The poor reversibility of Zn anodes induced by dendrite growth,surface passivation,and corrosion,severely hinders the practical applicability of Zn metal batteries.To address these issues,a plasmaassisted aerogel(PAG)...The poor reversibility of Zn anodes induced by dendrite growth,surface passivation,and corrosion,severely hinders the practical applicability of Zn metal batteries.To address these issues,a plasmaassisted aerogel(PAG)interface engineering was proposed as efficient ion transport modulator that can simultaneously regulate uniform Zn^(2+)flux and desolvation behavior during battery operation.The PAG with ordered mesopores acted as an ion sieve to homogenize Zn deposition and accelerate Zn^(2+)flux,which is favorable for corrosion resistance and dendrite suppression.Importantly,the plasma-assisted aerogel with abundant hydrophilic groups can facilitate the desolvation kinetics of Zn^(2+)due to the multiple hydrogen-bonding interaction with the activated water molecules,thus accelerating the Zn^(2+)migration kinetics.Consequently,the Zn/Zn cell assembled with PAG-modified separator demonstrates stable plating and stripping behavior(over 1400 h at 1 mA cm^(-2))and high Coulombic efficiency(99.8%at1 mA cm^(-2)after 1100 cycles),and the Zn‖MnO_(2)full cell shows excellent long-term cycling stability and maintains a high capacity of 154.9 mA h g^(-1)after 1000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).This study provides a feasible approach for the large-scale fabrication of aerogel functionalized separators to realize ultra-stable Zn metal batteries.展开更多
BACKGROUND Diabetic foot(DF)is a serious complication of type 2 diabetes.This study aimed to investigate the factors associated with DF occurrence and the role of delayed medical care in a cohort of patients with type...BACKGROUND Diabetic foot(DF)is a serious complication of type 2 diabetes.This study aimed to investigate the factors associated with DF occurrence and the role of delayed medical care in a cohort of patients with type 2 diabetes.AIM To reveal the impact of delayed medical treatment on the development of DF in patients with type 2 diabetes and to establish a predictive model for DF.METHODS In this retrospective cohort study,292 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent examination at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the DF group(n=82,DF)and nondiabetic foot group(n=210,NDF).Differential and correlation analyses of demographic indicators,laboratory parameters,and delayed medical treatment were conducted for the two groups.Logistic regression was applied to determine influencing factors.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)analysis was performed,and indicators with good predictive value were selected to establish a combined predictive model.RESULTS The DF group had significantly higher body mass index(BMI)(P<0.001),disease duration(P=0.012),plasma glucose levels(P<0.001),and HbA1c(P<0.001)than the NDF group.The NDF group had significantly higher Acute Thrombosis and Myocardial Infarction Health Service System(ATMHSS)scores(P<0.001)and a significantly lower delayed medical treatment rate(72.38%vs 13.41%,P<0.001).BMI,duration of diabetes,plasma glucose levels,HbA1c,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and nephropathy were all positively correlated with DF occurrence.ATMHSS scores were negatively correlated with delayed time to seek medical treatment.The logistic regression model revealed that BMI,duration of diabetes,plasma glucose levels,HbA1c,presence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and nephropathy,ATMHSS scores,and delayed time to seek medical treatment were influencing factors for DF.ROC analysis indicated that plasma glucose levels,HbA1c,and delayed medical treatment had good predictive value with an area under the curve of 0.933 for the combined predictive model.CONCLUSION Delayed medical treatment significantly affects the probability of DF occurrence in patients with diabetes.Plasma glucose levels,HbA1c levels,and the combined predictive model of delayed medical treatment demonstrate good predictive value.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of rituximab in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with varying levels of serum phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies.Methods:A total of 137 patients with idiopathi...Objective:To investigate the efficacy of rituximab in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with varying levels of serum phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies.Methods:A total of 137 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy admitted to Beijing Sixth Hospital were selected.Based on their blood PLA2R antibody levels before rituximab treatment,patients were categorized into the PLA2R antibody positive group(n=94)and the PLA2R antibody negative group(n=43).They were followed up for at least 1 year,during which the efficacy,measured through 24-hour urine protein quantification and serum albumin levels,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the quantitative levels of 24-hour urine protein between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after 6 and 12 months of treatment,there was a significant difference in the levels of 24-hour urine protein between the two groups(P<0.05).Additionally,after 3 months of treatment,there was a notable difference in the serum albumin levels between the two groups(P<0.05).However,after 6 and 12 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in serum albumin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Analysis of complications in the two groups revealed that in the positive group,9 individuals experienced thrombosis,5 had infections,and 11 developed acute kidney injury(AKI).In contrast,in the negative group,5 individuals had thrombosis,2 had infections,and 3 developed AKI.There was no statistically significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum anti-PLA2R antibody levels provide valuable insights into the clinical observation of rituximab treatment for idiopathic membranous nephropathy.They aid in understanding the disease’s pathogenesis,evaluating treatment efficacy,and predicting disease prognosis.展开更多
Aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)are an advanced secondary battery technology to supplement lithiumion batteries.It has been widely concerned and developed recently based on the element abundance and safety advantages...Aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)are an advanced secondary battery technology to supplement lithiumion batteries.It has been widely concerned and developed recently based on the element abundance and safety advantages.However,AZIBs still suffer from serious problems such as dendrites Zn,hydrogen evolution corrosion,and surface passivation,which hinder the further commercial application of AZIBs.Herein,an in-situ ZnCr_(2)O_(4)(ZCO)interface endows AZIBs with dendrite-free and ultra-low polarization by realizing Zn^(2+)pre-desolvation,constraining H2O-induced corrosio n,and boosting Zn^(2+)transport/deposition kinetics.The ZCO@Zn anode harvests an ultrahigh cumulative capacity of~20000 mA h cm^(-2)(cycle time:over 4000 h)at a high current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),indicating excellent reversibility of Zn deposition,Such superior performance is among the best cyclability in AZIBs.Moreover,the multifunctional ZCO interface improves the Coulombic efficiency(CE)to 99.7%for more than 2600 cycles.The outstanding electrochemical performance is also verified by the long-term cycle stability of ZCO@Zn//α-MnO_(2) full cells.Notably,the as-proposed method is efficient and low-cost enough to enable mass production.This work provides new insights into the uniform Zn electrodeposition at the scale of interfacial Zn^(2+)predesolvation and kinetics improvement.展开更多

文摘目的 分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)采取长效胰岛素+口服降糖药治疗的效果。方法 96例T2DM患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予口服降糖药治疗,观察组给予长效胰岛素+口服降糖药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FPG)]水平、生活质量(总体健康、精力、社会功能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能、躯体健康)评分以及不良反应发生情况(体重增加、低血糖)、治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者HbA1c(6.20±0.91)%、2 h PG(8.63±1.37)mmol/L、FPG(5.83±0.72)mmol/L均低于对照组的(8.34±1.15)%、(9.56±1.60)mmol/L、(7.91±1.31)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.08%(1/48)低于对照组的14.58%(7/48),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.909,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总体健康评分(63.25±4.48)分、精力评分(74.25±4.54)分、社会功能评分(83.67±3.91)分、心理健康评分(81.48±4.25)分、躯体疼痛评分(74.48±6.38)分、躯体角色功能评分(73.54±4.18)分、情绪角色功能评分(84.54±3.67)分、躯体健康评分(71.37±4.28)分;对照组患者总体健康评分(54.54±3.25)分、精力评分(61.22±4.01)分、社会功能评分(76.32±2.75)分、心理健康评分(61.24±3.75)分、躯体疼痛评分(66.58±4.70)分、躯体角色功能评分(61.24±4.42)分、情绪角色功能评分(73.05±2.50)分、躯体健康评分(52.31±2.76)分。观察组患者总体健康、精力、社会功能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能、躯体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.83%高于对照组的79.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药物对T2DM治疗可有效改善血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率,提升疗效。
