Reform Paths of Rural Land Property Rights System in the Context of Agricultural Modernization

The reform of rural land property rights system can promote large-scale and intensive agricultural production,improve the quality of laborers,improve agricultural production efficiency,increase farmers'income,and effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization.In the context of the reform of the"separation of three powers",the rural land property rights system still has problems in terms of ownership,use rights,disposal rights,and income rights,which affect the healthy development of agricultural modernization.In this situation,it is necessary to further clarify the subject of rural land ownership,thoroughly improve the right to use rural land,vigorously improve the right to dispose of rural land,effectively protect the right to benefit from rural land,and deeply promote the reform of the rural land property rights system in order to effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization.

Bottleneck of Modern Agricultural Development and Countermeasures in Qinzhou in the Context of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

The situation of agriculture in Qinzhou was introduced firstly.And then,the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in Qinzhou was pointed out,which including considerable effects of natural disasters,insufficient agricultural investment,backward infrastructure,inadequate agricultural ST innovation and promotion,low industrialization,incomplete agricultural chain,poor capacity in resisting market risks,and lagged manpower resources in rural areas.Finally,the countermeasures were proposed for development of Qinzhou＇s modern agriculture,including defining the characteristics of agricultural products,formulating scientific agricultural planning,strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation,training and on-site guidance,cultivation and brand strategy of agricultural leading enterprises,establishing agricultural disaster prevention mechanism and vigorously developing ecological agriculture tourism.

Dynamic Evolvement of Agricultural System and Typical Patterns of Modern Agriculture in Coastal China:A Case of Suzhou

Based on dynamic theory of system, agriculture is a complex system composed by element, structure, function and development. Firstly, this paper analyzes their connotation and relationship, which could be simply described that in virtue of element integrating and structure optimizing, agricultural system may achieve multifunctionality to meet increasingly diverse demands. As a case study of Suzhou, it concludes that Suzhou has a LP-dependence on agricultural element, and the growth extent of agricultural productivity correlates to the ratio of agricultural labor reduc- ing rate to farmland reducing rate. Agricultural structure of Suzhou changed with time, and in the early 1980s and 2000s it was most notable. Correspondingly, agricultural function has experienced a succession process: 'production', 'production-living', and 'production-living-ecology'. At last, based on questionnaires and interviews, some new characteristics and problems of agricultural development in coastal developed region of China have been put forward. Meanwhile, some typical patterns of modern agriculture in Suzhou which adapt to system evolving are also brought up such as export-oriented agriculture, enterprises-leading agriculture, agricultural science and technology parks, characteristic and stereoscopic agriculture, tourism and sightseeing agriculture.

China’s Agricultural Modernization Strategy towards 2035

China’s agricultural modernization drive has made steady progress with great achievements.After six decades of development,China has reached the mid-stage of agricultural modernization.By the average pace of recent years,China is poised to attain agricultural and rural modernization by 2035,but progress will vary considerably across regions and sectors.A transition towards an agricultural powerhouse is the only path towards agricultural modernization.Being a large agricultural producer,China has yet to qualify as an agricultural powerhouse in terms of agricultural sufficiency,competitiveness,innovation,and sustainability.From the mid-and long-term perspective,our agricultural modernization should proceed in light of China’s rural reform experience,focusing on food security,agricultural industry,green transition,and agri-tech.With a regionally differentiated approach,China should aim to basically achieve agricultural and rural modernization in about 15 years and complete the transition towards an agricultural powerhouse in 20 years from 2020.

Exploration and Enlightenment on Constraints of Modern Agricultural Construction in China

On the basis of financial,scientific and technological,and resource factors constraining modern agricultural development,we analyze a series of effective explorations amid the plight of modern agriculture in China.Results show that significant achievements have been made through measures such as increasing agricultural investment,strengthening research and development and popularization of agricultural science and technology,enhancing infrastructure construction,and great improvement has been made in agricultural production,farmers' living,agricultural science and technology,agricultural industrialization and scale level of land.In line with these,we sum up following experience:insist on ensuring national grain security,increase agricultural investment to lay solid foundation for developing modern agriculture,speed up innovation in mechanism and system,and guide by different types through proper planning in accordance with local conditions.

Japan's Modern Agriculture and Its Effects on Agricultural Development of Anhui Province

This paper elaborated the current situations of Japan's modern agriculture,from fine agriculture,mechanized agriculture to intelligent agriculture. According to the experience of Japan,it came up with recommendations for the development of agriculture,including cultivating new professional farmers,further strengthening construction of rural cooperative economic organizations,enhancing agricultural technology extension and technology application,and energetically promoting standardized,branding,and characteristic local agricultural production.

Path Analysis of Agricultural Project Design Based on Function Expansion: A Case Study of Naya Mountain Villa

The expansion of agricultural function is one of the important means for modern agricultural projects to promote agricultural economic benefits. Successful modern agricultural projects require good creative ideas and design programs. While developing high-efficient modern agricultural production activities,we should fully explore the intangible value of agricultural production activities,combine agriculture with agricultural products,natural conditions,cultural conception and other effective resources,to expand agricultural functions,and promote comprehensive benefits. In order to build a sustainable modern agricultural project operation system,Naya Mountain Villa project planning is taken as an example for analysis. Naya Mountain Villa began construction in 2011; the creative planning based on the agricultural expansion function was carried out in 2013; it had successful access to the capital market in 2015. The project realizes the effective integration of agricultural production system and agricultural function expansion,constructs a set of long-term stable profiting models,and lays an important foundation for entering the capital market. The project is a representative example of the function-expanding modern agricultural project. Through the analysis of the design ideas of the project,this paper discusses the function expansion elements of basic resources,public welfare and agricultural function expansion methods,the formation of general ideas,source and construction logic of creative thinking,and summarizes and abstracts some inspiring design methods of agricultural function expansion. Through the analysis of the key points in the design of the specific technical aspects of the project,this paper provides a reference for solving common difficult problems in the practical design. The summary and refinement of the thinking logic,thinking construction and specific design method of the project is inspiring and repeatable to some extent,which can provide reference for the relevant researchers.

Study on Balanced Development of Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Henan Province

This article expounds the connotation of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization",and points out the problems thwarting balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province as follows:the level of industrialization is not high;the general level of urbanization is low;the agricultural foundation is weak and there are many institutional barriers.The goal of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province is to take a road of industrialization and urbanization,not at the expense of agriculture and food.Based on this,the measures are put forward for balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province as follows:keep to the new road of industrialization with characteristics of Henan Province,promote the development of industry and accelerate the transformation of pattern;keep to the road of new urbanization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in urban development pattern;adhere to the road of agricultural modernization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in pattern of agricultural development.

Comprehensive Evaluation on the Level of Agricultural Modernization in Eastern China

Based on correct understanding of the connotation and essence of agricultural modernization,according to the data in 2008 China Statistical Yearbook and the relevant literatures about eastern China,a total of 12 indices are selected to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization in eastern China by combining with its social development and following the principles of systematization,comprehensiveness,representativeness,legitimacy and comparability.Then,according to the decision-making rules of modern science,3 alternatives are put forward and max compatibility degree method is used to generate the optimization solution.Result shows that agricultural modernization in eastern China can be classified into three types.The first type is Shanghai;the second type includes Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Fujian and Shandong;and the third type is Jiangxi and Anhui.The evaluation result is in accord with the actual situation of agricultural development in eastern China.Finally,since there still needs improvement in capital investment,rural education,agricultural science and technology research,peasant training,and social and organizational structure,it is pointed out that we should optimize the investment agriculture,enhance support for science and technology,perfect the mechanism of "promoting agriculture development by industry and developing the township by the city",and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization in eastern China.

Operation Mode and Optimum Design of China's Agricultural Modern Logistics System

Using comparative analysis and logical reasoning methods,in combination with traditional logistics theory and practice,and on the basis of objective demand of modern agricultural development for logistics service,we analyze features of logistics function.Besides,we discuss functional elements and service contents of agricultural modern logistics.In addition,we explore innovation model of agricultural modern logistics and systematized operation of supply chain.Finally,it is concluded that logistics development shall bring into full play all functional elements and achieve high efficient operation of the system through enhanced management measures.

A Study on the Countermeasures of Modern Agricultural Development from a Perspective of E-commerce——A Case of Suzhou,China

Based on the fact that e-commerce promotes the development of modern agriculture,the paper summarizes the present situation of agri-cultural e-commerce through related materials.Taking Suzhou city as an example,the paper analyzes the features of modern agriculture.And themodern agriculture is characterized with apparent industrialization and scaled requirements,the branded and particular agriculture has more advan-tages,leisure agriculture is the very special one.In order to upgrade the degree of agricultural industrialization of Suzhou,promote the communica-tion of agricultural information and sales of products and lower the risks of agricultural production,the e-commerce countermeasures of modern agri-culture have been put forward.Firstly,strengthen the network construction of agricultural information.Secondly,carry out the agricultural e-com-merce business by B2B model.Thirdly,construct the e-commerce platform of leisure agriculture.Fourthly,construct the e-commerce platform ofmodern agriculture.Fifthly,perfect the logistics distribution network of agricultural products of Suzhou.The last point is to accelerate the e-com-merce training of farmers and the introduction of talents.

Advances in Researches about Agricultural Modernization in China since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

The researches about agricultural modernization have been carried out a long time. Since the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC),there have been fundamental changes in China's agricultural policies. The works of three rural issues with the development of modern agriculture rapidly became the main topic. The practice promoted researches of agricultural modernization in the connotation,characteristics,path selection,and indicator system construction. With the introduction of simultaneous development of " four modernizations" and coordinated development of " five modernizations",the theoretical researches of China's agricultural modernization have been provided with new connotations. In the existing achievements of " four modernizations" and " five modernizations" containing agricultural modernization,the characteristics,paths,indicator system and evaluation methods of agricultural modernization are constantly enriched. Through sorting out the theoretical achievements in the researches about agricultural modernization since the 16 th CPC National Congress of the CPC,this paper explored the new characteristics,new paths and new indicator system of agricultural modernization,to provide reference for the further transformation and upgrading of China's agriculture and the formulation of relevant policies.

The "Two Leaps" and Chinese Agricultural Modernization

Brand Construction of Agricultural Enterprises:A Case Study of Hubei Hanway Ecological Agriculture Group

Brand construction of agricultural enterprises is a fundamental path for industrialized development of agriculture,an essential measure for increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers' income,and also an effective approach for development of agricultural modernization. Effective carrier of brand construction is agricultural enterprise. However,at present,there are problems of weak awareness of most agricultural enterprises,low science and technology content of products of agricultural enterprises,lack of carrier for brand construction,and imperfect mechanism of survival of the fittest brand. On the basis of successful experience of Hubei Hanway Ecological Agriculture Group,this paper came up with theoretical conception for brand construction of agricultural enterprises in China from raising social recognition of brands,increasing science and technology content of brand products,improving management and control of quality and safety of brand products,and cultivating effective carrier for brand construction.

Impacts of Agricultural Mechanization on Agricultural Production in Guangdong Province

Agricultural machinery represents modern method and modern condition of production, and Agricultural mechanization is the key basis and symbol of modern agriculture. Based on analyses of agricultural mechanization development in Guangdong Province from 1988 to 2008, production function was developed to estimate the effects of agricultural mechanization on agricultural production. The results indicated that the contribution of agricultural mechanization to production continues to increase. The agricultural mechanization increased by 1%, and grain production by0.35%. Therefore, government should encourage development of agricultural mechanization in order to improve agricultural production in Guangdong Province.

Theoretical and Empirical Analysis on Influence Factors of Modern Agricultural Equipment Level in the Processof Agricultural Sustainable Development

To promote modem agricultural equipment level is one characteristic of constructing and developing modem agriculture in China. This paper makes up stepwise linear regression analysis model of influence factors of modem agricultural equipment level, and chooses rural labor, per capita income of rural residents, rural investment, proportion of people at secondary education level and at higher level in per hundred rural labor force and arable land area as independent variables, and total power of machine as induced variable. The major results show that the relativity of modem ag- ricultural equipment level, rural investment and education level of peasants is remarkable, and they are the major influence factors of modem agricultural equipment level. Raising investment level of rural infrastructure construction as well as and research and devel- opment and promotion of advanced and applicable modem agricultural equipment, improving quality and education level of peasants can accelerate the development of China＇s modern agricultural equipment effectively in the process of agricultural sustainable development.

Evaluation of Modern Agricultural Development Level in Huaibei Area of Anhui Province

Based on the data of modern agricultural development level in Huaibei area,this paper made a comprehensive evaluation on the modern agricultural development of 6 cities in Huaibei area by Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP). It analyzed the development trend and difference in the level of agricultural input,the level of agricultural output,the level of rural social development and the level of agricultural ecological security. The study shows that the overall level of modern agricultural development in Huaibei area is rising in the past 6 years,with the highest increase in Suzhou City,followed by Huainan City and Huaibei City,and the other cities ranking in the middle. In view of the problems in the process of modern agricultural development in Huaibei area,it came up with recommendations,including strengthening the land consolidation,transfer of agricultural population,improving the rural education and controlling the agricultural pollution.

Connotation and Realization of Ningxia Agricultural Organization:Practice Induction and Model Reference

Through a large number of literature studies and field survey,from the perspective of small farmers’integration into agricultural modernization,this paper innovatively divided the current integration mode of national agricultural organizations into five main types:leading enterprises,leading new agricultural business entities,cooperative financial institutions,embedded scientific research institutes,and financial poverty alleviation and assistance.It found that Ningxia region can gradually carry out horizontal integration and extension in the process of promoting the vertical integration and extension of agricultural industry value chain,and try to explore the possibility of new integration mode such as"modern agricultural cloud service public platform+leading enterprises+farmers"in Ningxia,in order to bridge the gaps in agricultural organization policies through the pilot,because the village plans to plan the development of the industry,adapt to the local conditions to strengthen the village collective economy,and continuously improve the degree of farmers’organization.

Countermeasures for Constructing Provincial Modern Agricultural Industrial Park:Taking Jellyfish Industry,the Leading Industry of Yingkou City as an Example

At present,modern agricultural industrial park with large-scale planting and breeding base as a platform has become an innovative measure to promote the development of regional modern agriculture and an important starting point for the implementation of rural industry revitalization,and it has been highly valued by local governments.Yingkou City has established and developed a modern agricultural industrial park with jellyfish as the leading industry.This will effectively fill the gap in this work in Yingkou City and boost the development of the jellyfish industry.This study provides strong support for the promotion of the city card of"China's Hometown of Jellyfish".
