Study on the Construction of Circular Economy Development System of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Tibet

As a basic industry in Tibet Autonomous Region,the development of agriculture and animal husbandry circular economy is of great practical significance,which is actively reflected in national high-quality development and new agriculture and animal husbandry circular model.The development direction and future trend directly determine the promotion and enhancement of regional agriculture and animal husbandry economy,which is highly valued and welcomed by academic circles.This paper mainly expounds the development connotation of agriculture and animal husbandry circular economy system from the perspective of Tibet's agriculture and animal husbandry economic development.It focuses on sorting out the construction and future direction of circular economy development system,effectively puts forward ideas and comprehensive understanding of the circular economy development system of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet,effectively promotes the promotion and basic change of circular economy of agriculture and animal husbandry,and effectively changes the traditional development model and new innovation model of agriculture and animal husbandry.

Study on the Optimized Combination and Utilization of Waste Resources of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Tibet

With the high-quality development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry in the plateau,the waste resources produced by agriculture and animal husbandry show a trend of diversification.How to effectively carry out the key work based on the optimal combination and utilization of waste resources of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet is imminent.To realize efficient recycling of waste resources of agriculture and animal husbandry,innovative mode is explored.On the theoretical basis,it can effectively alleviate the resource crisis,control the pollution sources,effectively utilize the resources and construct the recycling mode,which plays an important role in promoting,integrating and coordinating the high-quality development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry in the plateau.In this paper,optimal combination and utilization manner of waste resources of agriculture and animal husbandry under the circular development concept is comprehensively analyzed and summarized,to continuously improve reasonable and effective utilization level and efficiency of agricultural waste resources.It could not only inhibit waste pollution but also promote rational and effective utilization of resources,thereby laying theoretical basis for sustainable and efficient development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet,promoting the improvement of agricultural and rural ecological environment,and providing the thinking for exploring model of ecological recycling in plateau.

Practice and Exploration of Leisure Agriculture Construction in Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science andTechnology Park

This article introduces the basic information about Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Park, and the practice concerning leisure agriculture; summarizes the experience obtained. Finally, some ideas are put forth for further construction and development of leisure agriculture in science and technology park as follows: making unified layout and rational planning; integrating the local tourism resources, to establish the system of leisure agriculture; creating features of leisure agriculture in the park; establishing the brand of leisure-oriented training base in science and technology park; carrying out exploration into operation mode of leisure agriculture in the park.

Thoughts on Present Situation of Development of Rural Animal Husbandry and Its Relationship with Construction of Ecological Agriculture and Revitalization of Rural Industry

After several rounds of phased ups and downs of development,rural animal husbandry finally presents a shrinking and depressed development situation under the comprehensive action of the failure of transformation and upgrading and the increasing production costs and breeding risks.Actively exploring and guiding the healthy and sound development of rural animal husbandry is not only an important measure to promote the construction of ecological agriculture,but also the main starting point to realize the revitalization of rural industry.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of rural animal husbandry in recent years,the influence of animal husbandry on the construction of ecological agriculture and the revitalization of rural industry,and puts forward the corresponding measures,in order to promote the steady and efficient development of animal husbandry in the grand strategy of revitalizing rural industry.

Succession and Enhancement Mechanism of Ecosystem Productivity in the De-farming Area of the Ecotone Between Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in North China

The succession and enhancement mechanism of the ecosystem productivity with the characteristics ot de-tarmlng in me ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in North China was discussed in order to provide an ideaology or a technical basis for maintaining the impetus of ecological restoration and economic development in this region. A case study was applied in combination with the theoretical analysis. The results indicated that the biomass productivity of the de-farming subsystem decreased by 38.4-72.3% compared with that of farming subsystem in the ecosystem. The main function of de-farming subsystem was focused on ecological productivity, it caused the ideal beneficial recycling ‘defarming → planting grass → raising animals → earn money＇ difficult to be realized. With the differentiation of de-farming subsystem, the natural and social resources input to the farming subsystem were accumulated. This laid a basis for the new attributes of economic productivity to be upgraded. The case study indicated that the economic productivity of the ecosystem was increased by 8.85-13.35 times due to re-coupling between the de-farming subsystem and the farming subsystem as well as coupling between microhabitat differentiation and crop production in the subsystems, where the microhabitat differentiation could enrich water and fertilizer in the same field. It was concluded that the important mechanisms to enhance the system productivity in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry of North China included structure rebuilding and opening of the de-farming ecosystem and taking the advantage of complementary cooperative production among different regions under the market economy and rebuilding an open agro-pasture production structure,

Sustainable Development of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Tibet Based on "Resource Saving and Environment Friendly"

During the ＂13th five-year＂ period,Tibet is building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing a harmonious socialist new countryside. The pace of economic construction in the west is advanced step by step,and all kinds of economic construction subjects show obvious increasing trend. As one of the regions with rich agriculture and animal husbandry resources,it is inevitable to face the problems that wild resources are gradually consumed,and environmental pollution is severe in Tibet. While developing the economy,it must not damage the environment. To a certain extent,the resource and environment infrastructure is the material basis for economic development. With the gradual progress of economic construction,improvement of residents＇ living standards,and updating of consumption structure,it needs to build,produce and live in the environment of ＂ beautiful Tibet with clean water,blue sky and green＂. In this paper,based on resource-saving and environment-friendly angle,it sufficiently understands the importance and urgency of accelerating sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet from the global and strategic heights. Functions of Mulberry in the Development of Ecological Animal Husbandry and Development Ideas

Ecological animal husbandry is an animal husbandry industry system integrating ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit. Breeding cycle is one of the main patterns of ecological animal husbandry development, but breeding cycle does not form a relatively closed cycle of endogenous resources. In recent years, forage value and ecological value of mulberry have made some progresses in different research areas and angles, but the thought and practice of both forage and ecological value of mulberry has not been systematically interpreted and researched. Based on the short board of animal husbandry development and the advan- tage of mulberry, animal husbandry and mulberry were complemented and fused, and relatively closed planting and raising ecological recycling pattern with mulberry as the axis was raised. Phased scientific research and production test data were obtained, and the problems and development suggestions were put forward in the following aspects ： selection of mulberry varieties with both forage and ecological value, cost control of mulberry with both forage and ecological value, quality and safety control system of forage mulberry, orientation of feeding value of forage mulberry.

LAND RESOURCE CHARACTERISTICS AND RATIONAL LAND-USE ARRANGEMENT FOR FARMING,FORESTRY AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY IN “THREE NORTHS” SHELTER FOREST AREA

Parametric Analysis of the Changes a Landscape Previously Used for Transhumance in a Nature Reserve in Sicily

Cavagrande del Cassibile is an important nature reserve in South East Sicily (Italy). It was established to conserve and restore the natural Mediterranean vegetation in the area, as well as to protect and increase the local fauna. Inside the reserve there are farms which only abandoned transhumance in the 1990s. Our research investigates whether the conversion of the farms from transhumance to fixed site stock-breeding has changed the particular landscape under investigation. The study was carried out on two scales: at territory level, in order to analyse the present potential advantages that the reserve offers to the area;and at farm level, in order to analyse the transformation of the landscape and to highlight the importance of the farms in the modern multifunctional rural context. The results at territory level show that the Cavagrande del Cassibile reserve has great potential for environmental agro-tourism. The results of the farm level analysis were obtained by elaborating certain indices (changes in the landscape, continuation of farming, farm size). These allowed the changes in the countryside to be described in quantitative terms. In general, it emerges that there have been structural changes since the days of transhumance and that this has resulted in a landscape where the effects of human activities are more visible. Lastly our research also shows the sensitivity that the stockbreeders and farmers feel for their environment and their willingness to develop activities which will encourage local tourism and excursions.

Problems and Suggestions of Corporate Green Accounting Information Disclosure Under Low Carbon Economy

With the continuous deepening of the concept of sustainable development in modern society,the accounting requirements of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises are increasing under the background of low carbon economic growth.In the face of the increasingly prominent environmental issues,it is imperative to focus on the development of green accounting and improve the accounting information disclosure level of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises on the whole.Through analyzing the issues in green accounting information disclosure of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises under the low carbon economy,we have a clearer understanding of the green accounting information disclosure of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises,which is conducive to proposing countermeasures that can improve the level of environmental information disclosure from its roots.

中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作理论框架及实现路径

中蒙农畜产品跨境贸易是中蒙跨境贸易的重要组成部分,须以中蒙农牧业跨境供应链为载体,通过供应链上各参与主体的充分协作,提高中蒙农畜产品跨境贸易的效率和质量。结合供应链协作理论以及中蒙农畜产品跨境贸易的特点,围绕中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作目标、基础条件、协作机制以及协作模式,构建中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作三角形理论分析框架。中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作基础条件是两国农牧业跨境供应链协作的前提,协作机制解决两国农牧业跨境供应链协作的内在作用机理,协作模式解决两国农牧业跨境供应链如何协作,三者共同服务于协作目标,形成相互制约、相互影响、互促共融的完整理论框架。目前,中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作存在着跨境贸易供需不足、渠道单一、政策障碍、市场主体运营不规范、信息不对称和融资障碍以及流通网络不健全等问题。中蒙农牧业跨境供应链协作要适度扩大农畜产品贸易的种类和规模,重视边民互市贸易,扩大边民互市贸易规模,加大草原保护及养殖技术创新力度、提高优质畜产品供给能力,加强农畜产品跨境电商合作、积极满足中蒙俄畜产品跨境贸易,优化贸易政策,制定统一的农畜产品标准和认证机制,重视品牌化战略、实现中蒙农牧业跨境供应链的价值提升,完善中蒙农牧业跨境物流通道和物流网络以及培育大型物流服务企业,构建中蒙农牧业跨境供应链信息平台等。

我国设施生态农业主要模式及配套技术的研究与实践

设施生态农业是指在设施种植和设施养殖中采用清洁、绿色、健康生产方式,以提高资源利用效率、农产品产量与质量、环境效益为目标的生态农业模式。2002年农业部重点推广的设施生态农业模式主要有两大类:一类是种养沼三结合的“四位一体”生态模式,从最初以农户为单位的单体日光温室到以村庄为单位的种养结合生态温室群模式,拓展到在一个大区域内将大型猪场的粪污进行工业化沼气并网发电,沼液通过管道输送到农田来减少化肥施用和改良土壤的宏观生态农业模式,相关的结构配置、配套的种养殖技术和装备也在不断研发和提升中。另一类是采用综合性生态农业技术的设施生态农业模式,包括:采用各类立体/垂直栽培技术提高土地资源利用率;通过各种轮作栽培技术减少设施蔬菜土壤连作障碍和降低农药使用量;采用土壤健康栽培技术,通过有机肥的合理施用改善土壤性状;采用有机基质栽培技术,用农林废弃物发酵后的物料作为栽培基质为作物提供养分;采用覆盖防虫网、色板诱杀、灯光诱杀、高温封棚、蒸气消毒、有色膜覆盖土壤、天敌昆虫生物防治等病虫草害生态防治技术来减少有害生物发生。期望通过相关配套装备技术的进一步研发提高设施生态农业的信息化、自动化水平,实现设施农业的可持续发展。

我国畜牧业发展现状、存在问题及对策

畜牧业是我国农业农村经济的重要组成部分,对保障国家粮食安全和提高居民生活水平具有重要意义。近年来,我国畜牧业发展的内外部环境正在发生深刻的变化。本文分析了我国肉牛、生猪、肉鸡、肉羊产业的发展现状,发现我国畜牧业目前存在养殖场动物疫病风险加大,畜禽行业养殖环境约束趋紧,畜禽良种繁育能力不足,科技创新及人才支撑不足的问题。针对这些问题提出了构建完善的公共服务监管体系,科学提高疫情防控能力;推进规模化养殖和标准化生产;强化科技支撑,加快推进科技育种工作;提升技术研发能力,健全产业发展支撑体系等发展对策,以期为我国畜牧业健康发展提供理论参考。

深入推进基层畜禽粪污资源化利用的几点思考

畜禽粪污资源化利用是解决畜禽养殖废弃物污染的根本途径。本文简要梳理了我国畜禽粪污资源化利用方面的支撑引领政策及总体发展状况,针对目前面临的农户种植与规模化养殖脱节、政府支持力度不够、相关标准及评价机制不健全、规模以下养殖户养殖环境污染风险相对较高以及个别地方对相关法规认识不充分等问题,提出了强化政府引导支持、培育壮大社会化服务组织、积极探索种养结合绿色发展模式、加大技术及装备研发力度等建议,以期为推进基层畜禽粪污资源化利用提供借鉴。
