100 classic papers of interventional radiology: A citation analysis

AIM: To define the 100 citation classic papers of interventional radiology.METHODS: Using the database of Journal Citation Reports the 40 highest impact factor radiology journals were chosen. From these journals the 100 most cited interventional radiology papers were chosen and analysed.RESULTS: The top paper received 2497 citations and the 100 th paper 200 citations. The average number of citations was 320. Dates of publication ranged from 1953- 2005. Most papers originated in the United States(n = 67) followed by Italy(n = 20) and France(n = 10). Harvard University(n = 18) and Osped Civile(n = 11) were the most prolific institutions. Ten journals produced all of the top 100 papers with "Radiology" and "AJR" making up the majority. SN Goldberg and T Livraghi were the most prolific authors. Nearly two thirds of the papers(n = 61) were published after 1990.CONCLUSION: This analysis identifies many of the landmark interventional radiology papers and provides a fascinating insight into the changing discourse within the field. It also identifies topics, authors and institutions which have impacted greatly on the specialty.

Archival Examination of the Change in Packaging Materials of Chemical Injections

Based on the deepening awareness of the risk of changing packaging materials of injections,the national regulatory authorities and the China National Pharmaceutical Packaging Association have issued the relevant guidelines and group standards for changing packaging materials in recent years,greatly improving the research and development and technical requirements of packaging materials of injections.In 2021,Guangdong Province carried out the archival examination of the change of listed drugs,among which the proportion of the acceptance of changed injection packaging materials has increased year by year.On the basis of sorting out the archival examination work and combining with the cases of changing packaging materials of chemical injections accepted by Guangdong Province during 2021-2022,the requirements and problems of archival examination were analyzed and discussed to provide a reference and idea for applicants when studying the change in packaging materials.

Statistical Analysis for Test Papers with Software SPSS

Test paper evaluation is an important work for the management of tests,which results are significant bases for scientific summation of teaching and learning.Taking an English test paper of high students'monthly examination as the object,it focuses on the interpretation of SPSS output concerning item and whole quantitative analysis of papers.By analyzing and evaluating the papers,it can be a feedback for teachers to check the students'progress and adjust their teaching process.

The Research of Examination Paper Generation Based on Index System Metrics and Multi-Objective Strategy

Since the examination paper generated with computer by the algorithms of random and backtracking takes on inferior quality and inefficient, and the question of generating examination paper with computer has the character of multi-ob-jective because of the index system metrics, the genetic algorithm with multi-objective strategy optimization is proposed to solve this problem. Mapping the index system to multi-objective functions and optimizing the computing with multi-objective strategy are employed in the algorithm. The genetic algorithm experiment based on the multi-objective strategy optimization shows that the result has the advantages getting tradeoff between performance and quality, and having the ability to tune the performance and quality to meet the user’s requirements.

Visualization analysis of the study of fund-sponsored clinical nursing papers

Objective： The aims of this study were to understand the status quo of authors, collaborations between institutions, research hotspots, and research frontiers of fund-sponsored clinical nursing papers and to provide a reference for Chinese scholars to conduct clinical nursing studies in the future.Methods： The visualization software CiteSpace was used to analyze fund-sponsored clinical nursing papers published between 2012 and 2016 in 12 core journals of nursing.Results： In the clinical nursing field, there are many co叩erative author groups; however, the collaborations between institu加 not close and exist mainly within the same province or city. High-frequency keywords have revealed the four clinical nursing research hotspots of population, diseases, nursing intervention, and others. Chinese medicine nursing, prevention, treatment and nursing, and new technology-aided nursing of ventilator-associated pneumonia are the study frontiers of clinical nursing.Conclusions： Clinical nursing studies are rich in content and cover a wide range of areas, and their hotspots and frontiers are closely related to the requirements of clinical nursing. Collaborations across regions, provinces, and cities are not adequate; there is an urgent need to strengthen the cross-regional exchanges and collaborations to promote the further development of clinical nursing.

Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis of Paper Movement in Air

In order to improve the office paper feeder design, and eliminate paper jam fault in running office equipment, the static deformation and dynamic response of paper were analyzed by use of the Finite Element Method (FEM). In the analysis, the three nodes mangle plate and shell element were employed, and finite element incremental formulations were derived on the basis of Updated Lagrangian (U.L) description. The newmark method was used to analyze the transient response of paper. All the results calculated in this article coincide with those by experiments.

Analysis of health examination results of 774 policemen in a city of Hainan Province

Objective: To understand the health status of policemen in a city of Hainan Province, and find out the potential risk factors influencing their health. Methods: Health examination data of 774 policemen was collected, analyzed, and compared between age-groups, gender-groups and marital status-groups by using luster sampling. Results: 760 policemen had at least one abnormal examination (98.19%). The highest abnormality rate was blood lipid examination with 582 persons (75.19%), the second was liver function examination with 433 persons (55.94%), the third was body mass index-examination with 385 persons (49.74%). Among 15 examination items, 10 items in men had higher abnormal rate than those in women;11 items were statistically significant different among three age-groups;4 items in married had higher abnormal rate than those in unmarried. Conclusion: The health condition of policemen in a city of Hainan Province is not so optimistic, the main risk to health comes from lifestyle, and women are in better health condition than men. The older the police are, the worse they are.

Econometric Analysis of Research Papers on the Project of " Turning Vulnerable Farmland into Forests "

Taking the Database of Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodicals of Chongqing VIP Information Co. ,Ltd. as the statistical analysis source,we analyze the inter-annual trends,the authors institutions,journals distribution,disciplines distribution,paper subjects and authors' cooperation of research papers on the project of " turning vulnerable farmland into forests" in China during the period 1999 -2010,using the bibliometric method. The results show that during the period 1999 -2010,the research on the project of " turning vulnerable farmland into forests" always captured the attention of academia,and the number of research papers annually averaged more than 300; the relevant forestry functional departments at all levels,forestry-related research institutions and universities have paid close attention to the project of " turning vulnerable farmland into forests" in China; the group of core journals researched is concentrated in journals concerning forestry; in addition to forestry and agriculture,the research areas also touch upon economics,environment and other disciplines; the emphasis and hot spot of research are centered on applications, with few basic researches.

A meta-analysis of Chinese herbal medicines for vascular dementia

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicines in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia. DATA RETRIEVAL： We retrieved publications from Cochrane Library （2004 to July 2011）, PubMed （1966 to July 2011）, the Chinese Science and Technique Journals Database （1977 to July 2011）, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （1979 to July 2011）, Google Scholar （July 2011）, and the Chinese Biomedical Database （1977 to July 2011） using the key words ＂Chinese medicine OR Chinese herbal medicine＂ and ＂vascular dementia OR mild cognition impair OR multi-infarct dementia OR small-vessel dementia OR strategic infarct dementia OR hypoperfusion dementia OR hemorrhagic dementia OR hereditary vascular dementia＂. SELECTION CRITERIA： Randomized controlled trials comparing Chinese herbal medicines with placebo/western medicine in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia were included. Diagnostic standards included Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV, and National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke and Association Internationale pour la Recherche et I＇Enseignement en Neurosciences. Two participants independently conducted literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction. The quality of each trial was assessed according to the Cochrane Reviewers＇ Handbook 5.0. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Effective rate, Mini-Mental State Examination scores, Hasegawa Dementia Scale scores, and incidence of adverse reactions. RESULTS： We identified 1 143 articles discussing the effects of Chinese medicine on vascular dementia. Thirty-one of these were included in the analysis. These studies involved a total of 2 868 participants （1 605 patients took Chinese medicine decoctions （treatment group）; 1 263 patients took western medicine or placebo）. The results of our meta-analysis revealed that Chinese herbal remedies in the treatment group were more efficacious than the control intervention （relative risk （RR） = 1.27; 95% confidence interval （C/）： 1.18-1.38, P 〈 0.01）. Mini-Mental State Examination scores were higher in patients taking Chinese herbal medicines than in those in the control group （weighted mean difference （WMD） = 2.83; 95%CI： 2.55-3.12, P 〈 0.01）. Patients in the treatment group showed better disease amelioration than those in the control group （Hasegawa Dementia Scale scores; WMD = 2.41, 95%CI： 1.48-3.34, P 〈 0.01）. There were also considerably fewer adverse reactions among those in the treatment group compared with those in the control group （RR = 0.20, 95%CI： 0.08-0.47, P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Chinese herbal medicine appears to be safer and more effective than control measures in the treatment of vascular dementia. However, the included trials were generally low in quality. More well-designed, high-quality trials are needed to provide better evidence for the assessment of the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicines for vascular dementia.

An application of differential interference contrast in metallographic examination

As one of the most exciting inspection and powerful analysis methods in modern materials metallographic examinations, the difference interference contrast (DIC) method has many advantages, including relatively low requirement for specimen preparation, obvious relief senses observed under microscope. Details such as fine structures or defects that are not or barely visible in incident-light bright field, could be easily revealed and thus make materials analysis more reliable. Differential interference contrast produces an image that can be readily manipulated using digital and video imaging techniques to further enhance contrast. But, studies of material metallography based on DIC method have rarely carried out. Based on the fundamental principle of the DIC method combing with the computer image analysis, applications of DIC method in materials metallographic examination were investigated in this study.

FAILURE ANALYSIS AND INSPECTION OF CRACKING OF IN-SERVICE CATALYTIC REGENERATOR

Simultaneous Determination of Trace Lead and Chromium in Water Using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy and Paper Substrate

Toxic metals such as lead and chromium in aqueous solutions have been analyzed simultaneously by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy（LIBS）, in which the ordinary printing paper is used as a liquid absorber which was immerged into Pb（NO3）2and Cr（NO3）3aqueous solution to enrich the heavy metals. This method overcomes the drawbacks of splashing and low sensitivity in ordinary LIBS analysis of water, in which a laser beam is directly focused on a liquid surface. A good signal intensity and reproducibility has been demonstrated. The Pb 405.78 nm and Cr 427.48 nm spectral lines are used as the analytical lines. The variation of line intensity with immersion time was investigated. The calibration curve for quantitative measurement of Pb and Cr in water was established, and the detection limits are 0.033 mg/L and 0.026 mg/L respectively,which is about 2-3 orders of magnitude better than that in the ordinary LIBS analysis of heavy metal in solution.

Isolation and Phylogenetic Analysis of Vibrio ichthyoenteri Strains from Hapalogenys nitens

[ Objective] This study aimed to isolate and identify Vibrio ichthyoenteri strains from diseased Hapalogenys nitens. [ Method] In January 2013, dis- eased H. nitens juveniles from a maricultural farm in Luoyuanwan Bay of Fuzhou City were selected to investigate the incidence, clinical symptoms and pathogenic characteristics. Liver, spleen, kidney and gill of five diseased H. nitens juveniles were collected for bacterial isolation and pure culture to conduct morphological, physiological and biochemical assays, 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. The susceptibility of five strains to 30 kinds of antimicrobial drugs was detected. [ Result] The death of H. nitens juveniles was caused by bacterial infections. The isolated strains fzlyw201301071 and fzlyw201301072 belonged to the same genus as Vibrio ichthyoenteri. Drug susceptibihty test suggested that there were no significant differences in drug sensitivity and resistance among different strains. [ Conclusion] This study provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of diseases in aquaculture animals.
