Challenges and Demands for College English Teachers Raised by Training All-round Qualified Persons

The latest issue of College English Curriculum Requirements has posed challenges and demands for teachers in terms of linguistic competence, academic knowledge, language skills, professional morality, emotional and attitudinal qualifications, etc., which requires teachers to embrace and handle with active and open-minded responses. Hence, teachers ought to strive to develop and improve their own overall qualifications in collaboration with the long-term development of the subject and of the national higher education, with the need of qualified persons demanded by social development and the students＇ learning. Teachers also ought to form a notion of scientific development by keeping pace with the time, so as to discern the trend of subject development, to form appropriate judgments concerning the social development and to properly regulate their own development.

Experimental study on the cavity evolution and liquid spurt of hydrodynamic ram

In research of the characteristics of the cavity evolution, the pressure, and the liquid spurt in hydrodynamic ram, the experiment of the high-velocity fragment impacting the water-filled container had been conducted. The relationships between the above three characteristics have been researched. The evolution of the cavity can be divided into three processes according to its shape characteristics. The first liquid spurt occurred in Process Ⅱ and the rest of it occurred in Process Ⅲ. The duration of the second liquid spurt is longer than the first liquid spurt. When the impact velocity of the fragment is less than996 m/s, the velocity of the second liquid spurt is the highest. When the velocity of the fragment is greater than 996 m/s, the velocity of the first liquid spurt is the highest. The maximum velocities of the first and second liquid spurt are 111 m/s and 94 m/s respectively. The pressure fluctuated sharply in Processes Ⅰ and Ⅲ. The maximum peak pressures in the shock and the cavity oscillation phases are15.51 MPa and 7.96 MPa respectively. The time interval of the two adjacent pressure pulses increases with the increase of the fragment velocity.

Path Breakthrough of Medical Humanities Education From the Perspective of“All-Staff,Whole-Process,and All-Round Education”

Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

On All-round Development of Human Rights in China

In October 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） called for adherence to ＂the outlook toward development based on the fundamental interests of the people, toward an all-round, balanced and sustainable development.＂ The session also proposed to the National People＇s Congress （NPC） that respect for and protection of human rights be written into the country＇s Constitution. And accordingly, the NPC adopted a decision to revise the Constitution the following year. The call and the proposal were inter-related. The call sets the guideline, the theoretical basis and the orientation for the development of human rights in China. The pro- posal subsequently resulted in a revision of-the Constitution, the fundamental state law, which came as a legal guarantee for respect for and protection of human rights. Then, the ＂task of promoting an all-round development of the human rights cause＂ was written down into the country＇s Eleventh Five-Year Program for National Economic and Social Development （2006-2010）, which was approved by the NPC in March 2006. This was the first time that the development of human rights was written into a national program for social development. This means that an even closer link has been forged between China＇s human rights cause on one hand and the country＇s political, economic, cultural and social welfare undertakings on the other, thus preparing China＇s human rights cause for faster and sustainable development. We are now safe to predict that in the future, there will be even more and better rights the Chinese people are able to enjoy.

跨情境词汇学习的偏态学习优势效应

词频分布对跨情境词汇学习至关重要。然而,以往研究主要考察了基于均匀分布的跨情境词汇学习,相对忽视了真实情境中基于Zipfian分布等偏态分布的跨情境词汇学习,而仅有的研究对Zipfian分布究竟促进还是抑制跨情境词汇学习争论激烈。为此,这项研究率先建立了学习机制的宏观视角,提出单个词汇的学习效果取决于学习环境中其他词汇的整体学习效果,据此首次提出基于互斥性策略的偏态学习优势效应,认为互斥性策略的有效使用是产生Zipfian频率促进效应的关键。

高应力软岩巷道注浆及锚喷支护的研究

通过分析湘永矿区煤系地层力学性质与围岩裂隙发育深度,在对原有锚网喷支护主要材料技术参数进行优化的基础上,提出“注浆+锚网喷”、“锚索+锚网喷”支护新理念,并通过工程试验,确定“注浆+锚网喷”支护为湘永矿区高应力软岩巷道首选支护形式。“注浆+锚网喷”支护在湘永矿区实施后,矿井巷道支护质量有了根本性提高,为高应力软岩巷道锚网喷支护的优化提供了可资借鉴的经验。

添加剂对煤粉喷枪SHS陶瓷内衬组织和性能的影响

采用重力分离SHS法制备了陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪枪管．试验得出，陶瓷层主要由构成枝晶的α-Al2O3基体相和分布于其间的Feo·Al2O3尖晶相所组成，SiO2主要以石英相结构存在于枝晶晶界上；在反应物料中加入适量的SiO2和Cr2O3均可有效地提高内衬陶瓷层的相对密度；SiO2将使陶瓷层的硬度和复合钢管的抗压剪强度降低，Cr2O3却使二者均有所回升；在内衬陶瓷层中分布着径向裂纹和网状裂纹，加入SiO2将减少裂纹密度，Cr2O3却使裂纹密度增加.

硫化物固体润滑剂的研究现状

综述固体润滑材料中应用最为广泛的硫化物固体润滑剂的研究现状;介绍硫化亚铁、二硫化钼、硫化钨以及二硫化锌固体润滑剂的制备工艺的发展及其相应的润滑薄膜的摩擦学性能;指出进一步弄清渗流层硫化亚铁的减磨机制以及改善二硫化钼的抗潮性以及与基体的结合强度是未来的研究方向。

两种喷嘴喷射性能的试验研究

为比较自激振荡脉冲喷嘴和连续射流喷嘴的喷射性能,利用自行搭建的喷嘴性能测试装置对两种喷嘴的喷射性能进行了试验研究,实测了不同压力下两种喷嘴的时均喷液量,分析了不同口径的连续射流喷嘴和自激脉冲喷嘴的喷射特性,主要探讨了连续射流喷嘴、自激喷头下喷嘴直径对喷嘴喷液性能的影响,并进行了两种射流打击油泥样本的对比试验．试验结果表明,时均喷液特性相似的连续射流和脉冲射流在冲击油泥样本时,相同时间下脉冲射流的冲击破坏范围要大于连续射流,根据试验中油泥的屈服破坏过程,确定了射流有效打击力的临界值,建立射流清洗油泥时有效射程的经验估算式．
