High-performance five-axis computer numerical control machine tools are widely used in the processing of Aeronautical Structural parts. With the increase of service life, the precision of CNC machine tools equipped by aeronautical manufacturing enterprises is declining day by day, while the new generation of aircraft structural parts are developing towards integration, large-scale, complexity, thin-walled and lightweight. It is very easy to produce dimension overshoot and surface quality defects due to unstable processing technology. The machining accuracy of aircraft structural parts is also affected by complex factors such as cutting load, cutting stability, tool error, workpiece deformation, fixture deformation, etc. Because of the complexity of structure and characteristics of Aeronautical Structural parts, the consistency and stability of cutting process are poor. It is easy to cause machining accuracy problems due to tool wear, breakage and cutting chatter. Relevant scholars have carried out a lot of basic research on NC machining accuracy control and achieved fruitful results, but the research on NC machining accuracy control of Aeronautical structural parts is still less. This paper elaborates from three aspects: error modeling method of NC machine tools, error compensation method, prediction and control of machining accuracy, and combines the characteristics of Aeronautical Structural parts, the development trend and demand of NC machining accuracy control technology are put forward. 展开更多

The compressive sensing (CS) theory allows people to obtain signal in the frequency much lower than the requested one of sampling theorem. Because the theory is based on the assumption of that the location of sparse values is unknown, it has many constraints in practical applications. In fact, in many cases such as image processing, the location of sparse values is knowable, and CS can degrade to a linear process. In order to take full advantage of the visual information of images, this paper proposes the concept of dimensionality reduction transform matrix and then se- lects sparse values by constructing an accuracy control matrix, so on this basis, a degradation algorithm is designed that the signal can be obtained by the measurements as many as sparse values and reconstructed through a linear process. In comparison with similar methods, the degradation algorithm is effective in reducing the number of sensors and improving operational efficiency. The algorithm is also used to achieve the CS process with the same amount of data as joint photographic exports group (JPEG) compression and acquires the same display effect. 展开更多

The simulation system predicted the erection state to optimize any gap or overlap of blocks based on 3-D measurement data. The blocks were modified (cut) on the basis of the simulation result on the ground before erecting them by crane. The re-cutting process was not required and the blocks were erected into a mother ship speedily. Therefore, the erection time is reduced, increasing the dock turnover. 展开更多

Two-stage directional valves usually employ proportional pilot control technology, which has the disadvantages of dead zones, leakage, and the large moving mass of the pilot valve. It is difficult, therefore,to achieve fast-response performance of the main valve. In order to overcome this problem,a switching pilot technology that employs two independent high-speed on/off valves(HSVs)is proposed to replace the traditional pilot proportional valve.Due to the rapid switching characteristics of HSVs,the dead zone of the pilot stage is avoided, and the dynamic response performance of the main valve is improved. The experiments indicate that the switching frequency of the pilot HSVs and supply pressure of the pilot stage have a very large effect on the dynamic performance and control accuracy of the main valve.Increasing the switching frequency of the pilot HSVs is helpful for improving main-valve control accuracy. The larger supply pressure of the pilot stage can achieve a faster dynamic performance of the main valve while causing larger static errors. The results show that the switching pilot technology can clearly improve the static and dynamic performances of the main valve. With the increase of pilot supply pressure, the step rise time is reduced from 21.4 ms to 16.8 ms,and the dynamic performance of the main valve is improved by 21.5%.With the increase of pilot switching frequency, the steady-state error decreases from 24μm to 20μm,and the control accuracy of the main valve is improved by 16.7%. 展开更多
