Achieving common prosperity for all is an important feature of Chinese modernization and an essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the core value orientation of promoting the people’s well-rounded development.This reflects the close relationship between people’s well-rounded development and common prosperity and implies that common prosperity is not just an economic issue,but also a political matter,a moral subject,and a human rights goal.Being“people-centered”is the core positioning of common prosperity,with its inherent collective and individual attributes.In terms of the object dimension of prosperity,it encompasses a wide range of rights such as material and spiritual well-being,which are advanced in a coordinated manner,and a deepening level of guarantee gradually improving.In the practical concept of“shared development,”it emphasizes the unity of state obligations and individual responsibilities,as well as the phased approach and promotion of common prosperity through the rule of law.Therefore,the essence of common prosperity lies in shifting from a“material-centered”perspective to a“people’s well-rounded development-centered”perspective.It combines the principles of fairness and inclusiveness with the recognition of diverse developmental needs.The focus is on enhancing the subjective initiative of the people,aiming to truly achieve the happiness of the people and promote people’s well-rounded development through the realization of“common prosperity.” 展开更多

Its nature created major historical debate started thousands of years ago and still ongoing. Despite the explosive developments in the last century to explore its nature, the knowledge about it is still deficient. The important advances in the twentieth and 21st centuries in understanding cerebral cortex dynamics fortified by the dominant materialistic approach of the era dictated its impact on consciousness science, which is perceived as sole human brain function. This original review is a call for holistic perception of human consciousness incorporating the ancient wisdom of the human civilizations with the massive current era advances in different disciplines of applied sciences. The description of René Descartes in the 17th century of the Cartesian dualism is timely to revisit with new holistic perspective, in view of the major advances of our understanding of heart brain communications, astrophysical resonances with human heart ascending afferents to central nervous system, and signaling between humans and the space. Universal vibrations, frequencies and resonances as perceived by Nikola Tesla constitute the core of our new conceptual and experimental perspective on human consciousness. Neural and psychological correlates of human consciousness which dominate the consciousness research nowadays should undergo revolutionary conceptual understanding to perceive consciousness as a massive universal event expanding from human genes to galaxies. In the next discussion, we are going to navigate in the nature and fate of human consciousness with new innovative universal perspective based on heart rate variability of human heart and its cosmic resonances as represented by Schumann Resonances, Solar Wind Indices and Galactic Cosmic Rays. The interpretation of our existential secrets and biology without the space around us is a major gap in our scientific perception of life. In a procedure for electrolytic dissolving pure copper and common brasses, the approximate electrochemical mole mass(k) of the sample was determined in accordance with the brand of the sample, a stitable electrolyte was selected to make the current efficiency equal to 100%, and then the dissolved mass of samples was calculated according to Faraday's law(m=klt).Three representative samples were sampled by the electrolytic dissolution method and the calculated dissolved amounts were equal to the values by weighing the anode.The cxperimental results of zinc and copper in the anode liquor are in agreement with certified values. 展开更多

鉴于双酚A(BPA)和双酚S(BPS)均具有雌激素效应且与人群接触较多,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定408份常见食品(包括水、饮料、大米、小麦、甲壳类、鱼、畜禽肉、蔬菜、罐装谷物、罐装鱼肉、罐装畜禽肉、食用油、蛋类等)中两种酚类化合物... 鉴于双酚A(BPA)和双酚S(BPS)均具有雌激素效应且与人群接触较多,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定408份常见食品(包括水、饮料、大米、小麦、甲壳类、鱼、畜禽肉、蔬菜、罐装谷物、罐装鱼肉、罐装畜禽肉、食用油、蛋类等)中两种酚类化合物的含量,并采用国际每日膳食摄入评估法(IEDI)评估成人膳食暴露量。水样测定方法:在20.0mL样品中加入3ng 13C_(12)-BPS、10ng BPA-d4和0.2mL氨水,混匀后过活化好的MAX固相萃取柱,淋洗后用5mL体积比2∶88∶10的甲酸-乙腈-水的混合溶液洗脱,所得洗脱液于45℃氮吹至干,用1.0mL 20%(体积分数)乙腈溶液复溶,超声30s,涡旋30s,过0.22μm滤膜,滤液供液相色谱-串联质谱仪分析。饮料样品测定方法:在10.0g样品中加入3ng 13C_(12)-BPS、10ng BPA-d_(4)和10mL含2%(体积分数)甲酸的乙腈溶液(酸化乙腈),涡旋10min,加入4.0g无水硫酸镁和1.0g氯化钠,涡旋3min,离心5min,分取5mL上层乙腈相,加入15mL 2%(体积分数)氨水溶液,混合均匀后参考水样进行净化。其他样品的测定方法:在2.0g样品中加入3ng 13C_(12)-BPS、10ng BPA-d4、10mL水和10mL酸化乙腈,后续处理步骤参考饮料样品。结果显示:BPA和BPS标准曲线的线性范围为0.1~400.0μg·L^(-1)和0.03~120.0μg·L^(-1),BPA、BPS的检出限(3S/N)为0.015~1.0μg·kg^(-1)和0.005 0~0.20μg·kg^(-1);按标准加入法进行回收试验,BPA、BPS的回收率为86.0%~116%和87.0%~112%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均为1.2%~10%。方法用于408份实际样品的分析,BPA和BPS的总检出率分别为66.4%和29.6%,检出量分别为0.02~148.0μg·kg^(-1)和0.007~104.0μg·kg^(-1),金属罐包装类食品中BPA检出率和检出量均较高;BPA总摄入平均IEDI暴露量上限为48.7ng·kg^(-1)·d-1,远远低于欧洲食品安全局提出的BPA每日耐受摄入量(4μg·kg^(-1)·d-1),但BPS的高于以往文献的调查值。总体来说,当前成人膳食暴露水平风险较低,但是仍需加强相关监测及人群健康管理。 展开更多

Powdery mildew, caused by Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici (Bgt), is one of the most serious diseases on wheat. In this study, the changes of endogenous bacteria in root, stem and leaf tissues of wheat infected and uninfected with powdery mildew were measured based on 16S rDNA. Integration, OTU cluster analysis, taxonomic analysis, diversity index, Shannon-Index curve, Rank-Abundance curve and PCoA analysis were carried out for each sample, and the roots, stems and leaves of different tissue parts were classified and summarized. The results showed that the infection of wheat powdery mildew had a certain effect on endophytic bacteria in stem tissue. There are also differences in the control and treatment of leaf tissue and root tissue. This indicated that endophytic bacteria were distributed differently in different parts of wheat. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Kommerell’s diverticulum(KD)with aberrant left subclavian artery is a rare congenital deformity and also has very little research literature about it(35%of case study).There are three types of aortic arch diverticulum.Even literature concerning the treatment options are limited.CASE SUMMARY We present a case report of a 50-year-old male with KD in the right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery.We conducted a total endovascular repair procedure,which is innovative and will spread more light in the medical world.Our patient has no past medical history and is a non-smoker and non-alcoholic.Patient presented with shortness of breath,chest pain and dizziness for six months.Blood tests were done and computerized tomography(CT)angiogram of the chest confirmed the diagnosis,illustrating showed a 3.9 cm KD.On Day 1,the CT angiogram showed mild dilatation of the thoracic aorta,adjacent esophagus,trachea was compressed and displaced.Surgery was planned as the treatment modality.Carotid-Subclavian artery bypass and endovascular aortic repair was conducted.We used prolene 5-0 C1 sutures to precisely anastomose a 6-mm Dacron graft to the left subclavian artery.Haemostasis was secured and wounds were closed.Protamine was administered and patient was shifted to intensive care unit.Post-operative,patient responded favorably and was discharged.Regular follow-up is done.CONCLUSION The procedure we performed is novel.This will help the cardio-thoracic surgeons a better insight about the full procedures we conducted,thereby bringing more light and better treatment options in managing KD with aberrant subclavian artery. 展开更多

β因子法是定量评估共因失效的常用方法,为解决IEC 61508中评分表法估算β时可能存在不确定性的问题,通过分析估算过程中的不确定性类型,提出一种基于D-S证据理论的因子估算方法。该方法首先建立β不同取值范围的辨识框架,然后对被分析... β因子法是定量评估共因失效的常用方法,为解决IEC 61508中评分表法估算β时可能存在不确定性的问题,通过分析估算过程中的不确定性类型,提出一种基于D-S证据理论的因子估算方法。该方法首先建立β不同取值范围的辨识框架,然后对被分析系统进行评估,并分配辨识框架中各基元的初始BPA(基本信任分配函数),最后通过证据理论融合各专家评分意见得到由信任函数和似然函数构成的β因子不确定区间。其中针对传统证据合成规则难以处理高度冲突证据的不足,提出了基于改进折扣系数的证据理论合成方法,该方法在证据融合之前,首先计算证据间的相似度以获取每个证据的支持度,同时结合专家权重,按一定的规则融合两者形成权重并将其作为折扣系数对初始BPA进行加权修正,以降低证据间的冲突程度。实例结果表明:与传统证据合成规则、Murphy法、折扣系数法相比,所提出的方法对目标结果的识别速度优于其他方法,且合成结果的不确定度0.0804是所有方法中最低的。 展开更多
