Innovation and Practice of the Concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in Nursing Professional Experimental Teaching from the Perspective of Multidimensional Education Theory

[Objective]From the perspective of multi-dimensional education theory,explore the situation of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing professional experimental teaching.[Methods]Through investigation and research,collect relevant data on the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing major,including the understanding degree of the concept,the cognition of the role in nursing major learning,the cognition of the importance of each part,the participation degree,practical operation problems and overall satisfaction,etc.[Results]The survey found that the proportion of those who have a deep understanding of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”is low(very understanding 12.45%,relatively understanding 14.16%),and most are at the general level or below;most respondents recognize that this concept has a positive effect on nursing major learning,especially in improving practical ability(80.13%agree);post practice is considered the most important(accounting for 57.02%),but the participation degree in course learning is the highest(65.94%);insufficient practical opportunities(61.81%)and the disconnection between courses and practice(52.39%)are prominent problems in practical operations;on the whole,most respondents have a positive attitude towards this concept(very satisfied 28.82%,relatively satisfied 36.87%),but there are still a small number of dissatisfied people.[Conclusion]The concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”has important value in nursing major learning,but its popularization degree needs to be improved,and there are many problems in practical operations.When promoting this concept in nursing professional experimental teaching,existing problems should be solved and the needs of a small number of people should be paid attention to so as to improve the overall effect.

learning while making the teaching process more targeted and effective.Motivation,as the key factor driving individuals to take action and achieve specific goals,directly affects students’enthusiasm and creativity.Teaching strategies based on motivation can improve educational outcomes.The Self-Determination Theory provides a framework for enhancing students’intrinsic motivation,emphasizing the fulfillment of three basic psychological needs:autonomy,competence,and relatedness.Satisfying these needs allows students to demonstrate stronger learning motivation and sustained interest.Higher education instructors can support autonomy by giving students more choices,allowing them to create based on their interests,thus fostering creativity and increasing engagement.Additionally,teachers should provide competence support by setting appropriately challenging tasks,helping students gradually improve their skills and confidence,and enhancing their sense of competence.Finally,relatedness support emphasizes creating a collaborative learning environment where students can strengthen emotional connections and perceive the value of learning through group cooperation and discussions.Optimizing visual design education not only requires attention to motivation issues but also necessitates designing teaching strategies based on the Self-Determination Theory.Through support for autonomy,competence,and relatedness,educators can effectively stimulate students’intrinsic motivation,and enhance their creativity,problem-solving abilities,and interest in long-term learning.This approach makes education more meaningful and valuable,helping to cultivate more outstanding design talents.

The Essence and Implementation of Ideological and Political Education within College English Curricula: A Grounded Theory Analysis

This study adopts the grounded theory approach to critically examine the essence and implementation of Ideological and Political Education(IPE)within college English curricula at Chinese Universities.We analyzed a corpus of 80 award-winning lesson plans from the“Teaching Star Competition”held by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press to establish specific constituents that comprise IPE and identify the instructional methodologies incorporated in the teaching process.The research shows that IPE strategically merges language proficiency training with civic education,aiming to cultivate a strong national identity,solid cultural pride,and global competencies.To be more detailed,the core categories of IPE encapsulate critical thinking,professional ethics,and cross-cultural communication skills,which are based on the innovative use of technological resources and adaptive pedagogical strategies.IPE has also elaborated on the comprehensive assessment mechanisms to measure cognitive and affective outcomes,making it a multidimensional activity.Following a three-stage coding process,this study aims to contribute to this discussion regarding ideological and political education integrated into Chinese higher education institutions.The finding and conclusion in this study drawn for future curriculum developments and reformulation of educational policy suggest ways IPE could better serve in fostering well-rounded individuals capable of contributing to national and global contexts.

Since the new curriculum reform,labor education has gradually shed its marginalized position in the“five educations,”and the labor curriculum has become an independent course officially separated from comprehensive practical activity courses.Exploring the practical path of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China has become the primary task of labor education in China.Based on the practical situation of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China,drawing on the theory of overlapping influence domains,and from the perspective of collaborative education among family,school,and community,this paper proposes a curriculum practical path of“school-led”family-school-community collaboration and a curriculum practical path guided by“student-centered”sentiment,in order to provide references for the practice of labor curriculum in compulsory education in China.

Educational Practices in the Model of Music Learning Theory of E. Edwin Gordon： An Observational Research

This paper analyzes the supervision activity, to which educators and teachers enrolled with AIGAM （Gordon Italian Association for the Musical Learning） are subject to every year and intends to verify the application of those principles expressed in the learning model of the MLT （Music Learning Theory） developed by educational psychologist E. Edwin Gordon （1989, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2007） and promoted internationally by various institutions and organizations specifically accredited. It describes the influence of the videotaped supervision on the process, functions of monitoring, and evaluation of educational practices, starting with an empirical model that has guided the interventions in a study of supervision on training aimed at consolidating and developing professional skills in music education in early childhood. This paper sought to understand： the kind of practices, interactions, communications developing during an educational actions, the existence of a consistent relationship between the principles expressed in the MLT and their application, the type and benefits of supervision performed by of video recording on stakeholders in terms of change in professional behavior, and finally whether the active supervision could be comparable with other kinds of approaches.

Application Progress of Teaching in the Form of Traffic Short Videos in Nursing Education

With the rapid development of the information technology era,the teaching quality requirements continue to surge,and the mode of education in colleges and universities has also carried out certain innovations.The integration of modern information technology into the teaching process and the combination of medical content has become a new hotspot for reform and innovation of medical education at home and abroad.In this paper,we will describe the application of traffic short videos as the main teaching form in nursing education in domestic and foreign studies,and the role of the application of this teaching form in the improvement of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of nursing students,as well as the impact on the cultivation of nursing students’professional cognition,communication skills,critical thinking,etc.,with the aim of providing new perspectives for the subsequent nursing education.

Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

Taiwan is currently facing the serious challenge of decreasing enrollment in higher education institutes （HEIs） due to the oversupply of these institutions and decreasing birthrates. This has necessitated that policymakers implement new policies to meet the demands of the market. This paper uses punctuated equilibrium theory （PET） to explain the circumstances that led to the overexpansion of Taiwan＇s higher education institutions over the past decades. This article also analyzes the social contexts and ramifications of social conflict regarding public expectations and policy changes in the ideology of the educational reform movement.

Physics of Traffic and the Crowds Theory： AMultidisciplinary Approach to Mobility Education

Crowding is a reality in which we find ourselves involved daily. The crowd produced in a traffic jam is a dynamic entity inwhich the application of physics, mathematics and biology can provide practical help to understand how and why this problematicsituation occurs and what solutions can be found to resolve it. In the mobility education project ＂SicuraMENTE＂, we carried out anexperiment on the conduct of a crowd by simulating a situation of intense city traffic. Taking a cue from an experimental situationproposed in traffic physics, we have verified that a route with limited access can generate a traffic jam and the crowd of pedestrianscan be mitigated by forcing the crowd to use dedicated streets. Taking the outgoing time of the student crowd from the outlet road,with and without the presence of an obstacle in the middle of the roadway, it was found that the traffic jam is resolved more quicklyin the situation with an obstacle because the flow of people is divided into two separate channels, reducing the probability that twoindividuals are close and that this creates an obstruction （example of counter-intuitive physical principle）. We also verified that thespeed of the elements of the crowd influences the formation of traffic jams, which are on average more likely in the case of higherspeed. These important aspects in the design of road networks and transport infrastructure have made students reason on physics＇topics, but also on the correct conduct in traffic. The multidisciplinary approach in education for safe and sustainable mobility, soinnovative in Italy, turned out to be effective in terms of teaching in the frame of a mix of academic disciplines, in which road safetyeducation has become the context and the goal.

Swimming with the Tide-A living Theory Approach to Religious Education

The theoretical framework of this paper is based on the living theory of practice developed by Jack Whitehead. Whitehead holds the view that theory is an outcome of practice and that the practitioner, being an expert of her or his practice, is capable of improving practice by systematically acting, observing, reflecting, evaluating and theorizing about practice. In this research spiral activity, the main question is： How do I improve what I am doing？ By introducing teacher students to action research and living theories in the process of becoming religious education teachers, they are empowered to investigate and to analyse their practice right from the beginning of their life as practitioners. In this process their personal values and the values emerging from the variety of RE themes will inform their critical reflection about to what extent they are able to mirror these values in their actions in the classroom, particularly in their interactions with pupils. Theses purposeful activities will advance their knowledge about what they are doing and inform their evaluation of the quality of teaching and learning constructed in their practices. Teachers or practitioner -- researchers who are able to systematically observe their practice, are in the position of minimizing the gap between values and actions and to give scholarly and informed explanations for what they are doing in the RE classroom.

A Case Study of China as an Exporter of Higher Education Using Push-Pull Theory

Developing countries establishing international branch campuses （IBCs） is an emerging trend, and currently compromises 17% percent of the market in terms of the number of IBCs. While researchers have applied different social science perspectives to analyze cross-border higher education and IBCs, they usually emphasize developed countries as exporters and developing countries as importers of higher education. The phenomenon of developing countries as exporters of higher education has seldom been looked at so far in the research. This paper first describes the current development of IBCs, then illustrates what social science perspectives have been used on this topic, followed by how push-pull theory relates to developing countries being exporters of IBCs. The paper aims to combine E.S. Lee＇s push-pull theory and Gu＇s push-pull framework to analyze the push and pull factors in their advertisement and marketing claims when higher education institutions （HEIs） from developing countries plan to establish branch campuses in foreign countries. Soochow University in Laos is used as a case study. Furthermore, intermediate barriers and solutions are also identified in this case study. However, this case study has its own uniqueness and only serves heuristic for future research.

Analysis on the Actual Teaching Effectiveness of Course Ethnic Theory and Policy --School of Preparatory Education for the Minorities of Ningxia University Is Taken for Example

In this paper, many factors restricting and affecting the actual effectiveness of course ethnic theory and policy are summarized, among which student factors mainly include unavailable major foundation, new strange course, and having no idea about how to learn in the short term, narrow knowledge scope because of the examination-oriented education, poor self-control ability and attitude toward learning, and difference among the students of different minorities in the preparatory education, so that the actual teaching effectiveness is different. The teaching contents provided by teachers are not enough scientific, and the teaching pertinence is not strong; all parts of teaching and especially the effectiveness of processing the key and difficult points are not good enough, so that students are guided not very well to actively participate in classroom teaching activities, etc. Subsequently, an analysis is made around integrating and excavating teaching materials, understanding teaching contents, valuing the teaching process, and helping the students of preparatory education change from passively learning knowledge to initiatively accepting knowledge in a targeted way, and then some approaches, methods, and strategies of improving the actual teaching effectiveness of the course are explored.
