It is known to all that traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy, as the summary of Chinese people fighting against various kinds of disease for thousands of years, has a summate theoretical system possessing the essence of Chinese classical philosophy, intensively reflects deep thinking and pondering of Chinese culture on the human being himself and dialectical relation between human and culture, making indelible contribution to the offspring reproduction and prosperity.

A speech coding algorithm based on harmonic-stochastic excitation

A very low bit rate algorithm for encoding speech signals at 825 bps based on a mixed harmonic and stochastic modeling of the excitation signal is presented. The algorithm is more robust in the V/UV decision, reliable pitch estimation, and excitation signals synthesis. The bit allocation schedules in every case and the analysis-by-synthesis processes of the parameters are also described. The Diagnostic Rhyme Test (DRT) results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is comparable to that of the MELP algorithm at 2.4 kbps, and the speech distinctness is 90.25%.

Normally, corrosion takes place or originates on or from the surface of materials. Therefore, surface technology （such as coating） is one of the important measures to mitigate and control the process of corrosion.

方言语音识别关键技术研究及其在空调上的应用

为了使语音空调不仅可以支持某种特定方言识别能力,更能精准智能判断用户所使用的方言种类,整体模型架构上优选Attention-based Encoder-Decoder端到端系统算法结合SMAD技术,采用以语音发音特征、发音位置等微观表示的方法,搭建跨方言语音端到端识别系统,以及基于Conformer-Transformer的方言和唤醒词联合训练方法,最终实现语音空调基于小数据集的方言识别引擎建模,并在小资源系统上完成方言唤醒和语种自适应判断的功能。
