Bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) are used for acupoint injection of mixture solution of placenta tissue injectio (2 mL), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinesis) injectio (2 mL) and Huangqi (Radix Astragli seu Hedysari) injectio (4 mL), with 4 mL for each acupoint. Acupoints used for puncturing are bilateral Yuji (LU 10), Dingchuan (EX-B 1), Feishu (BL 13), Fengmen (BL 12), Gaohuangshu (BL 43), Taiyuan (LU 9), Fenglong (ST 40), Shenshu (BL 23), Zusanli (ST 36), etc.. Dazhui (GV 14), Tanzhong (CV 17), and Zhongwan (CV 12) are moxibustioned after insertion of acupuncture needles and achieving needling sensations. Cupping is applied to bilateral Dingchuan (EX-B 1) after removing acupuncture needles with a little blood out. Following 3 days’ treatment, these 5 asthma patients who have no apparent response to conventional medication treatment are relieved strikingly in the attack frequency, till the 7th day of the treatment, they have no any asthmatic onset again. One month’s follow-up shows no recurrence. Results indicate that acupuncture with moxibustion and cupping is fairly effective in relieving steriod resistant asthma patients who have no effect in responding to glucocorticoid treatment.展开更多

文摘Pelvic pain is one of the most common symptoms in gynecologic outpatients. Primary dysmenorrhea, acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, post-operational pelvic adhesion, blood stagnation of pelvic vein, etc. , are mentioned as the often encountered causes of pelvic pain. It has been reported in the recent ten or more years that intramuscular injection of vitamin K3 (Vit K3) could relieve pain induced by smooth muscle spasm. In order to evaluate the effect of Vit K3 administered by acupoint injection in relieving pelvic pain, 180 patients were treated and observed from April 1997 to April 1999 in our hospital, and good therapeutic effect was obtained. It was reported as follows.

文摘Objective:To assess the effectiveness and safety of acupoint injection for the treatment of asthma. Methods:Six electronic databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupoint injection for asthma. Two authors extracted data and assessed methodological quality independently using the Cochrane Collaboration Risk of Bias tool.Data were evaluated using RevMan v5.2.Results:Eighteen RCTs involving 1913 participants with asthma were identified.Overall methodological quality of the RCTs was classified as unclear risk of bias.Western medicine(12 RCTs)was injected most frequently into acupoints, followed by Chinese herbal medicine(four RCTs),vitamins(one RCT),and Chinese herbal medicine combined with Western medicine(one RCT).Four RCTs used only one acupoint[ST36(two RCTs),BL13,CV22],whereas the other RCTs selected multiple acupoints(among which BL13 was used most frequently). One RCT reported mortality,no RCT reported quality of life,15 RCTs reported the symptom improvement rate, one RCT reported asthma control test(ACT)data, one RCT reported the duration of asthma, three RCTs reported the mean time that asthma was controlled(MTAC),and 13 RCTs reported lung-function tests(LFTs).Some RCTs showed acupoint injection may improve the attack time of asthma,MTAC,and LFTs.Five RCTs reported the outcome of adverse events and showed no significant differences between the acupoint injection group and control group. Conclusions:The findings suggest that acupoint injection may be effective for improving ACT data, duration of asthma,MTAC and LFTs.However, the evidence is insufficient owing to the poor methodological quality of the RCTs.
文摘Objective:The aim of this systematic review was to assess the effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection(FBCMCAI)on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Databases such as Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web Of Science,China Biology Medicine(CBM),CNKI,VIP and WANFANG DATA were electronically searched to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)(up to October 2016).According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature about effects of FBCMCAI in the treatment of DPN were screened and data were extracted.Literature quality evaluation was appliced by Cochrane Reviewer Handbook 5.1.0.A random or a fixed effects model was used to analyze outcomes by RevMan 5.3 software.Subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis, and orientation description were performed if necessary.Results:11 randomized controlled trials with a total of 927 patients were included.Meta analysis results revealed that the efficacy of FBCMCAI for DPN was significantly superior to the control treatment(OR=5.07,95%CI:3.23-7.94,Z=7.08,P<0.00001).Besides,there was an increase in motor conduction velocity of peroneal nerve(SMD=1.08,95%CI:0.66-1.48,Z=5.30,P<0.00001),motor conduction velocity of tibial nerve(SMD=1.08,95%CI:0.58-1.58,Z=4.22,P<0.0001)and motor conduction velocity of median nerve(SMD=0.46,95%CI:0.23-0.68,Z=3.96,P<0.0001)in FBCMCAI groups. For another, there was also an increase in sensory motor conduction velocity of the motor nerve(SMD=0.80,95%CI:0.54-1.05,Z=6.06,P<0.00001)and sensory motor conduction velocity of median nerve(SMD=0.66,95%CI:0.38-0.93,Z=4.73,P<0.00001)in the FBCMCAI groups.Symptoms score was significantly reduced after FBCMCAI treatment(WMD=-4.21,95%CI[-4.95,-3.48],Z=11.25,P<0.00001).Conclusion:FBCMCAI may have significant therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of DPN.Diabetic neurologic symptoms and nerve conduction velocities can be improved under FBCMCAI treatment.In-depth research and high quality randomized controlled trials on the efficacy of FBCMCAI are necessary.
文摘In the present study, the effect of acupoint injection analgesia for artificial abortion was observed. 40 patients were divided at random into 2 groups: Acupoint injection group(n=20) and control group (n=20). In the former group, bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) were selected. 1-1.5 ml diluted analgesic solution was injected into each acupoint respectively about 5-10 minutes before operation. The blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) of the patients were all monitored before and during operation. Results showed that the effective rates of analgesia for uterus aspiration and dilation of the uterine cervix were 90 percent and 85 percent respectively. Patients’ BP and HR during operation were all stable as compared with those before operation (P>0.05). It indicates that this method has a better effect in relieving abdominalgia and preventing nausea and vomiting during artificial abortion. It can be developed and used in clinic.
文摘In the present paper, 60 cases of gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=30) and acupoint injection group (n=30). In these two groups, the tender point was used as the main acupoint, combined with Taichong (LR 3), Yinbai (SP 1), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Juegu (GB 39), Xuehai (SP 10), etc. 10% Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra) Injection and dexamethasone were used for acupoint injection. Results indicated that in acupoint injection and acupuncture groups, 15 (50.0%) and 9 (30.0%) cases had marked improvement, 12 (40.0%) and 10 (33.3%) were effective, and 3 (10.0%) and 11(36.7%) failed in treatment, with the total effective rats being 90.0% and 63.3% respectively. Statistical analysis shows that acupoint injection is significantly superior to simple acupuncture in the therapeutic effect (P<0.05).
文摘In the present paper, the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of acupoint injection and Chinese medicinal herbs was observed in 59 cases of primary palpebral retraction patients. These 59 patients were divided into treatment group (n=38, treated with acupoint injection and Chinese medicinal herbs) and control group (n=21, treated with Chinese medicinal herbs alone). After 3 courses of treatment, of the 38 cases in treatment group, 25 (65.8%) were cured, 8 (21.1%) had marked improvement and 5 (13.2%) had improvement; of the 21 cases in control group, 8 (38.1%) were cured, 9 (42.9%) had marked improvement, 2 (9.5%) had improvement and 2 (9.5%) were ineffective. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect. The cure rate of experimental group was apparently higher than that of the control group, i.e. the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy of acupoint injection and Chinese medicinal herbs was superior to that of Chinese medicinal herbs alone.
文摘76 patients of impotence were randomly divided into two groups.Of 28 cases inacupuncture group,18 were cured,5 effective and 5 ineffective.Of 48 cases in acupuncture plus acu-point-injection group,41 were cured,5 effective and 2 ineffective. The curative effect in the acupunc-ture plus acupoint-injeetion group was superior to that in the acupuncture group(P【0.01).
文摘In the present paper, the authors report their results of treatment of 5 cases of steriod resistant asthma with acupoint-injection, body acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping. Results indicate that acupuncture with moxibustion and cupping is fairly effective in relieving steriod resistant asthma patients who have no effect in responding to glucocorticoid treatment.
