National Protection Zone for Rapeseed Production and Industrial Cluster of Rape in Hubei Province

Hubei Province is the main winter rapeseed producing area in China,and has the national advantage and characteristic industrial cluster of rape.The protection zone for the production of important agricultural products of rapeseed in Hubei Province also ranks first as that in Hunan Province.This paper studied the winter rape industry,the important agricultural product production protection zone of rapeseed,the provincial double-low high-quality rape protection zone and the industrial cluster of rape in Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,and analyzed the main problems existing in the development of rapeseed production protection zone and industrial cluster of rape.Finally,it came up with strategies including promoting national rape varieties,overcoming the problem of rape"agricultural chip",promoting the"rice+rape"rotation model,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights of brand marks.

Intellectual Property Protection and High-quality Development of Cotton Industry in Xinjiang

This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

Illumination Changes and Related Influence in Production Period of Protected Agriculture

[Objective] The aim was to explore the change of illumination resources of protected agriculture in frost period to lay foundation for sustainable development of protected agriculture. [Method] The characters of illumination changes of protected agriculture in production period were analyzed based on climate tendency and stan- dard deviation in 1961-2010. [Resull] The production period of protected agriculture is from October to April of following year, when both of solar radiation and illumina- tion hour were declining and climate tendencies were -0.066 9 and -2.036 9 h/y. In 2001-2010, daily illumination hour reduced 0.49 h. Additionally, from December to February of the following year, total solar radiation and illumination hour were de- clining and the climate tendencies were -0.019 2 and -0.458 9 h/y. In general, the reduction of illumination resource significantly affects protected agriculture. Therefore, structure of greenhouse and management of cultivation should be improved to pro- mote protected agriculture. [Conclusion] The research provides references for pro- tected agriculture development in western part of Liaoning.

Status quo and Development Strategies for Protected Vegetable Industry in Qinghai Province

The study introduced protected agriculture development in Qinghai province and concluded its development scale, type and structure, as well as technology supports. Besides, existing problems were proposed such as lower production-level, poor equipment, fewer specialized bases, and countermeasures include the following： leading protected agriculture development by macro-control; strengthening market supervision; improving scientific research and innovation to help S ＆ T achievement transformation.
