On All-round Development of Human Rights in China

In October 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） called for adherence to ＂the outlook toward development based on the fundamental interests of the people, toward an all-round, balanced and sustainable development.＂ The session also proposed to the National People＇s Congress （NPC） that respect for and protection of human rights be written into the country＇s Constitution. And accordingly, the NPC adopted a decision to revise the Constitution the following year. The call and the proposal were inter-related. The call sets the guideline, the theoretical basis and the orientation for the development of human rights in China. The pro- posal subsequently resulted in a revision of-the Constitution, the fundamental state law, which came as a legal guarantee for respect for and protection of human rights. Then, the ＂task of promoting an all-round development of the human rights cause＂ was written down into the country＇s Eleventh Five-Year Program for National Economic and Social Development （2006-2010）, which was approved by the NPC in March 2006. This was the first time that the development of human rights was written into a national program for social development. This means that an even closer link has been forged between China＇s human rights cause on one hand and the country＇s political, economic, cultural and social welfare undertakings on the other, thus preparing China＇s human rights cause for faster and sustainable development. We are now safe to predict that in the future, there will be even more and better rights the Chinese people are able to enjoy.

Evidencing Personal &Professional Development, Perspective of a Surgical Trainee

Introduction: The author strongly believes that there is a continuous need for personal and professional development in order to keep and improve an individual career path way. It is also imperative to provide evidence of these acquired skills and attributes. According to General medical council, it is a responsibility of every doctor to be competent and up to date. This should be achieved by regularly taking part in activities that maintain and further develop competence and performance. This in turn ensures safety and care to patients [1]. Methodology: The author has had excellent opportunities in his career to participate in diverse personal and professional development programmes. It was important to participate in these programmes to achieve career progression. He would like to share three recent activities from his curriculum vitae which resulted in his significant personal and professional development. The author also had his revalidation last year and found to be fit to practice for next 5 years till next revalidation. The author followed an agreed action plan with his supervisor to accomplish this work. Realistic goals and time frame was set with the help of supervisor. Subsequently, the author had a chance to critically analyse below mentioned three different activities, in order to explore all the achieved learning themes behind these events. The author was fortunate enough to be involved into three different personal and professional development programmes. Firstly, he managed a regional colorectal conference and attained an excellent management experience from that conference. He learnt a lot about better time management. He came to know about different management theories and models and is now able to use these theories for his future management responsibilities. Then he had a communication challenge and difficulty in theatre. He was able to resolve that issue with his strong communication skills. He developed his communication skills and assertiveness with the help of this first-hand experience and different communication models. Lastly, the author had a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate and develop his leadership and team working skills in an International Conference. He realized that leader needs to be a role model for his team and should be leaded by his example. He observed and demonstrated different roles of a leader according to needs of his team. He also learnt about different leadership theories and models. He also acquired a good understanding of a team development. Conclusion: It is extremely important for every health care individual to have personal and professional development. The author recommends that lessons learnt from the author’s experience and results can be applied in a broad generalised way to achieve development. It is crucial for us to keep a structured record of this development and provide evidence of the improvement. In short, it was an extremely useful exercise for the author that resulted in significant lifelong development in his management, communication and leadership attributes.

A Miracle of Human Development in China(1950-2030)

China has created an even more spectacular miracle in human development than in economic growth.From 1950 to 2015,China went through three stages of socio-economic development; the "extremely poor era",the "era of letting some people get rich first" and the "era of common prosperity",raising its human development to an increasingly higher level.With the world's fastestgrowing Human Development Index(HDI) during this period,China evolved from a very "low human development level" to a "high human development level".And it is expected to enter a new stage with a "very high human development level" around 2021.This human development miracle in China indicates that socialism with Chinese characteristics gains strength from being a major country and a late mover,as well as from its development path and socialist system.China,arguably contributing the most to the entirety of human development,can serve as a role model for developing countries and can lead the path for the all-round development of billions of people.

Research on the Virtuous Cycle Between the Right to Subsistence and the Right to Development

The right to subsistence and the right to development are the primary basic human rights,and there is a certain connection between the two.Although they refer to different things,they are mutually dependent and restricted.It is necessary to distinguish the right to development as a means and the right to development as an end.The former is the right to participate in,promote,and enjoy development,while the latter is the right of all people to enjoy free,comprehensive,and harmonious development.The protection of the right to subsistence and the right to development form an interacting virtuous cycle under certain conditions.The process of building a moderately prosperous society embodies this virtuous cycle.To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,it is still necessary to keep on promoting the virtuous cycle between the right to subsistence and the right to development.

信用标准化助力个体经济高质量发展思考

个体经济是民营经济中最活跃的因素,对方便人民群众生活、畅通经济微循环发挥了重要作用。然而个体经济也面临着融资难、抗风险能力弱等问题困境。当下,我国经济发展进入新阶段,政府职能加快转变,信用体系和标准化成为经济发展、市场监管的重要制度和关键手段,应利用标准化方式助推个体经济信用体系建设,实现个体经济高质量发展。值得注意的是,质效兼具的制度体系不是孤立存在的,往往需要政策的支撑和实践的检验,个体经济信用标准体系的构建应立足政策和实践的双重辅助,举要治繁,逐步建立,在应用推广中逐步完善优化。

“老漂族”返乡自我养老选择的影响机制研究

城市化进程的加快导致大量老年人进城照顾孙辈、料理家务,“老漂族”群体由此产生。随着老龄化现象的加剧,“老漂族”养老日渐成为一个新的社会问题。根据个人生命周期和养老空间选择的双重维度,“老漂族”的养老方式可分为四种类型:返乡自我养老、返乡家庭养老、进城抚育式养老和进城家庭养老。大部分“老漂族”更愿意选择返乡自我养老,而他们选择这种养老方式的影响机制包括三个方面:第一,利他主义心理,“老漂族”认为自己是家庭负担,返乡自我养老能减轻子女家庭的压力;第二,“老漂族”在城市中往往属于边缘者、弱者角色,难以形成身份认同以及获得归属感,而返乡自我养老能获得身份认同和归属感;第三,个体化的需求,“老漂族”返乡自我养老能获得独立的空间和自由的闲暇时间,并减少与子女之间的矛盾。

个体化营养干预在牛奶蛋白过敏患儿中的应用

目的探讨个体化营养干预对牛奶蛋白过敏(cow milk protein allergy,CMPA)患儿营养状况及生长发育的影响。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月惠州市中心人民医院儿科收治的60例CMPA患儿作为研究对象。其中30例作为对照组给予游离氨基酸奶粉进行喂养,另外30例作为研究组给予个体化营养干预(包括游离氨基酸奶粉喂养、辅食回避、微量元素及维生素的合理补充)。干预6个月后,对比2组患儿生长发育指标(身高、体质量、头围)、营养指标(血红蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白)、血清维生素D、钙、锌水平及干预疗效。结果干预后,研究组患儿的生长发育指标优于对照组,营养状况优于对照组,血清维生素D、钙、锌水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CMPA患儿给予个体化营养干预可以有效促进患儿生长发育,提升患儿营养状况,临床效果显著。

论数字时代教育与人的个性化发展

数字技术正逐步嵌入并重塑当下的教育实践。教育与数字技术具有共同的价值追求,即促成人的个性化发展。数字技术为人的个性化发展提供了时间保障和资源支持,使教育有条件演化为个性化教育;个性化教育在数字技术的支持下,呈现出全生涯化、全场景化、全要素化、全过程化的新特征,表现出从批量化生产的模制到个人化育成的定制、从经验式管理的人治到智能式服务的数治、从被动性接受的赋能到主动性探索的聚能,从单向型供给的“胎生”到双向型调适的共生的演进新趋势。强调聚焦成长需求、重视新型基建、打造智慧平台、组建敏捷组织、培育共享文化、达成媒介融合、铸就互联生态的开放式数字化转型是个性化教育从理想走向现实的关键,但也为其带来了隐忧。对数字技术不假思索地欢待与爱用,可能产生技术盲从、“对话浪漫”、线上神话、新颖崇拜与进步幻想,进而导致教育非但不能促进人的主体化、自由化、个性化、全面化发展,反而令教育中的人深陷数字部落、数字殖民、数字逼促与数字订置的时代悲剧。教育者要牢牢把握教育数字化转型的主动权,立足于受教育者的个性化发展需要,使数字技术为个性化教育服务,而不是奴役并逼促教育实践。

新时期高校实验技术队伍建设的实践与探索

研发人员职场地位对个体创新行为作用的质性研究

职场地位对组织具有多面性的影响,但其作用很容易被忽视。中国针对职场地位的研究处于探索阶段,涉及企业研发人员职场地位的理论研究成果及应用实践案例较少,且很少把职场地位作为前因变量进行研究。为弥补当前有关研究的空白,在以往职场地位研究成果的基础上,基于社会认知理论和资源保存理论,同时关注职场地位的动态性和双面性,采用案例质性研究方法和对4家科技型企业的80名研发人员进行深度访谈,凝练出39个自由节点和6个主范畴,通过建立范畴之间的联结以明确研发人员职场地位与个体创新行为的作用机制;同时,以职场地位为前因变量,建立职场地位与个体创新行为的概念模型。结果表明:研发人员的职场地位与个体创新行为、创新自我效能感关系整体呈正相关且具有倒“U”型曲线的特征;研发人员的创新自我效能感具有激发工作激情的特征,其与个体创新行为呈正向线性关系,在研发人员的职场地位从低到高变化过程中,个体表现出的工作激情跟随上升,但在高的职场地位状态时不再上升,未出现明显的倒“U”型曲线特征;权力距离取向对创新自我效能感、和谐性工作激情以及强迫性工作激情具有促进创新行为的边界调节作用。

随着互联网的迅速发展和数字经济的蓬勃兴起,工业社会正在逐渐向信息社会转型。然而,由于不同经济主体对信息技术的获取和使用条件存在差异,导致了信息落差、知识分隔、贫富分化等问题。同时,我国经济发展的不平衡和不充分以及数字治理体制的不完善,使得城乡区域发展和收入分配差距依然较大。这妨碍了共同富裕整体目标的实现,因此应该将包容性发展与数字经济紧密结合起来。包容性数字经济主要有两方面的要求:一是要推动数字经济的发展以促进经济社会整体性的发展,并丰富人们的物质和精神生活。二是要在数字化转型的过程中维护社会公平正义,保障人的平等发展和人格尊严,促进人的全面发展和全面进步。因此,包容性数字经济是推动高质量发展的重要动力源,在扎实推进全体人民共同富裕的过程中具有关键性作用。

正义的城市空间是流动人口互嵌式发展的客观条件,城市空间正义的持续发展也是互嵌式发展的结果。以武汉市西部“小个专”法人的互嵌式发展实践为例,城市为流动人口提供了开放、接纳、支持其发展的城市空间,同时也随着群众发展的需求而逐渐完善着城市的发展规划。在正义的城市空间,西部“小个专”法人的发展能够互嵌于社区生活、居民结构与城市现代化发展之中。然而,流动人口所派生出的深化互嵌式发展需求,对城市规划与服务提出了更高的要求,二者间发展节奏的差距形成张力,解构着流动人口对城市的认同。夯实群众互嵌式发展的客观基础,发挥流动人口互嵌式发展的主体能动性,在完善城市空间正义中将满足群众更高的互嵌式发展需求。

让每个学生都有出彩的机会——个体高质量发展视域下的教育强国建设
