The 3D characteristics of these reservoirs are too complicated to be accurately delineated by general structural-facies-reservoir modelling. In view of the special geological features, such as the vertical architecture of sandstone and mudstone interbeds, the lateral stable sedimentation and the strong heterogeneity of reservoir poroperm and fluid distribution, we developed a new three-stage and six-phase procedure for 3D characterization of multi-layer sandstone reservoirs. The procedure comprises two-phase structural modelling, two-phase facies modelling and modelling of two types of reservoir properties. Using this procedure, we established models of the formation structure, sand body structure and microfacies, reservoir facies and properties including porosity, permeability and gas saturation and provided a 3D fine-scale, systematic characterization of the Sebei multi-layer sandstone gas field, China. This new procedure, validated by the Sebei gas field, can be applied to characterize similar multi-layer sandstone reservoirs.展开更多

The physical model of the milling of the part was established using the AdvantEdge FEM software as the platform. The aluminum alloy impeller was designated as the object to be processed and the boundary conditions which met the actual machining were set. Through the solution, the physical quantities such as the three-way cutting force, the tool temperature, and the tool stress were obtained, and the calculation of the elastic deformation of the thin-walled blade of the free-form surface at the contact points between the tool and the workpiece was realized. The elastic deformation law of the thin-walled blade was then predicted. The results show that the maximum deviation between the predicted value and the actual measured machining value of the elastic deformation was 26.055 μm; the minimum deviation was 2.011 μm, with the average deviation being 10.154 μm. This shows that the prediction is in close agreement with the actual result.展开更多

During modelling process of structural air frame part with E type cross - section rib, the saddle or lap would be formed finally at the middle of transverse rib between ribs with increase in deformation. If metal is allowed to flow out at confluence of longitudinal and transverse rib, the lop defect would be eliminated,, but a pipe cavity is obvious on corresponding loca- tion of blank. of defect formation depends on distance of metal flow ,friction, temperature homoge- neity of the blank and complexity of the part.展开更多

The feeder consists of a flat plate (or called bed) and a part placed on the plate. The bed can vibrate side-by-side (in x axis), back and forth (in y axis), clockwise and counter clockwise (about z axis), actuated by three linear motors (voice coils). When the bed does these vibrations, the part placed on the plat will have position and/or orientation change due to the interaction between the two contact surfaces. By controlling the ways in which the plate vibrates, the position and orientation of the part can be controlled. The two vibration profiles of the bed are investigated in the research: the high-low vibration mode and the bang-bang vibration mode. The motion equations of the bed and the part as well as the control schemes for the high-low vibration mode are presented. Both simulation and real-time testing verify the system's dynamic model and indicate the feasibilities of the developed control laws.展开更多

Since the length of stay (LOS) in hospital is much longer than other major countries, controlling the medical costs by reducing LOS becomes an important issue in Japan. In this paper, we evaluated the effects of the 2010 revision of the Japanese medical payment system (DPC/PDPS) on LOS for cataract operations. The Box-Cox transformation model, Nawata’s estimators and Hausman tests were used in the analysis. To evaluate the effects, we analyzed a dataset obtained from 34 DPC hospitals (Hp1-34) where one-eye cataract operations were performed both before (April 2008-March 2010) and after (April 2010-March 2012) the 2010 revision and there were more than 500 patients. The dataset contained information from 32,593 patients. We did not admit the effect of the 2010 revision in this study, and there were large differences LOS among hospitals, even after removing the influences of factors such as patient characteristics and types of principal diseases.展开更多

OBJECTIVE : To compare behavioral, biochemica 6-OHDA injections in the areas of MFB, SNC and DESIGN: Controlled observational study and histological properties of these rats undergoing the CPU respectively. SEI-IING: Department of Neurology, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University MATERIALS: A total of 64 adult female SD rats weighing 180-230 g were provided by the Animal Experimental Center of Guangxi Medical University. 6-OHDA (Sigma Company, USA); Brain solid positioner (Standard model 51600, Stoelting Co., IL, USA); rotational monitoring of little animal (type QL-1, USA); high liquid chromatography (HLC, Waters Company). METHOOS: The experiment was carried out in the Medical Experimental Center of Guangxi Medical University from February to December 2005. ① According to digital table, 64 SD rats were divided into MFB group, SNC group, CPU group and control group with 16 in each group. On the basis of the brain atlas of Paxinos, rats in the first three groups were injected with 5 μL 6-OHDA into right MFB (0 mm of line of incisor tooth, A/P 4.4 mm, L/R 1.2 mm, ON -7.8 mm), SNC (line of incisor tooth just equal to horizon, A/P -4.8 mm, L/R 1.6 mm, ON -7.8 mm) and CPU (0 mm of line of incisor tooth, A/P 1.2 mm, L/R 2.7 mm, ON -5.4 mm), respectively. The rats in control group were injected with 5 μL ascorbic acid solution (2 g/L). One week after operation, 0.1 g/L apomorphine (Apo, 0.05 mg/kg) was subcutaneously injected into neck and then rotational behavior induced by Apo was recorded once a week for 8 weeks. The PD models were considered successful only when rotational times more than or equal to 7 times per minute. Eight weeks after operation, micro-perfusion was used to obtain micro-perfusate in bilateral CPU and contents of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (3,4-DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) were also measured. In addition, amount of tyrosine hydroxylase positive cells (TH*) in SNC was counted with immuno- histochemical staining. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES : ① Successful rate of PD models; ② contents of dopamine and its metabolite in MFB, SNC and CPU groups and TH* amount. RESULTS: All 64 SD rats were involved in the final analysis. ③ Successful rate and rotational behavior: One week after operation, there were 6 successful models both in SNC and MFB groups; in the 2^nd week, there were 6 both in SNC and MFB groups and 1 in CPU group; in the 3^nd week, there were 1 in MFB group and 3 in CPU group; in the 4^nd week, there were 3 in CPU group. Otherwise, no successful case was found out in the next 3 weeks. Abnormal rotational behavior was not observed in control group. Four weeks after operation, successful rates were 81% (13/16) in MFB group, 75% (12/16) in SNC group and 44% (7/16) in CPU group.② Contents of 3, 4-DOPAC and HVA: Eight weeks after operation, contents in the SNC area of the injured side were lower than those on non-lesion side (P 〈 0.01).③Changes of TH+ amount: Eight weeks after operation, TH+ amount in the SNC area of the lesion side was lower than that on non-lesion side (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Injecting 6-OHDA into MFB, SNC and CPU can damage dopaminergic cells and establish successful PD models.展开更多

文摘To properly simulate hard rock with a high ratio of the uniaxial compressive strength to tensile strength(UCS/TS) and realistic strength-failure envelope, the rock deformation and mechanical characteristics were discussed in detail when the particle simulation method with the clump parallel-bond model(CPBM) was used to conduct a series of numerical experiments at the specimen scale.Meanwhile, the effects of the loading procedure and crack density on the mechanical behavior of a specimen, which was modeled by the particle simulation method with the CPBM,were investigated. The related numerical results have demonstrated that:1) The uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),tensile strength(TS) and elastic modulus are overestimated when the conventional loading procedure is used in the particle simulation method with the CPBM; 2) The elastic modulus, strength and UCS/TS decrease, while Poisson ratio increases with the increase of the crack density in the particle simulation method with the CPBM; 3) The particle simulation method with the CPBM can be used to reproduce a high value of UCS/TS(>10),as well as a high friction angle and reasonable cohesion strength; 4) As the confining pressure increases, both the peak strength of the simulated specimen and the number of microscopic cracks increase, but the ratio of tensile cracks number to shear cracks number decreases in the particle simulation method with the CPBM; 5) Compared with the conventional parallel-bond model, the CPBM can be used to reproduce more accurate results for simulating the rock deformation and mechanical characteristics.

文摘In the process of thin-wall parts assembly for an antenna, the parts assembly deformation deviation is occurring due to the riveting assembly. In view of the riveting assembly deformation problems,it can be analyzed through transient and static simulation. In this work, the theoretical deformation model for riveting assembly is established with round head rivet. The simulation analysis for riveting deformation is carried out with the riveting assembly piece including four rivets, which comparing with the measuring points experiment results of riveting test piece through dealing with the experimental data using the point coordinate transform method and the space line fitting method.Simultaneously, the deformation deviation of the overall thin-wall parts assembly structure is analyzed through finite element simulation;and its results are verified by the measuring experiment for riveting assembly with the deformation deviation of some key points on the thin-wall parts.Through the comparison analysis,it is shown that the simulation results agree well with the experimental results, which proves the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis, simulation results and the given experiment data processing method.Through the study on the riveting assembly for thin-wall parts,it will provide a theoretical foundation for improving thin-wall parts assembly quality of large antenna in future.
文摘From the viewpoint of interaction mechanics for solid and gas, a coupled mathematical model was presented for solid coal/rock deformation and gas leak flow in parallel deformable coal seams. Numerical solutions using the SIP (Strong Implicit Proce- dure) method to the coupled mathematical model for double parallel coal seams were also developed in detail. Numerical simulations for the prediction of the safety range using protection layer mining were performed with experimental data from a mine with potential danger of coal/gas outbursts. Analyses show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the measured data in situ.

文摘Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is an acute, highly infectious and pathogenic animal disease. In recent years, with the rapid development of the swine breeding industry in China, pig farms have shown a trend of larger-scale development.Large-scale pig farms employ standardized management,a high level of automation, and a strict_system.However,these farms have a large trading volume, and increased transmission intensity of FMD is noted inside the farm.At present, the main control measure against FMD is pig vaccination. However,a standard for immunization procedures is not available, and currently adopted immunization procedures have not been effectively and systematically evaluated.Taking a typical large-scale pig farm in China as the research subject and considering the breeding pattern, piggery structure, age structure and immunization procedures,an individual-based state probability model is established to evaluate the effectiveness of the immune procedure.Based on numerical simulation,it is concluded that the optimal immunization program involves primary immunization at 40 days of age and secondary immunization at 80 days of age for commercial pigs.Breeding boars and breeding sows are immunized 4 times a year, and reserve pigs are immunized at 169 and 259 days of age.According to the theoretical analysis, the average control reproduction number of individuals under the optimal immunization procedure in the farm is 0.4927.In the absence of immunization, the average is 1.7498,indicating that the epidemic cannot be controlled without immunization procedures.
文摘Isothermal flashless die forging process of Ti - alloy structural air - frame part with varying thickness rib has been modelled in this paper. The results of present study show that a upside - down trapezoid rib would be formed and buckling would occure as blank is reduced,if the thickness of billet is maller than or equal to the thickness of rib. During modelling process of structural air frame part with E type cross - section rib, the saddle or lap would be formed finally at the middle of transverse rib between ribs with increase in deformation. If metal is allowed to flow out at confluence of longitudinal and transverse rib, the lop defect would be eliminated,, but a pipe cavity is obvious on corresponding loca- tion of blank. of defect formation depends on distance of metal flow ,friction, temperature homoge- neity of the blank and complexity of the part.

文摘The modeling and motion control of a universal part feeder is addressed. Both simulation and real-time testing verify the system's dynamic model and indicate the feasibilities of the developed control laws.
文摘The Japanese medical costs for cataract treatments reached 270 billion yen in fiscal year 2012. We did not admit the effect of the 2010 revision in this study, and there were large differences LOS among hospitals, even after removing the influences of factors such as patient characteristics and types of principal diseases.

文摘BACKGROUND: Previous researches found that animal models with Parkinson disease (PD) could be established by injecting 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into medial forebrain bundle (MFB), substantia nigra compacta (SNC) and caudate-putamen complex (CPU) of the nigrostriatal pathway. CONCLUSION: Injecting 6-OHDA into MFB, SNC and CPU can damage dopaminergic cells and establish successful PD models.

文摘In this article,a procedure for estimating the coefficient functions on the functional-coefficient regression models with different smoothing variables in different coefficient functions is defined.First step,by the local linear technique and the averaged method, the initial estimates of the coefficient functions are given.Second step, based on the initial estimates, the efficient estimates of the coefficient functions are proposed by a one-step back-fitting procedure. The efficient estimators share the same asymptotic normalities as the local linear estimators for the functional-coefficient models with a single smoothing variable in different functions. Two simulated examples show that the procedure is effective.

文摘In order to generate the three-dimensional (3-D) hull surface accurately and smoothly,a mixed method which is made up of non-uniform B-spline together with an iterative procedure was developed.By using the iterative method the data points on each section curve are calculated and the generalized waterlines and transverse section curves are determined. Then using the non-uniform B-spline expression, the control vertex net of the hull is calculated based on the generalized waterlines and section curves.A ship with tunnel stern was taken as test case. The numerical results prove that the proposed approach for geometry modeling of 3-D ship hull surface is accurate and effective.
