Recent advances in amino acid metabolism have revealed that targeting amino acid metabolic enzymes in cancer therapy is a promising strategy for the development of novel therapeutic agents. There are currently several drugs in clinical trials that specifically target amino acid metabolic pathways in tumor cells. In the context of the tumor microenvironment,however,tumor cells form metabolic relationships with immune cells,and they oftencompete for common nutrients. Many tumors evolved to escape immune surveillance by taking advantage of their metabolic flexibility and redirecting nutrients for their own advantage. This review outlines the most recent advances in targeting amino acid metabolic pathways in cancer therapy while giving consideration to the impact these pathways may have on the anti-tumor immune response. 展开更多

It has been reported that host defense responses,such as phagocytic function of neutrophils and natural killer(NK)cell activity of lymphocytes,are impaired in cirrhotic patients.This review will concentrate on the impairment of innate immune responses in decompensated cirrhotic patients and the effect of the treatment by branched-chain amino acids(BCAA)on innate immune responses.We already reported that phagocytic function of neutrophils was significantly improved by3-mo BCAA supplementation.In addition,the changes of NK activity were also significant at 3 mo of supplementation compared with before supplementation.Also,Fisher’s ratios were reported to be significantly increased at 3 mo of BCAA supplementation compared with those before oral supplementation.Therefore,administration of BCAA could reduce the risk of bacterial and viral infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis by restoring impaired innate immune responses of the host.In addition,it was also revealed that BCAA oral supplementation could reduce the risk of development of hepatocellular carcinoma in cirrhotic patients.The mechanisms of the effects will also be discussed in this review article. 展开更多

It is the hormone-like factors called cytok... Immune system activation begins a host of physiological responses. Infectious agents are recognized by monocytes and macrophages which in turn stimulate cytokine production. It is the hormone-like factors called cytokines that orchestrate the immune response. The classic responses observed with immune system activation and cytokine production include: anorexia, fever, lethargy, recruitment of other immune cells, and phagocytosis. While production of immune system components is known to require some amino acids, increases in amino acid requirements are more than offset by the associated decrease in protein accretion and increased muscle protein degradation that also accompanies immune system activation. However, the biggest impact of cytokine production is a decrease in feed intake. Therefore, as feed intake decreases, the energy needed to drive protein synthesis is also decreased. This suggests that diets should still be formulated on a similar calorie:lysine ratio as those formulated for non-immune challenged pigs. The evidence is sparse or equivocal for increasing nutrient requirements during an immune challenge. Nutritionists and swine producers should resist the pressure to alter the diet, limit feed, or add expensive feed additives during an immune challenge. While immune stimulation does not necessitate changes in diet formulation, when pigs are challenged with non-pathogenic diarrhea there are potential advantages on gut health with the increased use of crystalline amino acids rather than intact protein sources (i.e., soybean meal). This is because reducing crude protein decreases the quantity of fermentable protein entering the large intestine, which lowers post weaning diarrhea. It also lowers the requirement for expensive specialty protein sources or other protein sources such as soybean meal that present immunological challenges to the gut. The objective of this review is two-fold. The first is to discuss immunity by nutrition interactions, or lack thereof, and secondly, to review amino acid requirement estimates for nursery pigs. 展开更多

The tumor microenvironment is an ecosystem composed of multiple types of cells, such as tumor cells, immune cells, and cancerassociated fibroblasts. Cancer cells grow faster than non-cancerous cells and consume larger amounts of nutrients. The rapid growth characteristic of cancer cells fundamentally alters nutrient availability in the tumor microenvironment and results in reprogramming of immune cell metabolic pathways. Accumulating evidence suggests that cellular metabolism of nutrients, such as lipids and amino acids, beyond being essential to meet the bioenergetic and biosynthetic demands of immune cells, also regulates a broad spectrum of cellular signal transduction, and influences immune cell survival, differentiation, and anti-tumor effector function. The cancer immunometabolism research field is rapidly evolving, and exciting new discoveries are reported in high-profile journals nearly weekly. Therefore, all new findings in this field cannot be summarized within this short review. Instead, this review is intended to provide a brief introduction to this rapidly developing research field, with a focus on the metabolism of two classes of important nutrients-lipids and amino acids-in immune cells. We highlight recent research on the roles of lipids and amino acids in regulating the metabolic fitness and immunological functions of T cells, macrophages, and natural killer cells in the tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, we discuss the possibility of “editing” metabolic pathways in immune cells to act synergistically with currently available immunotherapies in enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. 展开更多

High current findings indicate that a substitution with pyruvate can lead to significant alterations or even improvement in neutrophil immunonutrition. However, it is still unknown which intra-cellular pathways might be involved here. Hence, in this study, we investigated whether preincu-bation with an inhibitor of ·NO-synthase (L-NAME), an ·NO donor (SNAP), an analogue of taurine (beta-alanine), an inhibitor of ornithine-decarboxylase (DFMO) as well as a glutamine-analogue (DON), is able to alter the intragranulocytic metabolic response to pyruvate, here for example studied for neutrophil intracellular amino- and α-keto acid concentrations or important neutrophil immune functions [released myeloperoxidase (MPO), the formation of superoxide anions O2- and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)]. In summary, the interesting first results presented here showed, that any damage of specific metabolic pathways or mechanisms, which seem directly or indirectly to be involved in relevant pyruvate dependent granulocytic nutrient content or specific cellular tasks, could lead to therapeutically desired, but also to unexpected or even fatal consequences for the affected cells. We therefore continue to believe that pyruvate, irrespective of which exact biochemical mechanisms were involved, in neutrophils may satisfy the substantial metabolic demands for a potent intracellular nutrient. 展开更多

氨基酸微量元素螯合物对草鱼肝脏和肠道健康的影响

为研究饲料中氨基酸微量元素螯合物(铁、锰、铜、锌)对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肝脏和肠道健康的影响。共设置6组等氮(30%)、等脂(4.7%)实验饲料,对照组(CON)为不添加铁、锰、铜、锌4种微量元素的基础饲料,在对照组配方基础上添... 为研究饲料中氨基酸微量元素螯合物(铁、锰、铜、锌)对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肝脏和肠道健康的影响。共设置6组等氮(30%)、等脂(4.7%)实验饲料,对照组(CON)为不添加铁、锰、铜、锌4种微量元素的基础饲料,在对照组配方基础上添加无机铁(50 mg/kg)、铜(2 mg/kg)、锰(10 mg/kg)、锌(40 mg/kg)制成IT100组,用氨基酸微量元素螯合物以25%(OT25组)、50%(OT50组)、75%(OT75组)和100%(OT100组)的比例替代IT100组中无机微量元素,投喂初始体质量(40.05±0.05) g的草鱼8周。研究显示,与对照组相比,饲料中添加无机微量元素和氨基酸微量元素螯合物显著提高了草鱼肝脏的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、微量还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低了丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。OT100组显著提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,且OT75组和OT100组GPx活性和GSH含量显著高于IT100组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各组草鱼的肝细胞形态和肝血窦丰度趋于正常。与对照组相比,除OT25组外,其余各组的肠道绒毛高度和杯状细胞数量显著提高,且OT75和OT100组显著高于IT100组。无机微量元素和氨基酸微量元素螯合物降低了草鱼肠道细胞因子白介素-6(il-6)和白介素-1β(il-1β)基因表达量,提高了肠道紧密连接蛋白闭锁小带蛋白-2(zo-2)和claudin12基因表达量。OT75组显著提高了zo-1和occludin基因表达量,且OT75组il-1β基因表达量显著低于IT100组。综上所述,无机微量元素和氨基酸微量元素螯合物均可显著改善草鱼肠道和肝脏健康,75%氨基酸微量元素螯合物的作用效果显著优于无机微量元素。 展开更多

试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能水平对14~17周龄北京油鸡血清抗氧化和免疫指标及肌肉游离氨基酸含量的影响。选取13周龄北京油鸡600只(公母各半),随机分为3组,每组200只。组内各性别分别设置5个重复。3个处理组分别饲喂低代谢能(12.20 MJ/kg)... 试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能水平对14~17周龄北京油鸡血清抗氧化和免疫指标及肌肉游离氨基酸含量的影响。选取13周龄北京油鸡600只(公母各半),随机分为3组,每组200只。组内各性别分别设置5个重复。3个处理组分别饲喂低代谢能(12.20 MJ/kg)、中代谢能(12.64 MJ/kg)、高代谢能(13.08 MJ/kg)3种不同的日粮。预试期1周,正试期4周(14~17周龄)。结果显示:①饲粮代谢能水平和性别对血清过氧化物酶活性有显著交互作用(P<0.05),中代谢能组母鸡过氧化物酶活性显著高于中代谢能组公鸡(P<0.05);性别对血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性有显著影响(P<0.05),母鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于公鸡(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著低于公鸡(P<0.05);②代谢能水平和性别对血清IgA、IgG、IgM、γ-干扰素含量有显著交互作用(P<0.05),饲粮代谢能水平对血清IgA、IgM、白细胞介素-6含量有显著影响(P<0.05);中代谢能组IgA含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);低代谢能组IgM含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);高代谢能组白细胞介素-6含量显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。性别对血清IgA、IgG、α-干扰素含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。母鸡IgA和α-干扰素含量显著高于公鸡(P<0.05)。公鸡IgG含量显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。③饲粮代谢能水平和性别对14~17周龄北京油鸡肌肉中部分游离氨基酸含量有显著影响(P<0.05),且在中代谢能水平下含量最高;公鸡总氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸含量显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。研究表明:代谢能水平对14~17周龄北京油鸡血清抗氧化指标无显著影响;代谢能为13.08 MJ/kg时,免疫性能较好;代谢能为12.64 MJ/kg时,肌肉游离氨基酸含量最高,甜味氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸、必需氨基酸、总氨基酸含量最高,味道更鲜,品质最优;从游离氨基酸含量分析,公鸡较母鸡风味更佳。 展开更多

支链氨基酸(branched-chain amino acids,BCAA)在家禽生长、生产性能、免疫功能和肠道健康等方面发挥着重要作用,涉及器官发育、免疫反应、肌肉蛋白周转和基因调控等关键过程。然而,单一BCAA的过量、缺乏或比例失衡均会影响家禽蛋白质... 支链氨基酸(branched-chain amino acids,BCAA)在家禽生长、生产性能、免疫功能和肠道健康等方面发挥着重要作用,涉及器官发育、免疫反应、肌肉蛋白周转和基因调控等关键过程。然而,单一BCAA的过量、缺乏或比例失衡均会影响家禽蛋白质合成和肠道健康,因此保持BCAA比例的平衡对于家禽的生产性能至关重要。尽管NRC(1994)提供了肉鸡、蛋鸡和种鸡的BCAA推荐量,但不同日粮蛋白质水平以及不同品种和生长阶段的家禽对BCAA的需求存在差异。同时,鉴于抗生素生长促进剂的禁用及养殖端所面临的多种疾病的挑战,也需要重新评估家禽对BCAA的推荐摄取水平。另外,BCAA在维持肠道完整性、调控肠道微生物组成以及提高机体蛋白周转效率的作用机理研究仍有待进一步探究。本综述在阐述BCAA在家禽中的营养生理作用以及其对生产和健康的基础上,推荐了不同饲养条件下不同肉鸡品种(肉鸡、蛋鸡和种鸡)BCAA需要量,以期为家禽低蛋白日粮BCAA推荐量提供理论参考。 展开更多

试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同水平维生素E对贵州黑山羊生长性能、免疫性能和肉品质的影响。选取生长状况良好、平均体重为(21.66±1.64)kg的贵州黑山羊44只,采用完全随机设计分为4组,分别为对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,每组11... 试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同水平维生素E对贵州黑山羊生长性能、免疫性能和肉品质的影响。选取生长状况良好、平均体重为(21.66±1.64)kg的贵州黑山羊44只,采用完全随机设计分为4组,分别为对照组、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,每组11只,对照组和试验1、2、3组维生素E添加量分别为0、50、250、500 mg/(d·只),预试期7 d,正试期120 d,每天测定各组黑山羊的采食量,每隔30 d测定各组黑山羊的体重。试验结束后计算各组黑山羊的平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG);采集各组黑山羊血液,测定血清免疫指标;每组随机选取3只黑山羊进行屠宰,测定肉质性状以及肌肉中氨基酸和脂肪酸的含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验2组的ADG提高了16.23%,免疫因子含量也有提高,其中IgA和IgG显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验2组肌肉剪切力和滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05),粗蛋白、多不饱和脂肪酸、油酸和亚油酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中维生素E添加量为250 mg/(d·只)时提升贵州黑山羊生长性能、免疫性能以及改善肉质指标的效果较好。 展开更多

Agrobacterium-mediated plant transformation is widely used in plant genetic engineering.However,its efficiency is limited by plant immunity against Agrobacterium.Chili pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)is an important vegetable that is recalcitrant to Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.In this work,Agrobacterium was found to induce a strong immune response in pepper,which might be the reason for T-DNA being difficult to express in pepper.An Agrobacterium mutant screen was conducted and a point mutation in the hisI gene was identified due to a weak immune response and enhanced transient expression mediated by this Agrobacterium mutant in pepper leaves.Further genetic analysis revealed that histidine biosynthesis deficiency caused by mutations in many genes of this pathway led to reduced pepper cell death,presumably due to reduced bacterial growth.However,mutation analysis of threonine and tryptophan biosynthesis genes showed that the biosynthesis of different amino acids may play different roles in Agrobacterium growth and stimulating the pepper immune response.The possible application of Agrobacterium amino acid biosynthesis mutations in plant biology was discussed. 展开更多

为探讨在无鱼粉饲料中补充限制性氨基酸对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)抗氧化性能和免疫酶活性的影响,研究设计了5组等氮等脂的饲料,分别添加不同水平的限制性氨基酸(Met∶Lys=0.318),即0%(G1组)、0.5%(G2组)、1.0%(G3组)、1.5%(G4组)、2.0%(G5... 为探讨在无鱼粉饲料中补充限制性氨基酸对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)抗氧化性能和免疫酶活性的影响,研究设计了5组等氮等脂的饲料,分别添加不同水平的限制性氨基酸(Met∶Lys=0.318),即0%(G1组)、0.5%(G2组)、1.0%(G3组)、1.5%(G4组)、2.0%(G5组)。选取初始体质量为(55.54±0.09)g的鲤150尾,进行了为期8周的养殖试验。研究结果显示,适量补充限制性氨基酸能够提高鲤的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;同时降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。G4和G5组的T-AOC活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),G2、G3、G4和G5组的T-SOD和CAT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),G5组的MDA含量显著低于G1、G2和G3组(P<0.05)。随着限制性氨基酸补充水平的增加,鲤肝脏的ACP、AKP和LZM活性也呈上升趋势。G3、G4和G5组的ACP活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),G4和G5组的AKP和LZM活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。根据试验结果,可以得出结论:在本试验条件下,适量补充限制性氨基酸能够增强鲤的抗氧化性能和部分免疫酶活性,其中2.0%的限制性氨基酸补充量效果最好。 展开更多

该研究旨在探究酶解鲍鱼肽的分子特性及其抗氧化、调节免疫的功能。通过酶解获得鲍鱼多肽,利用液相色谱、氨基酸分析仪分别测定了鲍鱼肽分子质量和氨基酸含量,并在小鼠体内研究了鲍鱼肽抗氧化和调节免疫的功能,均设置低(0.25 g/kg BW)、... 该研究旨在探究酶解鲍鱼肽的分子特性及其抗氧化、调节免疫的功能。通过酶解获得鲍鱼多肽,利用液相色谱、氨基酸分析仪分别测定了鲍鱼肽分子质量和氨基酸含量,并在小鼠体内研究了鲍鱼肽抗氧化和调节免疫的功能,均设置低(0.25 g/kg BW)、中(0.5 g/kg BW)、高(1.0 g/kg BW)3个剂量组,以及对应的对照组。研究结果显示鲍鱼肽的分子质量低于6500 Da占95%,氨基酸含量为72.54%。体内实验结果显示,抗氧化实验中,3个剂量组小鼠血清中的丙二醛和蛋白质羰基含量显著低于模型组,超氧化歧化酶和还原性谷胱甘肽含量显著高于模型组。在调节免疫实验中,与模型组相比,中、高剂量组小鼠白细胞数显著高于模型组,各组细胞免疫功能均无显著差异,体液免疫中,高剂量组小鼠脾细胞中半数溶血值和溶血空斑数量均显著提高,且中、高剂量组的NK细胞活性显著提高。综上所述,鲍鱼肽的分子质量小且氨基酸含量高,具有抗氧化和调节免疫的功能。 展开更多

目的评估益生菌对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效及其对氨基酸代谢与血清免疫水平的影响。方法本研究招募了中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八〇医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的80例老年COPD患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规... 目的评估益生菌对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效及其对氨基酸代谢与血清免疫水平的影响。方法本研究招募了中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八〇医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的80例老年COPD患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组(在常规治疗基础上服用益生菌),每组40例,疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗前后改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难问卷(mMRC)和COPD评估测试(CAT)评分,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定两组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6和IL-8水平,采用液相色谱-质谱检测两组治疗前后的氨基酸代谢情况。结果治疗后,两组CAT、mMRC评分及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、色氨酸、酪氨酸水平均低于治疗前,亮氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸均高于治疗前,且联合治疗组CAT、mMRC评分及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、色氨酸、酪氨酸水平低于常规治疗组,亮氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸和丝氨酸均高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合治疗可以显著改善老年COPD患者临床症状,对其免疫水平和氨基酸代谢有积极影响,可能是治疗老年COPD的有效策略。 展开更多

It is widely known that branched chain amino acids(BCAA) are not only elementary components for building muscle tissue but also participate in increasing protein synthesis in animals and humans. BCAA(isoleucine, leucine and valine) regulate many key signaling pathways, the most classic of which is the activation of the m TOR signaling pathway. This signaling pathway connects many diverse physiological and metabolic roles. Recent years have witnessed many striking developments in determining the novel functions of BCAA including:(1) Insufficient or excessive levels of BCAA in the diet enhances lipolysis.(2) BCAA, especially isoleucine, play a major role in enhancing glucose consumption and utilization by up-regulating intestinal and muscular glucose transporters.(3)Supplementation of leucine in the diet enhances meat quality in finishing pigs.(4) BCAA are beneficial for mammary health, milk quality and embryo growth.(5) BCAA enhance intestinal development, intestinal amino acid transportation and mucin production.(6) BCAA participate in up-regulating innate and adaptive immune responses.In addition, abnormally elevated BCAA levels in the blood(decreased BCAA catabolism) are a good biomarker for the early detection of obesity, diabetes and other metabolic diseases. Purpose: Special nutrients have an impact on common cold infections. In this trial we have investigated the effectiveness of the specific amino acid composition “aminoplus? immun” on the occurrence, duration and severity of common cold. Material and Methods: Our study is a controlled, randomised completely masked trial comparing genuine trial remedy versus placebo in parallel groups. Eligible subjects were people with recurrent and chronic infections of the ear, nose and pharyngeal area. The treatment period was 90 days. The primary outcome was the mean number of days that the patients had symptoms of infections. Results: From Oct. 2009 to Feb. 2010 a total of 145 patients were recruited, of whom 119 had no major protocol violation and were valid for assessment. Two thirds of the patients were female. The mean age of the patients was 45 years. 65% of participants had come into contact with many people and thereby an increased risk of infection. On average the patients had 11.1 infections during the 12 months before the study. Compliance for the intake of the study preparation was 98.9%. Due to randomisation, the groups were very similar and balanced. 植物生长发育需要大量的氮素养分,氨基酸作为大多数植物体内主要的氮素运输形式,影响植物整个生命活动。氨基酸转运蛋白负责氨基酸在组织和细胞间的跨膜运输,其通过调节植物体内氨基酸稳态,影响着植物的生长发育和抗逆能力。近年来,氨... 植物生长发育需要大量的氮素养分,氨基酸作为大多数植物体内主要的氮素运输形式,影响植物整个生命活动。氨基酸转运蛋白负责氨基酸在组织和细胞间的跨膜运输,其通过调节植物体内氨基酸稳态,影响着植物的生长发育和抗逆能力。近年来,氨基酸和氨基酸转运蛋白在植物免疫和抗病中的功能及其调控机制取得了一些突破性的研究进展。我们详细阐述了氨基酸运输、代谢在植物防御中的作用,总结了参与植物免疫的氨基酸透性酶家族(AAPs)、赖氨酸组氨酸转运蛋白家族(LHTs)、阳离子氨基酸转运蛋白家族(CATs)以及多种酸进出转运蛋白家族(UMAMITs)基因在病原菌侵染植物过程中的调节机制。转运蛋白LHT1不仅介导植物根系氨基酸的吸收和地上部氨基酸的转运,还参与了植物生长和免疫调节。本文以LHT1为例,对比了拟南芥和水稻lht1突变体植物在感染病原菌后自身的免疫过程,突出其在参与植物感染活体营养型和死体营养型病原菌过程中功能的差异性,构建了氨基酸转运蛋白调控植物免疫过程的基本分子模型。未来研究需要重点解析:1)哪些氨基酸是植物防御机制的关键营养或信号物质;2)病原菌侵染植物后,植物体内氨基酸信号的传导过程;3)植物氨基酸转运蛋白如何识别病原菌;4)植物氨基酸转运蛋白如何调节植物和病原菌间的营养竞争和资源分配;5)氨基酸转运蛋白如何调控水杨酸/茉莉酸途径参与植物抗病;6)植物−微生物间基因是否存在串扰等一系列问题。通过这些研究,深入探索植物氨基酸运输对植物−病原菌互作的调控机制,挖掘介导植物抗病的关键氨基酸转运蛋白,有助于培育既高产又优质且抗病的理想品种。 展开更多

为系统评估一种新型毕赤酵母蛋白酶在肉鸡低蛋白饲粮中的应用效果,试验选取180只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)健康公雏,随机分配到3个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复10只鸡。试验日粮包括基础日粮、低蛋白日粮(粗蛋白质水平降低两个百分点)以及添加500... 为系统评估一种新型毕赤酵母蛋白酶在肉鸡低蛋白饲粮中的应用效果,试验选取180只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)健康公雏,随机分配到3个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复10只鸡。试验日粮包括基础日粮、低蛋白日粮(粗蛋白质水平降低两个百分点)以及添加500 mg/kg蛋白酶的低蛋白日粮。饲养周期42 d,采用1~21 d和22~42 d的两段制饲养模式。以重复为单位,记录并计算平均日采食量、平均日增重、死淘率和欧洲指数。试验结束时,每重复选一只接近平均体重的鸡,禁食后采血并屠宰,测定血清生化指标和肉鸡胴体性状。结果表明:低蛋白日粮添加蛋白酶可显著改善肉鸡生长性能,增加欧洲指数,起到节约饲粮蛋白的作用。低蛋白饲粮可显著增加肉鸡腿肌率和腹脂率,补充蛋白酶可有效降低腹脂率。低蛋白饲粮可显著改善肉鸡肝脏健康和机体氮代谢,补充蛋白酶可在一定程度上改善肉鸡免疫功能。饲粮粗蛋白质水平降低可提高肉鸡饲粮粗蛋白质和部分氨基酸的消化率,并且在补充蛋白酶后得到进一步增强。由此可见,此新型蛋白酶在肉鸡低蛋白饲粮中具有很好的应用潜力。 展开更多
