Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

On All-round Development of Human Rights in China

In October 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） called for adherence to ＂the outlook toward development based on the fundamental interests of the people, toward an all-round, balanced and sustainable development.＂ The session also proposed to the National People＇s Congress （NPC） that respect for and protection of human rights be written into the country＇s Constitution. And accordingly, the NPC adopted a decision to revise the Constitution the following year. The call and the proposal were inter-related. The call sets the guideline, the theoretical basis and the orientation for the development of human rights in China. The pro- posal subsequently resulted in a revision of-the Constitution, the fundamental state law, which came as a legal guarantee for respect for and protection of human rights. Then, the ＂task of promoting an all-round development of the human rights cause＂ was written down into the country＇s Eleventh Five-Year Program for National Economic and Social Development （2006-2010）, which was approved by the NPC in March 2006. This was the first time that the development of human rights was written into a national program for social development. This means that an even closer link has been forged between China＇s human rights cause on one hand and the country＇s political, economic, cultural and social welfare undertakings on the other, thus preparing China＇s human rights cause for faster and sustainable development. We are now safe to predict that in the future, there will be even more and better rights the Chinese people are able to enjoy.

基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析对新兵心理复检和管理工作的意义

目的:新兵是军队战斗力的源头和基础,其入伍后的心理筛查和科学管理至关重要,本研究探讨基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析对新兵心理复检和管理工作的意义。方法:以武警某部2019至2023年入伍新兵为研究对象,在采用全军《新兵心理健康信息采集系统》软件进行心理检测的基础上,开展基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析,筛查精神心理问题的阳性人员,分析精神心理问题产生的主要因素。结果:47.66%的初筛阳性人员、20.24%的确诊阳性人员、23.64%的退兵人员由线索调查补充筛查出来。对确诊阳性人员精神心理问题产生的因素进行主成分分析和相关性分析,结果显示性格、慢性压力、精神情绪、创伤、慢性疾病、急性应激是主要因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析能显著提高精神心理问题的初筛敏感性、阳性检出率和退兵率,从源头上确保了新兵的优质心理素质,同时揭示了高风险人员精神心理问题产生的主要因素,对这类人员的分类处置和科学管理具有指导意义。

体育运动对大学生心理健康素质的影响:特质正念和情绪智力的链式中介效应

目的:探讨特质正念和情绪智力在体育运动与大学生心理健康素质之间的作用机制,旨在为探索大学生心理健康素质提升路径提供参考。方法:采用体育锻炼等级量表、青少年心理健康素质问卷、正念注意与觉知量表和情绪智力量表对京津冀地区的1200名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:1相关分析结果显示,大学生体育运动、特质正念、情绪智力和心理健康素质均呈显著正相关(r=0.28,0.33,0.45,0.34,0.39,0.53;P<0.001);2中介效应分析显示,体育运动通过3条中介路径对心理健康素质产生影响。特质正念的单一中介作用效应值为0.05,占总效应值的11.11%;情绪智力的单一中介作用效应值为0.10,占总效应值的22.22%;特质正念和情绪智力的链式中介作用效应值为0.03,占总效应值的6.67%。结论:体育运动不仅可以正向影响大学生心理健康素质,还可以通过特质正念和情绪智力对其产生间接影响。

体育锻炼对大学生生命意义感的影响:个性素质和乐商的链式中介效应

为了探讨体育锻炼、个性素质、乐商和生命意义感的关系,选用体育锻炼等级量表、大学生个性素质量表、大学生乐商问卷和大学生生命意义感量表对1204名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)体育锻炼与个性素质、乐商、生命意义感均呈现显著正相关,体育锻炼、个性素质、乐商、生命意义感均存在非常显著的两两正相关;(2)体育锻炼既可以直接影响生命意义感,也可以通过个性素质和乐商的中介作用对生命意义感产生间接影响,具体包括两条中介路径,即通过个性素质的中介路径和通过个性素质和乐商的链式中介路径。中介效应和链式中介效应模型的构建揭示了体育锻炼对大学生生命意义感影响的内在作用机制,对于大学生健全人格的培养和生命意义感的提升具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。

中国当代大学生情感素质的现状及其影响因素

在情感素质理论与实践探索相结合的基础上编制了《中国大学生情感素质问卷》(内含6个分问卷),并对全国3类地区14座城市100所大学的11982名大学生进行首次大规模情感素质调查。结果发现:该问卷具有较好的信效度,是适合研究大学生情感素质的原创性的有效测评工具;大学生情感素质具有2层面6大类33种情感的结构,呈现丰富情感,且总体发展水平尚好,其中道德、生活情感发展水平较高,人际、审美、理智情感和情绪智力等相对较低;男女大学生之间和本专科大学生之间存在情感素质的结构性差异;有获奖经历、学业自评高及无负性生活事件的大学生情感素质水平较高;良好的人际关系、对舆论的关注、对核心价值观的认同、自我高要求、民主的家庭教养方式等因素对大学生情感素质的发展具有促进作用。
