The optical signal projected on the CCD array is converted into electrical signal andprocessed by the signal processing center which consists of a TMS 32010 system and an IBM-PC.The TMS 32010 with very high speed is used in a microcomputer system. A cycle sample methodis adopted to collect the data of the CCD video signal, sampling one per 40-point. After theprocessing, the frequency bandwidth, the resolution and the dynamic range of the system aremeasured to be 100 MHz, 8 MHz and 20 dB, respectively. 展开更多

The modularization spectrum analyzer takes on the performance stabilization and higher reliability, and according to different demands, the different modules can be used. The spectrum analyzer had such performances as the detecting frequency precision of 1 MHz, the detecting frequency error of 0.58 MHz, detecting responsivity of 90 dBm and bandwidth of 50 MHz. 展开更多

The way by which one can make sure the operating mode of the modulation is by observing the Comsol results of the designed model of proposed acousto-optic modulator (AOM). These results include the pressure distribution, sound pressure distribution, stress distribution at piezoelectric, far-field analysis that describes the diffracted light orders, and electric potential versus light frequency. Throughout the simulating process of modulator operating using Comsol, it begins when the RF is power by a voltage of 100 V, the light is then split into first ordered diffraction, which implies that the modulator is in the operating mode. The use of semiconductor materials is due to its smaller gap that easily transfers the energy that leads to generating first order diffraction when they provided a voltage power. It mentioned that zero order diffraction indicates the modulator does not run;other orders are appearing with increasing the frequency of light leading to decrease of the efficiency of the modulator performance. 展开更多

First of them consists in t... We present an advanced schematic arrangement of the radio-wave spectrometer with a few parallel optical arms for processing the data flow. This arrangement includes two principal novelties. First of them consists in the proposed design, where each individual optical arm exhibits its original performances providing parallel multi-band observations within a few different scales simultaneously. These optical arms have the beam shapers providing both the needed incident light polarization and apodization to increase the dynamic range. After parallel acousto-optical processing, data flows of all the optical arms are united by the joint CCD matrix on the stage of the combined electronic data processing. The second novelty is in usage of unique wide-aperture bastron-based acousto-optical cell providing one of the best performances at the middle-frequencies (about 500 MHz) in comparison with the other available crystalline materials in this range. Such multi-band capabilities have a number of applications in astrophysical scenarios at different scales: from objects in the distant universe to planetary atmospheres in the Solar system. Thus one yields the united versatile instrument, which provides comprehensive studies of astrophysical objects simultaneously with precise synchronization in various frequency ranges. 展开更多

Wave height estimation using the singular peaks in the sea echoes of high frequency radar 被引量:1

The popular methods to estimate wave height with high-frequency(HF) radar depend on the integration over the second-order spectral region and thus may come under from even not strong external interference. To improve the accuracy and increase the valid detection range of the wave height measurement, particularly by the smallaperture radar, it is turned to singular peaks which often exceed the power of other frequency components. The power of three kinds of singular peaks, i.e., those around ±1,±√2 and ±1√2 times the Bragg frequency, are retrieved from a one-month-long radar data set collected by an ocean state monitoring and analyzing radar,model S(OSMAR-S), and in situ buoy records are used to make some comparisons. The power response to a wave height is found to be described with a new model quite well, by which obvious improvement on the wave height estimation is achieved. With the buoy measurements as reference, a correlation coefficient is increased to 0.90 and a root mean square error(RMSE) is decreased to 0.35 m at the range of 7.5 km compared with the results by the second-order method. The further analysis of the fitting performance across range suggests that the peak has the best fit and maintains a good performance as far as 40 km. The correlation coefficient is 0.78 and the RMSE is 0.62 m at 40 km. These results show the effectiveness of the new empirical method, which opens a new way for the wave height estimation with the HF radar. 展开更多

Developing an Advanced Prototype of the Acousto-Optical Radio-Wave Spectrometer for Studying Star Formation in the Milky Way

The designed practically prototype of an advanced acousto-optical radio-wave spectrometer is presented in a view of its application to investigating the Milky Way star formation problems. The potential areas for observations of the cold interstellar medium, wherein such a spectrometer can be exploited successfully at different approximations, are: 1) comparison of the Milky Way case with extragalactic ones at scale of the complete galactic disk;2) global studies of the Galactic spiral arms;and 3) characterization of specific regions like molecular clouds or star clusters. These aspects allow us to suggest that similar instrument will be really useful. The developed prototype of spectrometer is able to realize multi-channel wideband parallel spectrum analysis of very-high-frequency radio-wave signals with an improved resolution power exceeding 103. It includes the 1D-acousto-optic wide-aperture cell as the input device for real-time scale data processing. Here, the current state of developing this acousto-optical spectrometer in frames of the astrophysical instrumentation is briefly discussed, and the data obtained experimentally with a tellurium dioxide crystalline acousto-optical cell are presented. Then, we describe a new technique for more precise spectrum analysis within an algorithm of the collinear wave heterodyning. It implies a two-stage integrated processing, namely, the wave heterodyning of a signal in an acoustically square-law nonlinear medium and then the optical processing in the same solid-state cell. Technical advantage of this approach lies in providing a direct multi-channel parallel processing of ultra-high-frequency radio-wave signals with the resolution power exceeding 104. This algorithm can be realized on a basis of exploiting a large-aperture effective acousto-optical cell, which operates in the Bragg regime and performs the ultra-high-frequency co-directional collinear acoustic wave heterodyning. The general concept and basic conclusions here are confirmed by proof-of-principle experiments with the specially designed cell of a new type based on a lead molybdate crystal. 展开更多

目的 用室内质量控制频率在线计算工具为乐山市妇幼保健院血细胞分析项目选择合适的批长度及质量控制程序,探索血细胞分析室内质控的测定频率。方法 收集乐山市妇幼保健院2023年4~12月血细胞分析室内质控变异系数作为项目的不精密度。... 目的 用室内质量控制频率在线计算工具为乐山市妇幼保健院血细胞分析项目选择合适的批长度及质量控制程序,探索血细胞分析室内质控的测定频率。方法 收集乐山市妇幼保健院2023年4~12月血细胞分析室内质控变异系数作为项目的不精密度。采用实验室参加2023年国家卫生健康委员会室间质评血细胞计数实验结果评估各项目偏倚(Bias),WS/T 406-2012中规定的血细胞分析项目的允许总误差(TEa)。将数据录入Westgard室内质量控制频率计算工具,在线计算出包括多规则、单规则、质控浓度水平个数从1~4在内的10种相应批长度和不同候选统计质量控制(SQC)程序。结合实验室实际情况选择质控规则相对简单、批长度相对较长的SQC程序。结果 血细胞分析中检验项目WBC,HGB,MCV,MCH,MCHC和PLT选用1_(3s),N=2规则,对应批长度为1 000;HCT选用1_(3s)/2_(2s)/R_(4s),N=2规则,对应批长度为563,质控频率每天1次;RBC选用1_(3s)/2_(2s)/R_(4s),N=2规则,对应批长度为151,质控频率每天2次或优先改进检测性能。结论 Westgard室内质量控制频率在线计算工具操作简单易行,可为实验室选择合适的批长度、质控频率及SQC程序,实验室根据实际情况调整SQC方案。 展开更多

The broadening of the resoluble line-pattern caused by the response of a photodiode pixel has been computed. According to this discussion the authors proposed the selecting principles for the design parameters of the acoustooptical spectrometer including light-beam truncation ratio, focal length of Fourier lens, and number of photodiode array elements, i.e. the quantitative criteria for specific observational necessities with an acousto-optical spectrometer considered with resolution, bandwidth, and sidelobes of instrumental profile comprehensively. 土壤中全硫测定——硫分析仪选择及方法优化

全硫含量是土壤调查项目中的必测项目。在燃烧法直接测定固体样品的硫分析仪中,高频红外碳硫仪检测限低,检测速度快,燃烧温度高,测定土壤标准物质的准确度高,是快速测定土壤中全硫的最佳仪器。应用高频红外碳硫仪测定样品过程中,坩埚空... 全硫含量是土壤调查项目中的必测项目。在燃烧法直接测定固体样品的硫分析仪中,高频红外碳硫仪检测限低,检测速度快,燃烧温度高,测定土壤标准物质的准确度高,是快速测定土壤中全硫的最佳仪器。应用高频红外碳硫仪测定样品过程中,坩埚空白、通氧流量、样品称样量、助熔剂添加量、定量方法等均会对测定结果准确度产生影响。通过对上述影响条件进行优化,研究确定了测定土壤中全硫含量的最佳条件:在严格控制坩埚空白的前提下,通氧流量设定为2~3 L/min,依次称取0.1 g样品(精度:0.0001 g)、0.5 g纯铁(精度:0.001 g)和1.0 g钨粒助熔剂(精度:0.001 g)混合后上机分析,对不同浓度样品进行分段校正。值得注意的是,本研究证实了利用化学物质标准品建立工作曲线的可行性,为后期仪器优化和改进提供了宝贵思路。国家土壤标准物质测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2%(n=6),测定值与标准值相对误差(RE)的绝对值小于1%(n=6),方法检出限为4.50μg/g,说明方法的准确度和精密度高,适用于低含硫量土壤样品的批量检测。 展开更多

矢量信号分析仪作为传统扫频式频谱仪与快速傅里叶变换技术的结合,能够对信号进行数字化处理,分析各种调制信号,同时获得测量信号的幅度和相位信息,对于现代通信意义重大。随着电磁波的应用频率扩展到毫米波乃至太赫兹波段,矢量信号分... 矢量信号分析仪作为传统扫频式频谱仪与快速傅里叶变换技术的结合,能够对信号进行数字化处理,分析各种调制信号,同时获得测量信号的幅度和相位信息,对于现代通信意义重大。随着电磁波的应用频率扩展到毫米波乃至太赫兹波段,矢量信号分析仪的测量频率也急需拓展到更高频段,在系统前端搭载下变频器可实现这一目的。基于50GHz~110GHz宽带信号的下变频技术开展研究,研制了变频系统中多个关键器件,包括频分50GHz~110GHz信号的宽带开关、抑制镜频信号的宽阻带波导滤波器以及基于倍频放大模块的本振,同时搭建了50GHz~110GHz宽带信号下变频系统,将50GHz~110GHz宽带信号下变频到4.6GHz~39.6GHz。实验表明,下变频后的信号在任意2GHz内平坦度小于±3.5dB,对镜频信号的抑制大于60dBc,输出杂散抑制度大于40dBc,本振泄漏抑制大于70dBc,满足系统指标要求。 展开更多

土壤有机质含量是土壤肥力的重要指标,准确测定其含量对农业生产和土壤环境监测具有现实意义。目前关于土壤有机质含量测定的方法主要有两种:一类是重铬酸钾容量法;另一类是使用高频红外碳硫仪进行测定,两种方法都是通过测定土壤中有机... 土壤有机质含量是土壤肥力的重要指标,准确测定其含量对农业生产和土壤环境监测具有现实意义。目前关于土壤有机质含量测定的方法主要有两种:一类是重铬酸钾容量法;另一类是使用高频红外碳硫仪进行测定,两种方法都是通过测定土壤中有机碳的含量,再乘以校正系数间接求得有机质的含量。选用6种含量不同的土壤和沉积物标准物质,通过两种方法分别进行测定,考察了两种方法测定数据的准确性和精密度,当样品有机质含量较低时,两种方法的精密度都较差,但重铬酸钾容量法测定结果更加稳定、准确,随着有机质含量的增加,两种方法的测定结果均表现出稳定的状态,相比较而言,高频红外碳硫仪法前处理简单,测定方便,适用于大批量土壤样品有机质的快速测定。选取豫北某地区土壤样品进行验证实验,使用重铬酸钾容量法和高频红外碳硫仪法测定的有机质含量在15.8~29.0g/kg,两种方法测定结果基本一致,相对偏差分别为0.8~1.1和0.6~1.0g/kg,精密度2.8%~6.1%和2.1%~6.2%,符合相关标准的检测要求。 展开更多

目的评估国产三维眼前节分析系统Scansys、Pentacam三维眼前节全景分析仪、频域眼前节光学相干断层扫描仪(CASIA SS-1000)和新型超高频数字超声扫描系统(Arcscan Insight100)测量近视眼有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术后中央拱... 目的评估国产三维眼前节分析系统Scansys、Pentacam三维眼前节全景分析仪、频域眼前节光学相干断层扫描仪(CASIA SS-1000)和新型超高频数字超声扫描系统(Arcscan Insight100)测量近视眼有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术后中央拱高的差异及一致性。方法采用诊断试验研究方法,纳入2019年6—12月于河南省人民医院眼科行ICL V4c植入术的近视患者56例56眼,术后同时应用Scansys、Pentacam、CASIA和Arcsan测量中央拱高。比较4种仪器拱高测量值的差异;4种仪器拱高测量值的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析,一致性比较采用Bland-Altman法分析。结果Scansys、Pentacam、CASIA和Arcscan拱高测量值分别为(481.8±191.6)、(476.4±190.6)、(619.3±207.5)和(534.0±221.2)μm,总体比较差异有统计学意义(F=143.301,P<0.001),其中Scansys和Pentacam拱高测量值明显低于CASIA和Arcscan,Arcscan拱高测量值低于CASIA,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。Arcscan-CASIA、Arcscan-Pentacam、Arcscan-Scansys、CASIA-Pentacam、CASIA-Scansys、Pentacam-Scansys拱高测量值均呈强正相关(r=0.982、0.933、0.931、0.942、0.941、0.989,均P<0.001)。Scansys、Pentacam、CASIA和Arcscan拱高测量值组内相关系数分别为0.985、0.975、0.998、0.992;CASIA和Arcscan、CASIA和Scansys、CASIA和Pantacam、Arcscan和Scansys、Arcscan和Pantacam拱高测量值差值95%一致性界限分别为-170~0、0~280、0~280、-110~210、-100~220μm,差值的绝对值最大值超出临床的可接受范围,一致性欠佳;Scansys和Pentacam拱高测量值差值95%一致性界限为-60~50μm,一致性良好。结论4种仪器测量近视眼ICL V4c植入术后拱高重复性均良好,其中,Scansys和Pentacam的拱高测量值偏小,两者一致性良好,结果可以互相替代;而CASIA拱高测量值最大,其次为Arcscan,彼此差异较大,测量结果不能相互替代,在临床工作中应结合实际情况综合分析。 展开更多

We develop a high resolution ground penetrating radar system (LANRCS-GPR) based on the E5071B Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). This system takes advantage of a wideband and adjustable frequency domain ground penetrating radar system and adds the characteristics of a network analyzer with ultra-wideband and high precision measurement. It adopts the LAN mode to concatenate system control that reduces construction cost and makes the system easy to expand. The high resolution ground penetrating radar system carries out real time imaging using F-K migration with high calculation efficiency. The experiment results of the system indicate that the LANRCS-GPR system provides high resolution and precision, high signal-to-noise ratio, and great dynamic range. Furthermore, the LANRCS-GPR system is flexible and reliable to operate with easy to expand system functions. The research and development of the LANRCS-GPR provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for future frequency domain ground penetrating radar production and also can serve as an experimental platform with high data gathering precision, enormous information capability, wide application, and convenient operation for electromagnetic wave research and electromagnetic exploration. 展开更多
