As the mainline green starts randomly in vehicle-actuated signal systems, the random theory is applied to obtain the distribution of the unused green time at side streets based on the green gap-out mechanism. Then, the green start time of the mainline can be selected at the point with maximum probability to minimize the delays or stops caused by the randomly started mainline green. A case study in Maine, USA, whose traffic conditions are similar to those of the middle-size Chinese cities, proves that the proposed method can significantly reduce the travel time and delays.展开更多

These projects are necessary for mapping of particular technical devices of advanced metering management (AMM) which is needed for successful SG and whole functional SG system operation. According to our opinion, for the next step of SG implementation, the participation of effective market design would be quite necessary. In other words, pilot project which is operated regardless to the market conditions and special SG tariff is incomplete and could be irrelevant for further evaluation of feasibility. With regard to above mentioned facts, the detailed cost-benefit-analysis (CBA) is needed to establish the correct methodology for evaluation of SG implementation effectiveness. Related aspects are mentioned and discussed in this paper, in which the particular cost and benefits as well as feedback that occurs as the reaction on implementation are summarized and quantified.展开更多

Among M3, 95% of patients show specific chromosome translocation t(15;17)q(22;21) with PML-RAR fusion gene, and 5% of patients show other subtypes. According to the statistical analysis of 2 540 adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cases in Harbin institute of Hematology & Oncology, APL accounted for 23%.展开更多
