BACKGROUND At present,the clinical mechanisms underlying precocious puberty remain unclear,making effective intervention for children experiencing this condition and rapidly progressive puberty essential.AIM To explor...BACKGROUND At present,the clinical mechanisms underlying precocious puberty remain unclear,making effective intervention for children experiencing this condition and rapidly progressive puberty essential.AIM To explore the effects of Zhibai dihuang pills and gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRHa)on growth and ovarian function in girls with precocious puberty.METHODS The clinical data of 84 adolescent girls with precocious puberty and rapidly progressive puberty from February 2017 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Girls were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received diet intervention combined with GnRHa treatment,while the observation group received diet intervention combined with Zhibai dihuang pills+GnRHa treatment.Outcomes such as clinical efficacy,growth indicators,ovarian function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The observation group showed superior clinical efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).Prior to the intervention,no significant differences were found in growth or ovarian function between the groups(P>0.05).Post-intervention,the observation group exhibited significantly lower rates in growth,height,and bone age,along with reduced levels of progesterone,testosterone,estradiol,prolactin,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar across both groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Combining Zhibai dihuang pills with GnRHa and dietary intervention effectively improves growth,enhances ovarian function,and minimizes adverse reactions in adolescent girls with precocious and rapidly progressive puberty.展开更多
目的探讨知柏地黄丸联合健康指导对女童特发性中枢性性早熟(Idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICPP)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月期间河北省迁安市中医医院收治的80例ICPP女患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察...目的探讨知柏地黄丸联合健康指导对女童特发性中枢性性早熟(Idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICPP)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月期间河北省迁安市中医医院收治的80例ICPP女患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予知柏地黄丸联合健康指导进行治疗,两组患儿均连续治疗24周。观察比较两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后乳房发育情况,血清激素[血清黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌激素(Estradiol,E_(2))、促卵泡成熟素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)]、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)及类胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-3(Recombinant insulin like growth factor binding protein 3,IGFBP-3)水平,卵巢容积、子宫容积、卵泡直径,骨龄/年龄及预测终身高。结果治疗后对照组患儿Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期分别为13、16、11例,Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期占比为67.5%,观察组患儿Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期分别为23、14、3例,Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期占比为42.5%,观察组Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期占比明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿E_(2)、LH及FSH水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组E_(2)、LH及FSH水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿卵巢容积、子宫容积及卵泡直径均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组卵巢容积、子宫容积及卵泡直径均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿BA/CA较治疗前明显降低,预测终身高较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组BA/CA明显低于对照组,预测终身高明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率94.59%(35/37)明显高于对照组81.58%(31/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄丸联合健康指导能够有效下调ICPP女患儿性激素及血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平,抑制第二性征发育,控制早熟症状,提高临床疗效,有利于提高女患儿身高生长潜能,改善成年终身高。展开更多
Objective To explore the transitive regularity of holistic constituents from the crude slices of the medicinal raw materials(MCS)to the formula granules(FG),fufang decoction(FD),and finally,the concentrated pills(CP)o...Objective To explore the transitive regularity of holistic constituents from the crude slices of the medicinal raw materials(MCS)to the formula granules(FG),fufang decoction(FD),and finally,the concentrated pills(CP)of Liuwei Dihuang Fufang(六味地黄复方,LWDHF).Methods Samples for MCS,FG,FD,and CP of LWDHF were obtained,and a fingerprint data-base was established using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),by separating the samples in an XB-C18 column and analyzing the transitive regularity of components us-ing the total quantum statistical moment(TQSM),including total quantum zero moment(AUCT),total quantum first moment(MRTT),total quantum second moment(VRTT),and its similarity approach.The AUCT,MRTT,and VRTT were calculated based on the representative HPLC chromatograms of FG,FD,and CP of LWDHF.Results AUCT of FG,FD,and CP of LWDHF was 71804,46553,and 144646μV·s,respectively;MRTT was 14.43,14.54,and 18.85 min,respectively;and VRTT was 106.98,112.84,and 269.12 min2,respectively.Comparing the similarity of FG/FD,FG/CP and FD/CP of LWDHF,the TQSM similarity values were 98.66%,76.62%,and 75.37%,respectively,whereas the tradi-tional similarity evaluation values were 98.68%,85.43%,and 85.60%,respectively.Conclusion The results perform little distinction in the total composition between FG and FD,whereas some distinction existed between FD and CP.Experimental evidence,therefore indicates that FG could be used as the alternative of MCS in clinical applications.展开更多
