northern and western Hunan,and southern Hunan showed a contrary tendency.The 30 years sliding cumulative days of mild cold dew wind in Hunan and Hubei were decreased,that of moderate cold dew wind in central south Hubei,northern and western Hunan had the same tendency,but there was a contrary tendency in southern Hunan.The 30 years sliding cumulative days of severe cold dew wind was decreased in central south Hubei and increased in western Hunan,without cold dew wind in northern and southern Hunan. 展开更多

Through field observation and lab analysis, 13 agronomic traits, including plant height and effective branching number per plant, etc., of 207 faba bean (Vicia faba L.) germplasms saved in Crop Middle-term Genebank of Hubei Province were evaluated, moreover, the identification on the disease resistance and the quality was carried out on parts of germplasm resources. The results showed that the faba beangermplasm resources in Hubei Province were abundant, the variation range of agronomic traits like the growth period, plant height and 100-bean weight, etc., was great, and the range of choice was wide. In the aspect of quality, there were 9 germplasms withthe content of crude protein higher than 30%, and the variation range of amylose content in total starch was large, which provided excellent sources of parents for breedinq hi.qh-quality faba bean varieties in Hubei Province. 展开更多

He-Ar-S-Pb Isotopic Compositions of Pyrite:Constraints on the Source of Ore-forming Materials of the Chengchao Skarn Iron Deposit,SE Hubei Province,Eastern China 被引量:3

The Chengchao iron deposit,the largest high-grade skarn iron deposit in southeastern Hubei Province,contains considerable amounts of magnetite and by-product anhydrite.To obtain better understanding of the ore-formation process,this study carried out He-Ar-S-Pb multi-isotopic analyses on the pyrites formed during two stages of mineralization.The results indicate that the δ34S values(ranging from 14.0‰ to 17.6‰) of pyrites formed from the two stages have no obvious differences,suggesting that they were not derived from a single magmatic sulfur source.The δ34S values of anhydrite mostly range from 21.9‰ to 28.4‰,similar to that of the Middle Triassic sedimentary anhydrite in the Middle-Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt(MLYRB).The Pb isotopic compositions of the pyrites of both stages are homogeneous,with values of 208Pb/204Pb,207Pb/204Pb,and-206Pb/204Pb being 38.006-38.257,15.523-15.556,and 17.806-18.052,respectively,indicating a mixed crust-mantle source.The He-Ar results exhibit different compositions of the two stages:the -3He/-4He(R/Ra) and 40Ar/-36Ar values for the early-stage pyrite are 0.46-0.63 and 311-322,respectively,whereas the values for late-stage pyrite are 0.23-0.34 and 305-361,respectively.Both stages of pyrites indicate the multiple sources of the ore-forming fluids,with decreasing amount of magmatic water and increasing amount of modified meteoric water(MASW) during fluid evolution.The Triassic evaporites played an important role in the mineralization process. 展开更多

Hydraulic fracturing technology is an important means of shale gas development,and microseismic monitoring is the key technology of fracturing effect evaluation.In this study,hydraulic fracturing and microseismic monitoring were simultaneously conducted in the Eyangye 2HF well(hereinafter referred to as EYY2HF well).The target stratum of this well is the second member of the Doushantuo Formation of the Sinian System,which is the oldest stratum of horizontal shale gas wells in the world.A total of 4341 microseismic fracturing events were identified,and 23 fracturing stages of the well were defined.The fluctuation of the number of events showed a repeating“high-low”pattern,and the average energy of these events showed minimal differences.These findings indicate that the water pressure required for the reconstruction of the EYY2HF well is appropriate.The main body of the fracture network extended from northwest to southeast,consistent with the interpretation of regional geological and seismic data.The stimulated rock volumes showed a linear increase with the increase of the fracturing stage.Some technological measures,such as quick lift displacement,quick lift sand ratio,and pump stop for secondary sand addition,were adopted during fracturing to increase the complexity of the fracture network.Microseismic fracture monitoring of the well achieved expected eff ects and guided real-time fracturing operations and fracturing eff ect evaluation. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed at cloning and analyzing the insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) gene from liver of Hubei white swine. [Method] The total RNA was extracted by using Trizol from the liver of Hubei white swine and used as template to amplify IGF-1 gene cDNA by RT-PCR. The cDNA product was cloned into pCRII vector, screened with blue-white colonies, digested with double enzymes and sequenced. [Result] The sequencing result indicated that the IGF-1 gene consisted of 607 nucleotides, containing 5'-untranslated region at nucleotides 1-145, a complete ORF at nucleotides 146-538 encoding 130 amino acids, and 3'-untranslated region at nucleotides 539-607. It shared 100% homology with the porcine IGF-1 gene reported by Muller et al. [Conclusion] The successful cloning and sequencing of the Hubei white swine IGF-1 gene confirmed that IGF-I gene was highly conserved, which provided technical basis for the use of transgenic technology for breeding of Hubei white swine. 展开更多

This paper intends to investigate the urban spatial patterns of Hubei Province and its evolution from three different perspectives: urban nodes, urban connections and urban clusters. The research adopts nighttime light imagery of cities in Hubei Province, the viewpoint of ′point-axis-area′ in the ′point-axis system′ theory, and employs light index model, gravity model and social network analysis. The findings are as follows: 1) In terms of urban nodes, the urbanization process of Hubei has been carried out mainly on the basis of external expansion rather than internal increasing. The polarization trend of urban connection network is strengthening. 2) As for urban connections, the estimation of urban connections using light index model is capable of containing various actual flow, and the connections are getting increasingly closer. 3) In regard to urban groups, seven urban groups of varying sizes have formed. On that basis, three stable and relatively independent urban groups as the centers, namely Wuchang, Yichang and Xiangyang emerge as well. But the structures of ′Wuhan Metropolitan Area′, ′Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen City Group′ and ′Xiangyang-Shiyen-Suizhou City Group′, which are defined by local development strategy in Hubei Province, are different from the above three urban groups. 展开更多

The models were established based on practical data of the polymetallic deposits dominated by copper ore in southeastern Hubei. These models, which are graphically illustrated in the paper, systematically summarize the metallogenic geological conditions and the geophysical-geochemical characteristics of copper deposits in this area. The western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area is an important prospective zone for oil and gas exploration in the central Yangtze area. Three representative structures, the Xinchang structure, Longjuba gas-bearing structur... The western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area is an important prospective zone for oil and gas exploration in the central Yangtze area. Three representative structures, the Xinchang structure, Longjuba gas-bearing structure and the Jiannan gas field, were selected to analyze biomarker parameters in marine strata and to examine various types of natural gas and hydrocarbon sources. Fluid inclusions; carbon, oxygen, and strontium isotopic characteristics; organic geochemical analysis and simulation of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion history of source rocks were used for tracing fluid migration paths in marine strata of the study area. The Carboniferous-Triassic reservoirs in three typical structures all experienced at least two stages of fluid accumulation. All marine strata above the early Permian were shown to have fluids originating in the Permian rocks, which differed from the late stage fluids. The fluids accumulated in the late Permian reservoirs of the Xinchang structure were Cambrian fluids, while those in the late Carboniferous reservoirs were sourced from a combination of Silurian and Cambrian fluids. A long-distance and large-scale cross-formational flow of fluids destroyed the preservation conditions of earlier accumulated hydrocarbons. A short-distance cross-formational accumulation of Silurian fluids was shown in the late Permian reservoirs of the Longjuba structure with favorable hydrocarbon preservation conditions. The fluid accumulation in the Carboniferous reservoirs of the Jiannan structure mainly originated from neighboring Silurian strata with a small amount from the Cambrian strata. As a result, the Jiannan structure was determined to have the best preservation conditions of the three. Comparative analysis of fluid migration paths in the three structures revealed that the zone with a weaker late tectonism and no superimposition and modification of the Upper and Lower Paleozoic fluids or the Upper Paleozoic zone with the fluid charging from the Lower Paleozoic in the western Hubei-easteru Chongqing area are important target areas for future exploration. 展开更多

The conclusion is that the effective irrigated area and growing structure are major factors influencing grain production capacity, whose grey relational degrees were 0.91 and 0.85 with grain production, respectively. Impacts of the minimum purchase price policy for grain on the planting area of rice in Hubei Province were analyzed based on a mixed linear model.After the indicator system containing the minimum purchase price policy and other factors influencing the planting area of rice was constructed,principal component analysis of the system was conducted,and then a mixed linear model where the planting area of rice was as the dependent variable was established.The results show that after the exclusion of the interference from other factors,the minimum purchase price policy for grain had a positive impact on the planting area of rice in Hubei Province.That is,the minimum purchase price policy significantly stimulated the growth of rice planting area in Hubei Province. 展开更多

Characteristics of source rocks and paleoenvironment of Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in western Hubei

Based on feild outcrop survey,lithology observation and systematic sampling,and with the scanning electron microscope,rock pyrolysis,biomarker compound test and analysis,this paper discussed source rock characteristics and paleoenvironment in western Hubei.The lithology at the bottom of Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formationn in this study area is mainly dark carbonaceous shale,the mineral composition is mostly clay minerals,quartz and feldspar,the content of illite and kaolinite is high,but also contains a minor amount of strawberry pyrite and graptolite fossils.The test and analysishow that the total organic carbon content(TOC)of the source rock is 0.8-6.32%,the average value is 3.42%,and the vitrinite reflectance(Ro)is 1.57-2.95%.The type of organic matter is mainly typeⅡ2.The overall abundance of organic matter is high,and the degree of thermal evolution has reached the stage of high maturity and over maturity.All these have become the good material basis and conditions for the formation of shale gas.The paleoenvironment of the source rocks indicates that the organic matter is a mixed source of planktonic algae and bacteria material.The large amount of hopane also indicates that the bacterial activity is strong during the deposition of organic matter;The water of the ancient lake is almost freshwater and brackishwater in some parts;The redox property of the water is in a strong reduction environment and with a stable stratification,which is also conducive to the preservation of organic matter.The above research results will provide the application of shale gas exploration in western Hubei. 展开更多
