Analysis of the Current Situation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions in Shaanxi Province

To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.

Demonstration of malaria situation analysis,stratification and planning in Minab District,southern Iran

Objective:To demonstrate malaria situation analysis,stratification and planning for an endemic area in southern Iran.Methods:Data on health system,population,meteorological parameters, malaria cases,anopheline vectors,and control activities during 2005-2007 was obtained from Minab Health Center,Minab Meteorological Station and published documents about malaria elements in the study area.A datasheet was created in excel 2003 for analysis.Results:There were 644 health staff working in Minab District including 99 health staff in malaria control program.The health facilities are distributed as follow:1 hospital with 96 beds,23 health centers including private centers(10 in Minab city and 13 in rural area of Minab District) and 119 health houses in rural areas of Minab District.Anopheles stephensi was the dominant species in Minab District,however,Anopheles dthali,Anopheles superpictus,Anopheles fluviatilis,Anopheles multicolor,Anopheles pulcherrimus and Anopheles turkhudi can also be found in the area. Anopheles stephensi was reported susceptible to malathion,propoxur,primphos-methyl,lambdacyhalothrin permethrin and deltamethrin,and resistant to DDT and dieldrin in the area.During the study period a total of 10 665 positive cases were reported,mainly due to local transmission (99.6%).Plasmodium vivax was the main causative agent followed by Plasmodium falciparum. There were reports about drug resistance of Plasmodium falciparum in the area.Conclusions: Using different parameters,Minab was classified into 3 strata.A plan was designed based on described goal,objectives and targets.The approaches of this plan were categorized into:health education,early detection and correct treatment,and vector control.Main constraints of these approaches are population movement between Iran,Pakistan and Afghanistan;vector control challenges at district,inadequate skilled medical staff in malaria case management and weak inter-sectorial coordination for malaria control,especially in urban areas.

Analysis on Current Situations of Endangered P.intermedius S.Y.Chen

We carried out a general survey of current situations of P.intermedius S.Y.Chen.Results show that P.intermedius S.Y.Chen is distributed in Dongkeng Township,Jingnan Township and Yanxi Township.It covers an area of 262.51 hm2.The distribution areas are narrow and limited.What's worse,it suffers from serious destruction and has been withered in large areas.Besides,according to current introduction test,it is difficult to survive in other places.In accordance with Exploring the Criteria for Endangered Categories of Bamboo Species from China put forward by Ma Naixun et al from the Research Institute of Subtropical Forestry of Chinese Academy of Forestry(RISFCAF),we propose incorporating P.intermedius S.Y.Chen into vulnerable species for protection.

The CDTF-Library is a library in Chinese-German Technical Faculty of Qingdao University of Science and Technology in Qingdao.It is very small in scale.It only occupies an area of 60 square meters with 3 reading seats and 5000 original German books.The resources of German in domestic are relatively few and German resources are too expensive to buy.During the past years,more and more readers made complaints,against the limited resource of audio and video materials,lack of new books,short open time and unsatisfied technical environments.

Analysis and Strategy Research on the Mathematics Learning Situation of the Postgraduate Candidates

This study takes the students who intend to study for graduate students as the research object,and makes a questionnaire survey on the mathematics learning situation and learning platform of the postgraduate candidates.Questionnaires were distributed online and offline,and a total of 326 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on 326 questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current learning situation of mathematics in the postgraduate entrance examination and studies the strategies based on the present situation,which points out the direction for the construction of mathematics learning and communication platform based on the needs of postgraduate entrance examination.

Analysis of Current Situation of Fancy Rope Skipping Curriculum in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning in Sichuan Province

Objective:To understand the research status of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),analyze research hotspots and dynamic frontiers,and provide ideas for the research of COVID-19.Methods:Bibliometrics method was used to retrieve documents related to COVID-19 research through China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Web of Science,Pubmed databases,and the number of literature data,author,country,institution,source,keywords using CiteSpace,SPSS,Excel perform statistical analysis on other aspects,explain the current status and development trend of new coronavirus pneumonia research,and analyze and identify the research hotspots and dynamic frontiers of COVID-19 through the visual presentation of knowledge graph.Results:With the global spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,a large number of studies on COVID-19 have been performed worldwide.In this paper,a total of 7,647 articles were retrieved through a database search,and 5,182 documents that met the criteria were selected for bibliographic analysis,including 2,388 Chinese documents.Articles,2,794 English literature,a total of 94 countries,3,985 institutions,10,339 authors participated in the relevant research of COVID-19,involving 999 kinds of journals,the Chinese scientific research team played a major role in the COVID-19 research,providing an important epidemic situation related research results.Conclusion:The current research focus is primarily on disease recognition,epidemic prevention and control,traditional Chinese medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and epidemiology.

Analysis of a Cold Wave Weather Process in Chengdu in March 2010

[Objective] The aim was to analyze one cold wave weather process in Chengdu in March in 2010.[Method] Based on the NCEP 1°×1° 6 h interval reanalysis data and daily observation data,using synoptic analysis and diagnosis methods,and combining with the cold wave forecast index in spring of Sichuan,a cold wave event covering the whole region between March 21 and 24,2010 was analyzed from the aspects of circulation background,influencing weather systems and weather causation.[Result] Results showed that the 500 high-altitude cold vortex,700-850 hPa low layer shear,and ground cold front were the main systems that influenced this cold wave;there was a ridge from Lake Balkhash across Lake Baikal at 500 hPa.The early stage of the process was controlled by the high pressure ridge and the temperature was increasing obviously.The daily mean temperature was high.The range of cold high pressure was large and the central intensity was 1 043.0 hPa;the cold air was strong and deep which was in accordance with the strong surface temperature reduction center.The strong north airstream of Lake Balkhash to Lake Baikal,ground cold high pressure center intensity changes,north and south ocean pressure and temperature differences,850 hPa temperature changes,cold advection movement route and intensity were considered as reference factors for the forecast of cold wave intensity.[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for improving the forecast ability of cold wave weather.
