Current Situations and Recommendations for Development of Agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City

The agricultural science and technology park is a demonstration carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the modern agricultural production. It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. It found existing problems including insufficient industry-university-research integration,low level of agricultural intensification,weak functions of public service platforms and brand effect,and insufficient exploration of tourism resources. In view of these problems,it came up with recommendations for development of agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City,including gathering scientific and technological resources,enhancing scientific and technological support,strengthening the high-quality development of the park economy,and building a national 4 A-level excellent scenic spot.

Planning and Ecological Greening of Agricultural Sci-Tech Ecological Demonstration Park in Suning County,Hebei Province

Taking the control detailed planning of Suning Agricultural Sci-Tech Ecological Demonstration Park in Hebei Province for example,general methods for the planning of modern agricultural sci-tech parks were introduced from the perspective of general situation of the planning area,technical routes,guiding concepts and planning principles,ecological greening and plant confi guration of the parks was discussed.

Practice of Developing Low-carbon Leisure Agriculture in Agricultural Sci-tech Experiment and Demonstration Park: A Case Study of Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park

The Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park,as a unique tourist scenic spot,is a new model for the development of low-carbon leisure agriculture.In this paper,with Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park as a study case,the practice of developing a model of low-carbon agricultural science and technology tourism in the park is explored.Main measures for developing low-carbon leisure agriculture in Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park are summarized,including development of low carbon attractors,construction of low carbon facilities,strengthening low-carbon management,building low-carbon environment and so on,according to analysis on the models for development of low-carbon agricultural science tourism in this park.

Theoretical Framework for Circular Agricultural Science and Technology Park Planning

In the paper, theoretical framework of Circular Agricultural Science and Technology Park planning was constructed based on circular agriculture, modern agriculture, garden landscape and management of agriculture SciTech park, and the concerning meaning and characteristics were introduced, providing theoretical bases and guidance for circular agriculture SciTech park.

SWOT Analysis and Development Countermeasures of Taohua Mountain Ecotourism Agricultural Park in Ya’an City

By using SWOT Analysis, the internal strengths and weakness, and the external opportunities and challenges of Taohua Mountain Ecotourism Agricultural Park were discussed. The result showed that Taohua Mountain was unique in scenery, rich in rural tourism resources and broad in market prospect. However, the tourism products were monotonous, lack of characteristics and depth; the ecological environment was weak; the tourism staff was with low quality; some parts of the area were in poor sanitary condition, restrained by season and periodicity. Meanwhile, there existed some opportunities and challenges in this park. The opportunities mainly contained policy opportunity and transference of tourists’ preference. The challenges primarily included challenges from urban tourism spots of Ya’an City and surrounding cities, and threats of sustainable use of tourism resources resulting from blind exploitation of fruit production area. And the corresponding development countermeasures were put forward, that is, to develop diversified tourism programs, to allocate mountainous resources according to local conditions, to train the local tourism staff, to dredge the area with poor sanitation, to diversify business with other industries supporting the development of tourism agriculture.

Planning and Design of Agricultural Greenhouse Park

By taking the Agricultural Greenhouse Park in Songjiang District,Tianjin City for an example,the construction principles of this park were introduced,such as "ecological","economic","landscaping","satisfying functional demands","popularization of science" and "organic combination of emotions and plants".The park was divided into 4 parts:"New Agricultural Technology","Vegetable Tree","Southland Orchard" and "Vegetable Bar".Landscape layouts,design schemes and plant furnishings in each garden were respectively analyzed.Functions of the greenhouse park such as popularization of science,recreation and entertainment were highlighted as well as its characteristics of "combining artificial landscapes and hi-new agriculture,integrating art and agriculture",so as to provide practical references for the future planning and design of such parks.

Plan and Practice of Ecological and Leisure Agricultural Demonstration Park ——A case of Xiangtian Village in Jin'an County

With Xiangtian Village, Jin＇an County as an example, development objec- tive and functional orientation of ecological and leisure agricultural demonstration park were described in detail, based on which a characteristic and promising plan of the park was proposed.

The Ideas of Landscape Studies in Material Landscape Planning of Agricultural Park

With the social and economic development,agricultural park played an increasingly prominent role in the development of agricultural industry.In the new situation,traditional material landscape planning has been unable to meet functional requirements of the constantly developing modern agricultural parks.How to build a comprehensive and reasonable material landscape of the park environment has become the primary task to the relevant departments and scholars.With the guidance of basic theory of landscape studies,taking the planning of Plateau Ecological Agricultural Park in Xining City as an example,this article analyzed the contents,objectives,advantages and disadvantages of this project starting from the basic data in detail.It provided complete and rational guidance of scientific theory to the modern agricultural park landscape image,which also added the finishing touch to the comprehensive effect of agricultural park.

Study on Management Mode of Rural Tourist Spots Based on Community Participation——A Case Study of Agricultural Ecological Park

In accordance with the development mode of agricultural ecological park,the paper proposed close-ended management mode at the initial stage of operation and open-ended management mode at the middle and latter stage of operation,so as to provide reference for sustainable development of agricultural ecological garden.

Landscape Planning Based on Foreign Characteristic of Agricultural Sight-viewing Theme Park——A Case Study of Taiwan Peasants Innovation Park in Gucheng Town of Gaochun County in Nanjing City

Through the exploration of project planning mode of agricultural sight-viewing garden based on characteristics,the development object of Taiwan peasants innovation park in Gucheng Town of Gaochun County in Nanjing City was analyzed and summarized. Feasibility study was conducted on the programs,relevant infrastructure and overall construction of landscape in the park,from which reasonable recognition and suggestion was put forward. It provided conceptual reference model which could be applied in construction of agricultural sight-viewing theme park and characteristic agricultural sight-seeing tourist destination in Nanjing Region.

Landscape Planning of Agricultural Theme Parks——With Yangling Waterage Park as a Study Case

With the acceleration of urban construction,theme park has been playing a significant role in improving urban ecological environment,leisure and entertainment of the public,scientific popularization and education,demonstration of special functions.With the planned Waterage Park in Yangling Demonstration Zone,Shaanxi Province as an example,agricultural theme parks were discussed from 3 aspects of planning concept,scenic spots layout,and folk cultural design,then the landscapes,characteristic scenic spots,ecological agriculture,folk culture and new high-tech agricultural fruits within those theme parks were comprehensively analyzed,the planning and design of such parks were further studied,which are all of instructive significance for the theoretical studies and construction of agricultural theme parks.

Operating Experience of Country’s Agricultural Science and Technological Park

Through the analysis of the operation of China’s agricultural science technological and development process, the paper summed up the basic experience of agricultural science technological park and operation mode, in order to run at all levels of agricultural science technological park of science and regional some beneficial references for the development of agricultural economy.

Eco-landscape Construction of Lvyuan Leisure Agricultural Industry Park in Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province, China

Basic connotations of researches on eco-landscape construction of leisure agricultural industry parks were elaborated, and eco-landscape construction of Lvyuan Leisure Agricultural Industry Park in Ganzhou City was taken for example to analyze problems in the development of eco-landscapes in leisure agricultural industry parks. In view of these problems, it was proposed that construction of agricultural landscapes for the leisure agricultural industry parks should be combined with demonstration of cultures, holiday resort, and farming experience, and more efforts should be devoted in ecological maintenance, utilization of agricultural spaces, creation of cultural and leisure spaces. Moreover, to create agricultural eco-corridors, garden functions should be combined with the protection of ecosystems. Spatial connection of agricultural patches should be enhanced to form eco-corridor of the parks and meet the needs of production. And finally, concrete landscape construction techniques were put forward for the agricultural industry parks.

Spatial Heterogeneity of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks Technology Diffusion: A Case Study of Yangling ASTP

Agricultural science and technology parks(ASTPs) represent an important growth pole in China’s agricultural modernization.Clarifying their diffusion laws can optimize the technological diffusion process and improve its efficiency. Our study uses disaggregated spatial information in its model to analyze ASTP technology diffusion in a heterogeneous space. We constructed a comprehensive index system to evaluate the diffusion environmental quality and introduced the heterogeneous diffusion equation to calculate the technological diffusion probability. We applied this framework to a real-world scenario: the apple planting technology diffusion of the Yangling ASTP in the Loess Plateau, China. The results indicated: (1)the technological diffusion environment of the Loess Plateau advantageous apple producing area showed strong spatial heterogeneity caused by climate, topography, and external transportation links.(2) Under the combined effects of distance and spatial heterogeneity, the spatial diffusion pattern of the Yangling ASTP apple technology was expansion diffusion supplemented by hierarchical diffusion and banded diffusion, and (3) ASTP technology diffusion showed a strong distance attenuation effect, and the frictional effect of distance can be decreased by improving the diffusion environmental quality. These laws can promote regional balanced ASTP-driven development.

Analysis of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park Planning Based on Plant Experience——A Case Study of Jiuxi Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Yunnan Province

It is an inevitable trend to replace the traditional agriculture with modern agricultural science and technology park, but the excessively unified development mode, similar functions and feature loss of modern science and technology park have become the obstacles to its development. As a kind of structure view element with the highest life attributes, plants can make the modern agricultural science and technology park have more vitality. Therefore, combined with the case study of Jiuxi Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the modern agricultural science and technology park planning was analyzed based on the perspective of plant experience, with the aim to provide bases for the planning of featured modern leisure science and technology park.

Planning of Creative Agricultural Park in Tashang Village, Bazhou City, Hebei Province

On the basis of concept, properties and characteristics of creative agriculture, the paper proposed that creative agriculture is a new form of metropolitan agricultural development in China and abroad in the twenty-first century, planning of creative agricultural park has become an important type of future metropolitan agricultural park planning. Taking the creative agricultural park in Tashang Village, Bazhou City, Hebei Province for example, planning techniques of creative agricultural park were explored from the perspectives of planning objective, strategy, orientation and characteristics.

Research Progress on the Development of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park

This paper summarizes the typical models,construction theory and development status of modern agricultural science and technology parks at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of modern agricultural science and technology parks in China.It is found that at present,the agricultural science and technology park in China is in the stage of quantitative development,neglecting the qualitative construction of the park.This paper points out that the balanced relationship among ecology,economy and society should be adjusted to promote the sustainable development of the park.

Evaluation for Innovation Ability of National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks in Jiangxi Province

Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.

Framework Construction for Planning and Design of Tropical Leisure Agricultural Park

Leisure agriculture in Hainan Province has remained in the development stage,so it is necessary to construct the framework for the planning and design of tropical leisure agricultural park.On the basis of analyzing planning conditions for the tropical leisure agricultural parks in Hainan,planning principles,overall concept,land use and functional layouts,spatial organization and landscape features,road system,comprehensive pipeline design and vertical planning,the framework for the planning and design of tropical leisure agricultural parks in Hainan is constructed.

The Construction of Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products in Sanshui from Two-stage Perspective

This paper firstly analyzed the operation model,market positioning,market demand forecast as well as market competition and challenges,park site selection,and transportation conditions for construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products in Sanshui.Then,it presented the overall planning scheme for construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products from a progressive two-stage perspective of overall planning and stage-by-stage implementation.The first stage mainly performs the function as a transaction platform of agricultural products and meanwhile provides customers with agricultural products storage and inspection services.The second stage adds value-added services such as distribution processing,modified atmosphere storage,freezing and refrigeration,market price information distribution,E-commerce of agricultural products and personalized services.It is expected to provide references and suggestions for the construction of the Cold-Chain Logistics Park of Agricultural Products.
