This paper studies English training for student volunteers at large scale sports events with a comprehensive investigation of the undergraduate student volunteers from Capital University of Physical Education who have taken part in large scale sports events.By examining the current volunteer training situation,the author finds that there is a sever lack of professional and systematical English training for student volunteers at large scale sports events.The study shows focusing on sports events knowledge and requirements of the volunteers’specific job is crucial to the service level of the volunteers.The study concludes that the problem can be solved by developing new course books,innovating new flexible training methods,and offering more comprehensive training content.The recommended training methods include intensive group training,computer aided teaching,task training and on-the-spot training to make them fit their work soon. 展开更多

Small-Sided Games and Technical Skills in Soccer Training: Systematic Review and Implications for Sport and Physical Education Practitioners

High-level of technical skills and tactical behaviour are key factors for an optimal performance in soccer games. About the most used and innovative training methods, the small-sided games (SSGs) seem to be a worthy and valid methodology to train simultaneously many skills by reproducing several conditions of a real match. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review of the available literature to lead an improved understanding in the usefulness of SSGs for improving technical skills in soccer. To ensure a rigorous and reliable approach, the review was performed according to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic review and Meta-analyses) guidelines. 1031 records were initially identified, but only 26 studies were further included in the review. Moreover, other two studies were added after a check of the bibliography of two major reviews. So, each of these studies was analysed according to the aforementioned guidelines and using inclusion criteria related to SSG and training in soccer. The current analysis provided several indications and recommendations for coaches and trainers of soccer teams in order to improve several technical skills by means of the use of SSGs. Furthermore, several evidences for using SSGs in school environment are also provided. 展开更多

The computer simulation technology has been a breakthrough in the training, which has caused the attention of the majority of sports coaches and athletes. According to the analysis of each subject of the sports training, we find that the computer simulation technology has not fully obtained the popularization and application in many aspects of the sports, which is related to the development levels of the computer simulation technology. The simulation system designed in some directions is not practical, and some are still in the blank. Background:There is a growing body of experimental evidence examining the effects of plyometric jump training(PJT)on physical fitness attributes in basketball players;however,this evidence has not yet been comprehensively and systematically aggregated.Therefore,our objective was to meta-analyze the effects of PJT on physical fitness attributes in basketball players,in comparison to a control condition.Methods:A systematic literature search was conducted in the databases PubMed,Web of Science,and Scopus,up to July 2020.Peer-reviewed controlled trials with baseline and follow-up measurements investigating the effects of PJT on physical fitness attributes(muscle power,i.e.,jumping performance,linear sprint speed,change-of-direction speed,balance,and muscle strength)in basketball players,with no restrictions on their playing level,sex,or age.Hedge’s g effect sizes(ES)were calculated for physical fitness variables.Using a random-effects model,potential sources of heterogeneity were selected,including subgroup analyses(age,sex,body mass,and height)and single training factor analysis(program duration,training frequency,and total number of training sessions).Computation of metaregression was also performed.Results:Thirty-two studies were included,involving 818 total basketball players.Significant(p<0.05)small-to-large effects of PJT were evident on vertical jump power(ES=0.45),countermovement jump height with(ES=1.24)and without arm swing(ES=0.88),squat jump height(ES=0.80),drop jump height(ES=0.53),horizontal jump distance(ES=0.65),linear sprint time across distances≤10 m(ES=1.67)and>10 m(ES=0.92),change-of-direction performance time across distances≤40 m(ES=1.15)and>40 m(ES=1.02),dynamic(ES=1.16)and static balance(ES=1.48),and maximal strength(ES=0.57).The meta-regression revealed that training duration,training frequency,and total number of sessions completed did not predict the effects of PJT on physical fitness attributes.Subgroup analysis indicated greater improvements in older compared to younger players in horizontal jump distance(>17.15 years,ES=2.11;≤17.15 years,ES=0.10;p<0.001),linear sprint time>10 m(>16.3 years,ES=1.83;≤16.3 years,ES=0.36;p=0.010),and change-of-direction performance time≤40 m(>16.3 years,ES=1.65;≤16.3 years,ES=0.75;p=0.005).Greater increases in horizontal jump distance were apparent with>2 compared with≤2 weekly PJT sessions(ES=2.12 and ES=0.39,respectively;p<0.001).Conclusion:Data from 32 studies(28 of which demonstrate moderate-to-high methodological quality)indicate PJT improves muscle power,linear sprint speed,change-of-direction speed,balance,and muscle strength in basketball players independent of sex,age,or PJT program variables.However,the beneficial effects of PJT as measured by horizontal jump distance,linear sprint time>10 m,and change-of-direction performance time≤40 m,appear to be more evident among older basketball players. 展开更多

Methods: 60 patients with Distal Radioulnar Joint (DRUJ) injury were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. 30 cases were included in each of the two groups.Before and after treatment in patients with Visual Analogue Scale (Visual Analogue Scale, VAS) score, forearm pronation and supination electromyographic activity, methods of electric integral value (integral electromyogram, iEMG) and Wrist in patients with self assessment Scale (Patient - Rated Wrist Evaluation, PRWE) score evaluation, comparison, and the clinical observation on diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard (assessment process by blind method).Results: compared with the two groups before and after treatment, VAS score decreased, forearm pronation and postpronation activity increased, iEMG value increased, and PRWE scale score decreased (all P < 0.05), and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group [93.3% (28/30)] was higher than that of the control group [50%(15/30), P < 0.05].Conclusion: the combined exercise training of muscle and bone setting technique can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with radial ulnar joint injury, improve the rotation of the forearm, increase the recruitment of the anterior rotatory muscle, and improve the wrist function of patients, and the effect is better than if combined with forearm support fixation. 展开更多

背景:跑台训练是促进脊髓损伤后运动功能恢复的有效方法之一,可以促进神经发生,但是不同强度跑台训练对脊髓内源性干细胞的激活作用尚不明确。目的:分析不同强度跑台训练对脊髓损伤后小鼠脊髓内源性神经干细胞的激活作用。方法:取雌性C5... 背景:跑台训练是促进脊髓损伤后运动功能恢复的有效方法之一,可以促进神经发生,但是不同强度跑台训练对脊髓内源性干细胞的激活作用尚不明确。目的:分析不同强度跑台训练对脊髓损伤后小鼠脊髓内源性神经干细胞的激活作用。方法:取雌性C57BL/6J小鼠50只,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、脊髓损伤组及低、中、高强度运动组,每组10只。脊髓损伤组及低、中、高强度运动组利用钳夹法构建T10节段脊髓损伤模型,脊髓损伤后第7天,低、中、高强度运动组分别进行对应强度的跑台训练,3次/d,10 min/次,每周训练6次,连续训练28 d。跑台训练后3,7,14,21,28 d,采用BMS评分评估小鼠后肢运动功能;跑台训练后28 d,获取损伤区域脊髓组织,检测细胞激活标志物表皮生长因子受体、静止细胞标志物胶质纤维酸性蛋白、增殖标志物5-乙炔基-2-脱氧尿苷(EdU)表达,苏木精-伊红染色观察脊髓组织形态。结果与结论:①脊髓损伤各组小鼠BMS评分始终低于对照组(P<0.05);随着跑台训练时间的延长,脊髓损伤小鼠BMS评分逐渐升高,中强度运动组小鼠跑台训练后14,21 d的BMS评分高于脊髓损伤组及低、高强度运动组(P<0.05),中、高强度运动组小鼠跑台训练后28 d的BMS评分高于脊髓损伤组、低强度运动组(P<0.05)。②与对照组比较,脊髓损伤组表皮生长因子受体与EdU阳性细胞比例升高(P<0.05);与脊髓损伤组比较,低、中、高强度运动组表皮生长因子受体与EdU阳性细胞比例均升高(P<0.05),并且中强度运动组最高。与对照组比较,脊髓损伤组胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞比例升高(P<0.05);与脊髓损伤组比较,低、中、高强度运动组胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞比例降低(P<0.05),并且中强度运动组最低。③苏木精-伊红染色显示脊髓损伤组小鼠损伤区域形成大片空洞,不同强度跑台训练后脊髓损伤小鼠损伤区域空洞减小,并且中强度运动组减小最明显。④结果表明,低、中、高强度的跑台训练可通过激活内源性神经干细胞促进脊髓损伤小鼠运动功能的恢复,其中中强度运动训练的效果最明显。 展开更多

Can coordination variability identify performance factors and skill level in competitive sport? The case of race walking 被引量:2

Background:Marginal changes in the execution of competitive sports movements can represent a significant change for performance success.However,such differences may emerge only at certain execution intensities and are not easily detectable through conventional biomechanical techniques.This study aimed to investigate if and how competition standard and progression speed affect race walking kinematics from both a conventional and a coordination variability perspective.Methods:Fifteen experienced athletes divided into three groups(elite,international,and national) were studied while race walking on a treadmill at two different speeds(12.0 and 15.5 km/h).Basic gait parameters,the angular displacement of the pelvis and lower limbs,and the variability in continuous relative phase between six different joint couplings were analyzed.Results:Most of the spatio-temporal,kinematic,and coordination variability measures proved sensitive to the change in speed.Conversely,non-linear dynamics measures highlighted differences between athletes of different competition standard when conventional analytical tools were not able to discriminate between different skill levels.Continuous relative phase variability was higher for national level athletes than international and elite in two couplings(pelvis obliquity—hip flex/extension and pelvis rotation—ankle dorsi/plantarflexion) and gait phases(early stance for the first coupling,propulsive phase for the second) that are deemed fundamental for correct technique and performance.Conclusion:Measures of coordination variability showed to be a more sensitive tool for the fine detection of skill-dependent factors in competitive race walking,and showed good potential for being integrated in the assessment and monitoring of sports motor abilities. 展开更多
