A model free intelligent muhivariable fuzzy controller (MFC) designed for modulating the vapor compression cycles in a residential inverter-driven air conditioning is proposed. The novel controller combines a traditional fuzzy controller (TFC) and an additional coupling fuzzy controller, the coupling fuzzy controller is introduced to compensate for the unknown cross-coupling effects of this muhivariable system. In order to evaluate the control performance of the MFC, it is digitally implemented in terms of regulating the desired evaporating temperature and superheat. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the MFC for improvement of system performance and energy efficiency. 展开更多

The algorithm is used to design a temperatureand humidity computer control system for the preprocessing chamber of air-conditioning testequipment. The design of room temperature controller is taken as an example to discuss the design of fuzzy controller using common microprogrammed control unit (MCU) in detail. Based on fuzzy theory the query control tables fixed in read only memory (ROM) of MCU are established to realize the energy saving in the room temperature controller and the reasoning procedure is analyzed. The diagram of hardware design and the flow chart of software of room temperature controller are presented. An energy-saving control strategy based on predictive control for central air-conditioning systems is proposed in this paper. The cold load model is developed to describe the dynamic characteristics of temperature control systems, and then parameters in the cold load model and in the central air-conditioning system model are estimated. Generalized predictive control (GPC) is used to establish an optimization model to minimize the consumption of energy and the control error of temperature. The simulated annealing (SA) algorithm, combined with quadratic programming, is adopted to solve the optimal problem. Contrasted with the simulation of traditional PID control, the results prove the effectiveness of this proposed strategy. 展开更多

The article analyses the problem of determining the operating parameters of the district heating substation cooperating with the air heating system in technological air conditioning systems equipped with heat exchangers with high efficiency of heat recovery.Attention was paid to the correct selection of heat exchangers for the heat output balance depending on the heat recovery protection algorithms against a drop in the temperature of the heat transfer surface below 0℃.Critical parameters were determined in Polish climatic conditions,at which the operation of the heat recovery exchanger in the air conditioning system is switched off or limited.It has been proven that the proper functioning of the district heating substation cooperating with the installation of air conditioning with high heat recovery efficiency requires the use of two heat exchangers with different characteristics,equipped with properly selected temperature control systems.The optimal model of cooperation between the technological air conditioning system and the heating substation was also indicated. 展开更多

In this paper, a physical and mathematical model is built according to the design of Shenyang subway (line 1), the boundary conditions of the model are defined by the design and experiments, the numerical analysis of ventilating scheme and air conditioning scheme is introduced individually, and the temperature field and air flow field of the two schemes are compared, so that the feasibility of using a ventilating scheme in subway of northeast cities is discussed. Considering comfort and economy, it can be concluded that mechanical ventilation is feasible in subway of northeast cities because the air temperature there is not very high in summer. 展开更多

基于热舒适需求的空调系统风-水协同调控技术研究

公共建筑空调系统能耗在建筑总能耗中占有非常大的比例,如果在动态负荷变化下一直处于设计工况运行,在浪费冷量的同时又会导致能耗过高。结合实际工程案例建立展厅舒适度与空调系统模型,基于室内PMV(Predicitive Mean Vote,预测平均投票... 公共建筑空调系统能耗在建筑总能耗中占有非常大的比例,如果在动态负荷变化下一直处于设计工况运行,在浪费冷量的同时又会导致能耗过高。结合实际工程案例建立展厅舒适度与空调系统模型,基于室内PMV(Predicitive Mean Vote,预测平均投票数)参数确定不同人数时空调系统最佳运行调控策略,使空调系统既能保证室内舒适度,又能最大程度降低运行能耗。结果表明,优化后送风量由原来的26 000 m^(3)/h下降至4 400~12 000 m^(3)/h;不同人数时的水阀开度在0.25~0.81之间变化;室内人数最多时节能率达11.9%,并且随着室内人数的减少节能率逐渐增加。研究结论对于指导公共建筑空调系统的节能运行具有重要的意义。 展开更多

空调水系统的节能潜力较大,但管网中却通常存在动态水力不平衡的问题,这不仅影响了空调房间的室内舒适度,还会造成运行能耗的浪费。根据实验实测数据,建立了基于GWO-BP神经网络的水系统管网末端阀门开度预测模型,并根据最小阻力控制的原... 空调水系统的节能潜力较大,但管网中却通常存在动态水力不平衡的问题,这不仅影响了空调房间的室内舒适度,还会造成运行能耗的浪费。根据实验实测数据,建立了基于GWO-BP神经网络的水系统管网末端阀门开度预测模型,并根据最小阻力控制的原理,建立了基于神经网络的水系统泵阀联调优化控制方法。实验结果验证了该优化控制方法在优化计算后显著提升了末端阀门的开度,降低了水泵频率,可以有效降低水系统管网阻力并精确调节末端支路流量,对于水泵运行实现了27.63%至65.19%的节能率,具有明显的节能效果,且在水系统流量需求越小时,节能效果越好。 展开更多

Residential air conditioning(RAC)loads have great potential to be included in demand response(DR)programs.This paper studies large-scale RAC loads participating in DR programs,such as modeling,parameters identification,DR characteristics and control strategies.First,an aggregate model of large-scale RAC loads are established based on the buildings’performance with heat storage and insulation,avoiding the calculation of a single RAC model.Then,parameters of the aggregate model are identified based on the RACs’power and outdoor temperatures.Based on the aggregate model,DR characteristics of RAC loads are analyzed,including the dynamic relationship between power,outdoor and indoor temperature,and the potential of DR combined with the users’comfort.Next,the DR control strategies adapted for large-scale RAC loads are established by adjusting the temperature set-points.The DR strategies consider users’comfort and calculate the control signals of each RAC load according to the DR power,including adjustment temperature and adjustment time,which are sent to each RAC load for execution.In the DR process,the control center does not need to obtain the users’indoor temperature,which is conducive to protecting the users’privacy.DR strategies of RAC loads when the control degree within/beyond the DR potential are both proposed,and a load recovery control strategy is also introduced.Finally,the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model and DR control strategies are verified by simulation results. 展开更多

This paper proposes a hybrid control strategy of air-conditioning loads(ACLs)for participating in peak load reduction.The hybrid control strategy combines the temperature setpoint adjustment(TSA)control and on/off control together to make full use of response potentials of ACLs.The primary free transport model of ACLs has been established in literature at or near a fixed temperature setpoint.In this paper,a wide-range transport(WRT)model suitable for larger value of TSA is proposed.The WRT model can be constructed easily through the parameter of devices and indoor and outdoor temperature.To modulate the aggregate response characteristics of ACLs more friendly to the power grid,the safe protocol(SP)is adopted and integrated into the WRT model,which achieves a good unification of oscillation suppression and efficient modeling.Moreover,the hybrid control strategy is implemented based on the WRT model,and the model predictive control(MPC)controller is designed considering the tracking error and control switch cost.At last,the superiority of the hybrid control strategy is verified and the performance of ACLs for peak load reduction under this controller is simulated.The simulation results show that the hybrid control strategy could exploit the load reduction potential of ACLs fully than the TSA mode and track the reference signal more accurately. 展开更多

旨在探索空调控制的地道进风楼房猪舍冬季舍内环境因子的空间分布规律。采用现场仪器检测的方法,对冬季楼房猪舍妊娠舍和分娩舍不同空间位点的温度、湿度、风速以及CO_(2)、NH_(3)、粉尘浓度进行检测,妊娠舍和分娩舍分别完成105个和150... 旨在探索空调控制的地道进风楼房猪舍冬季舍内环境因子的空间分布规律。采用现场仪器检测的方法,对冬季楼房猪舍妊娠舍和分娩舍不同空间位点的温度、湿度、风速以及CO_(2)、NH_(3)、粉尘浓度进行检测,妊娠舍和分娩舍分别完成105个和150个位点的测量。结果:在妊娠舍和分娩舍不同高度上空气粉尘粒度分布规律都是PM_(0.3)<PM_(0.5)<PM_(1.0)<PM_(2.5)<PM_(5.0)<PM_(10.0),其中PM_(10.0)的浓度最大为76.13和73.75μg/m^(3)。温度在垂直方向上随着高度的增加而上升,不同高度间差异极显著(P<0.01),在水平方向不同栏位间差异不显著(P>0.05)。风速在新风道0.1 m的高度上最大,在妊娠舍和分娩舍分别达0.75和0.41 m/s。CO_(2)的浓度随着高度的增加而增加,NH_(3)在新风道上的浓度随着高度的增加而增加;妊娠舍中CO_(2)和NH_(3)的最大浓度为1982.90和34.76 mg/m^(3),分娩舍中CO_(2)和NH_(3)的最大浓度为1177.20和8.63 mg/m^(3);妊娠舍和分娩舍CO_(2)和NH_(3)的最小浓度均位于新风道0.1~0.45 m的区域。结论:空调控制的楼房猪舍冬季保温效果好,地道进风系统能够为猪只呼吸区域提供较好的空气质量,妊娠舍3.6 km^(3)/h的换气量时舍内空气质量较差,建议增加阶段通风量以改善舍内空气质量。 展开更多
