A Historical Approach on the Opportunity to Acquire Technology Development Capability in Turkish Automobile Industry

Turkey has given importance to the development of the automobile industry since the Ottoman period.While the Ottomans,who were aware of the development process of the automobile industry in the world,provided transportation by horse-drawn carriage,they thought of importing automobiles for the Sultan and high-level bureaucrats in an effort to switch to automobile transportation.However,after the proclamation of the Republic,automobile production started,just like airplanes.While a factory was established for the production of a domestic aircraft,the first automobile production facility was established in Istanbul in 1929 by the American Ford company.This factory was closed after a short time due to the world economic crisis.After the activities of the Kayseri Aircraft Factory,which lasted until 1948,came to an end,this time,Revolution car prototypes could be manufactured completely domestically in 1961.After the project,which did not go into mass production,the KoçGroup started to produce the domestically-made Anadol car with technology transfer from multiple sources in 1967,but the production of Anadol continued until 1984.In 1971,Renault cars started to be produced under the French Renault license,and TOFAŞcars under the Italian FIAT license.Towards the end of the 1970s,creative imitation applications were made in TOFAŞcars with the bird series.In the 1990s,the production of Japanese Honda and Toyota and South Korean Hyundai cars started.In 2011,the idea of producing a domestic automobile emerged,the Devrim automobile was taken as an example in this project,the first Togg prototype was manufactured with technology transfer from multiple sources in December 2018,and it was announced that mass production would begin in March 2023.The 12-year period from 2011 to 2023 is too long for the creation of a domestic automobile.It has been understood that this long process has been passed in order to regain the pre-1980 level of technological ability.However,the most important thing is the transition from the creative imitation stage to the innovation stage.Our wish is that this process can be shortened with phase skipping approaches.

Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

Research on The Software Development Ability Training With Gradual and Whole Process Based on The Deep Integration Between Industry and Education

In view of the mechanism and quality problems in the software ability training of computer majors in colleges and universities,as well as the engineering ability and innovation ability training results can not effectively meet the needs of society,this paper discusses how to realize the deep integration of production and education through school enterprise cooperation under the existing training mode.Through the establishment of a progressive whole process training system,students’software ability can be improved in an all-round way.Taking Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,it expounds how to organically combine the theoretical teaching in class with the cultivation of extracurricular innovation ability,and gradually guide students to comprehensively improve their software development ability and innovation ability.The model has been running for many years,and plays a leading role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of education,and provides reference for the brotherly colleges and universities.

Research on Regional Industrial Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Ability Influencing Factors based on Panel Data

On the basis of panel data from 29 provinces and cities throughout the country in 2006-2010, a research is made on factors influencing regional industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization ability through a regression analysis method. Research result shows that a positive influence will generate on the comprehensive utilization ability of the industrial solid waste by three factors： regional industrial soldi waste treatment earning level, regional industrial soldi waste treatment investment level and regional industrial pollution treatment subsidy strength. And this thesis will propose suggestions from improving earning ability, enhartcing treatment investment and increasing government subsidy depending on result of empirical analysis.

Landscape Design Talents' Knowledge and Ability Structure Based on Industry Demands

Knowledge transference and ability training are 2 standing points and starting points for the industry demands-oriented talent cultivation of modern higher education.In terms of landscape design knowledge,the landscape design industry requires 3 major knowledge modules,namely basic knowledge and theories,professional knowledge,and relevant knowledge;in terms of ability,it also requires 3 major ability modules,namely computer-aided design(CAD),design performance ability and ability of making conception,and each of them includes many specific knowledge points and ability points.It is important for such teaching processes as real question and proposition teaching,studio teaching and project-led teaching to propose a dual-track talent cultivation scheme focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical ability according to the needs of landscape design industry.Moreover,it is imperative to arrange relevant courses and curriculum group that reflect knowledge and ability demands,as well as practicing courses or comprehensive design projects based on ability structure.

Research on the Ability of Regional Industrial Sustainable Development

In this paper, firstly, we construct the regional industrial sustainable development indicator system which are consist with resource, environment, technology and industrial economy efficiency levels and 16 indicators from the perspective of “two-oriented society”;Secondly, using the method of AHP to determine the weight of each indicator and evaluate the ability of industrial sustainable development of 30 regions in China;Finally, according to the results, we used the method of cluster analysis to put the regions into classification and then author put forward certain suggestions to improve the ability of industrial sustainable development of each region.

Migration, Gender, and the Hospitality Industry: Exploring the Use of Female Emotional Labour Within the Hospitality Industry

Emotional labour is an important aspect of the service sector as it is related to the psychological wellbeing of employees and organisational performance.Therefore,this research examines motivations behind female migration and impacts of emotional labour within the hotel industry.Emotional labour is linked to employee motivations and employee performances within the hotel industry to illustrate the length of emotion applied by female migrants while conducting their duties in hotels,the consequence of which causes female migrant workers larger emotional burnout than their fellow male colleagues.The topic is critically reviewed based on available literature discussing this topic.

Research on the Evaluation Method of the Industrial Enterprise Spothetical Ability－Benefit

To solve the evaluation problem of industrial enterprises in different types, thispaper presents an evaluation method of the synthetical index about the ability-benefit for industrial enterprises. It starts with the ability and benefit of anindustrial enterprise. and then presents concepts, measure methods, the modelof the enterprise’s ability-benefit and the standard value of indices. In order toquantify influences on industrial enterprises caused by the differences among trades and regions, the trade coefficient and the region coefficient areintroduced.

A Study on Theoretical Model and Applied Evaluation of Land Use Performance of High-tech Zone in Urban Fringe: A Case Study in Haidian District, Beijing

High-tech industrial zone is an important carrier for constructing innovative cities. It also plays an important role in implementing the national independent innovative strategy. How-ever, most of the high-tech industrial zones have many problems in their development process, such as efficiency of land use, weakness of oriented function and lack of land intensive. To solve these problems, the authors of this paper introduced the concept of land use performance and established the theoretical model to assess the land use performance of high-tech industrial zones. The model consists of the following three-dimensional parts: land use benefit, land use efficiency and innovative function. Based on this theory model, an index system which was composed of three secondary indictors, eight tertiary indictors and 37 fourth-grade indictors was set up to evaluate the land use performance of high-tech zone. To avoid the defects of plus model and function model, the authors brought out a three-dimensional evaluation model to examine the index of the land use performance of the high-tech industrial parks, which equals to the evaluation indicator system of land use performance of high-tech zone based on the above research. The authors examined the land use performance of five different high-tech industrial parks in Haidian District, Beijing City. The results indicated that the indicator system per-forms better in the aspect of evaluating land use benefit, land use efficiency and function of the high-tech industrial zone compared with other models.

Historical Development in the Automotive Industries of Argentina and Turkey

It is possible to say that the automotive industries of Argentina,Brazil,and Turkey are each developed as an assembly industry and show great similarities to each other in this context.Since the 1980s,the development direction of the world automotive industry has been trying to make the country’s investment environment attractive for foreign international companies to produce in their countries in all three countries.However,with the 1980s,their adaptation to the flexible production system and other new technologies being implemented in the Japanese automotive industry took time,meaning that the learning time took a long time,and local contribution rates fell.This has made the slow development mechanism that has been going on since the past work even slower,and they have suffered the punishment for not being able to develop technologies in all three countries by falling behind in the automotive industry.In the 2000s,with technological advances in electric vehicles,when the use of electric vehicles began to become widespread,we can say that all three countries began to experience a new adaptation problem in the automotive industry more severely.In Turkey,this problem was experienced with all its weight along with the other country;in 2006,the policy of attracting foreign investment to the automotive industry was partially abandoned and the approach to producing domestic cars began to be considered,and in 2011,a decision was made to produce domestic cars.As of December 2019,a prototype of the domestic car has been produced by the automobile initiative group of Turkey and work has started for mass production.Thus,the problem of adaptation to the production of electric vehicles was desired to be overcome by moving to a new stage in the path of technology development.The South Korean automotive industry used this approach in the 1980s and was successful and soon gained the ability to develop technology.In order to see the success of the application of this method in Turkey,it is thought that it is necessary to wait for the result of the domestic car project.

Ability Fostering of Constructing New Socialist Village in Western Regions

The thesis expounds that constructing new socialist village in western regions needs to foster internal developmental ability,external support ability,environmental gestation ability and incentive ability.In terms of internal developmental ability,we should foster new type of farmers and realize the transformation of rural industry and management model;in terms of external support ability,we should strengthen infrastructure construction and reinforce the role of industrialization and urbanization in supporting and promoting village;in terms of environmental gestation ability,we should deepen the transformation of rural economic system,social security system,register census and employment system;in terms of incentive ability,we should take the sustainable development as objective to foster new advantage,use the income of resources industry to support agriculture and connect industry,and foster advantageous agricultural products.

Industrial Upgrade,Vocational Ability and Migrant Worker Education and Training

Economic structure adjustment,industrial upgrade,and demands of migrant workers for vocational ability are direct driving factors for migrant workers participating in education and training.Personal quality of migrant workers not only concerns their survival and development,but also concerns upgrade of modern industrial structure.From the perspective of industrial upgrade,vocational ability and mechanism of migrant worker education and training,this paper analyzes difficulties in migrant worker education and training.On the basis of the difficulties,it come up with some strategies and recommendations.

The Development and Significance of American Urbanization

In comparison with the European urbanization, which stretches back roughly 5500 years, the American transformation from village to city was achieved in an amazingly short space of time. From the eighteenth century on, Americans experienced the painful yet rewarding change of an agrarian nation becoming an urban industrial giant. In 1790, for example, only a little over 4 percent of the American population lived in cities; today 70 percent of Americans live in urban areas.

Research on Coordinating relations between Industrial agglomeration and Regional Technology Innovation Ability in Yangtze River Economic Belt

Based on principal component analysis, coordinated development model and location entropy, this paper analyzes the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation ability and industrial agglomeration level and the spatial differences in Yangtze River economic zone. Firstly, the regional science and technology innovation ability is divided into two parts： innovation input and innovation transformation result. The accumulation of knowledge outside the region is introduced as a variable influencing the correlation effect, and the index system of regional innovation capability is constructed. According to the degree of coordination between the regional technological innovation ability and the level of industrial agglomeration, the Yangtze River economic belt provinces and municipalities are divided into moderate disorder class, serious disorder class, extreme disorder class, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region interregional knowledge accumulation weak.

基于熵值法-TOPSIS法的高技术产业知识产权保护能力评价研究

结合高技术产业以及知识产权保护的特点,构建包含专利和非专利产出"2维度-7指标"的高技术产业知识产权保护能力评价指标体系,通过熵值法客观确定指标权重,再根据TOPSIS法测度并综合评价2009年-2013年5年间我国高技术产业知识产权能力,并构建评价模型。结果表明,2009年-2013年,我国高技术产业知识产权保护能力呈现增强趋势,但是每年的增强幅度处于逐年递减状态。在此基础上,从政府、企业以及高校三个视角提出提升我国高技术产业知识产权保护能力的建议。

基于TOPSIS灰色关联投影法的高技术产业技术创新能力动态综合评价——以京津冀一体化为视角

为实现对京津冀地区高技术产业技术创新能力的动态综合评价,文章从技术创新投入、技术创新产出和技术创新环境三个方面建立评价指标体系,采用TOPSIS灰色关联投影法计算灰色关联投影贴近度,引入协调度模型评价区域协调发展水平,并进行二次加权计算。对比所得到的截面静态评价结果和面板动态评价结果,可以看出,京津冀地区高技术产业技术创新能力存在不同程度的波动和较大的地区差异,产业发展处于中度失调状态。研究认为,京津冀应努力加强区域产业合作和优势互补,推动创新资源有效配置,促进产业结构优化升级,不断缩小产业技术创新能力的地域差距,实现一体化发展。

中国加入ＷＴＯ对中国产业的发展将产生深远的影响，即大幅度提高产业竞争能力，主要表现在：有利于中国产业降低原辅材料进口成本，增强产品价格竞争能力；有利于打破行业垄断；提高产业的竞争力；有利于企业加快自主开发进程，增强企业创新能力；有利于金融保险业的发展，增强服务竞争能力；有利于农产品市场发展，增强资源竞争能力。

干扰FTO蛋白对人卵巢癌细胞系SKOV3增殖、迁移、侵袭的影响及其机制

目的 观察干扰脂肪量和肥胖相关蛋白(FTO)对人卵巢癌细胞系SKOV3增殖、迁移、侵袭的影响,并探讨其可能机制。方法 取对数生长期SKOV3细胞,分为siFTO-1组、siFTO-2组、si-NC组,siFTO-1组转染第一条靶向FTO的小干扰RNA(siFTO-1),siFTO-2组转染第二条靶向FTO的小干扰RNA(siFTO-2),si-NC组转染无靶向作用的小干扰RNA(si-NC),CCK-8法检测细胞增殖能力(增殖率),细胞划痕实验检测细胞迁移能力(相对迁移率),Transwell实验检测细胞侵袭能力(穿膜细胞数),Western blotting法检测细胞AKT、p-AKT/AKT、PI3K、p-PI3K/PI3K蛋白相对表达量。结果 与si-NC组比较,siFTO-1组和siFTO-2组细胞增殖率、相对迁移率、穿膜细胞数高(P均<0.05);与si-NC组比较,siFTO-1组和siFTO-2组p-AKT/AKT和P-PI3K/PI3K蛋白相对表达量升高(P均<0.05),PI3K、AKT蛋白相对表达量无显著变化(P均>0.05)。结论 干扰FTO可促进SKOV3细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭,可能机制是其通过上调PI3K和AKT磷酸化水平,进而激活PI3K/AKT信号通路。

Biological characteristics of entomogenous nematodes

Studies indicat that; 1. when soil moisture is above 15% and soil temperature is 20-28℃ ,the condition is benefic for infecting and reproducing of the nematodes. At the same time,this condition is samely needed for the white grubs; 2. the migration ability of the nematodes is lower in soil of field than that in tested soil of the laboratory. But in general,the nematodes appplyed into soil distribute mainly in the ploughed layer and a migration area for them can be formed in the direction of horizontal; 3. observations reveal that invasion time of the S. glaseri NC34 into larval (H. parallela) through intersegmental membrane of body segment and foot after the inoculation is 30 min,and it for invading cuticle of larvae body side is 120 min. But the infection time is different in the different individuals of S. glaseri and in the different species of grubs.
