The acetyl acetone (AcAc) and ethylene glycol (EG) were used as the chelate agent and the reductant respectively in the system. 采用气质联用技术建立一套检测食品接触材料纸和纸板中的甲醛含量的新方法。正交试验结果得出最佳衍生条件为:衍生温度60℃,衍生时间20 min,衍生试剂用量为每1 m L样品添加0.4 m L,萃取试剂为二氯甲烷。基于最佳处理条件下,采用外标法...采用气质联用技术建立一套检测食品接触材料纸和纸板中的甲醛含量的新方法。正交试验结果得出最佳衍生条件为:衍生温度60℃,衍生时间20 min,衍生试剂用量为每1 m L样品添加0.4 m L,萃取试剂为二氯甲烷。基于最佳处理条件下,采用外标法对甲醛进行定量,甲醛浓度在0.5 mg/L^4.0 mg/L呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998 8。经试验得出,本方法适用于食品包装材料纸和纸板样品中甲醛含量的检测,样品平均加标回收率为86%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.48%,方法检出限为0.78 mg/L。对路边摊手抓饼包装纸中甲醛含量的检测结果发现,与国标方法——乙酰丙酮分光光度法相比,两种方法的检测结果并无显著性差异。试验表明,本方法所检测的手抓饼包装袋中甲醛含量均超过了GB 9685-2008《食品容器、包装材料用添加剂使用卫生标准》规定的15 mg/kg。展开更多
