目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)在预防胃管意外滑脱中的应用效果。方法在胃管留置过程中,应用FMEA对胃管留置过程中可能出现脱管的原因进行分析,计算危机值找出优先需要干预的因素,采取应对措施,...目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)在预防胃管意外滑脱中的应用效果。方法在胃管留置过程中,应用FMEA对胃管留置过程中可能出现脱管的原因进行分析,计算危机值找出优先需要干预的因素,采取应对措施,从环节上寻找原因杜绝其脱管。结果危机值由FMEA实施前的1656分降至373分,危机值下降率为77.5%。结论 FMEA应用于预防胃管意外脱(拔)管中,能有效地降低脱管率。展开更多
