To some extent,the phenomenon of"Chinese Cultural Aphasia"is caused by the imbalance of ecological environment of culture in college English teaching.Through questionnaire survey and later interview,this paper further analyzes the status quo of this phenomenon.In order to change the current situation,this paper,from the perspective of cultural ecology,puts forward the countermeasures to solve this problem to vigorously promote our country’s"Culture Exporting"strategy.

Development Status and Industrial Security Countermeasures of Maize Deep-processing Industry in Shandong Province--Based on the Actual Investigation in Five Cities and Counties of Shandong Province

Corn deep processing industry is an important follow-up industry for corn production and processing. Shandong has numerous largescale corn processing enterprises and is one of the fast-growing regions in China for deep processing of corn. The status of production and processing of corn in the major corn-producing areas of Shandong Province such as Dezhou,Liaocheng and Tai'an was investigated on the spot. It was found that the development of the corn industry in Shandong also has many problems,such as the mismatch between corn demand and production areas,the excessively small planting area of special corn and the poor communication between technology and demand,resulting in barriers in technology and raw materials in the production and processing links of corn and making it difficult to form a complete industrial chain system. According to the actual investigation,a highly efficient agricultural industry safety review mechanism was established based on the sound judgement of industrial safety to ensure the safety of the company's development,and at the same time,the interpretation and promotion of the strategy of going abroad was strengthened,so as to provide a full range of information services for corn processing enterprises and help to further develop and optimize the corn industry in Shandong.

Disposing Status and Control Countermeasures of Pesticide Packaging Wastes in Tobacco Producing Area in Yunnan Province

Pesticide packaging wastes pose a serious hazard to the agricultural production environment and the quality of agricultural products. The investigation for 2 consecutive years in Jietou Region of Tengchong County, a major tobacco planting area in Yunan, showed that： ① More than 80% of the pesticides purchased by farmers were used for tobacco cultivation, which was 4 times that of conventional crops planting, and most of the packaging materials were plastic bags; ② The main way for farmers to dispose plastic bags was to burn or discard them in the field garbage collection baskets; ③ In combination with field surveys, an average of 4.54 pieces of pesticide packaging wastes were scattered around every 667 m^2 of tobacco field. In addition, the number reduced significantly after carrying out pesticide packaging wastes recycling and control project at the local smoke station. At the same time, the average number of pesticide packaging wastes in the field collection baskets increased. Therefore, it can effectively control pesticide packaging wastes by changing the type of pesticide packaging, encouraging the establishment of recycling system and strengthening the cognitive training of farmers.

Research on Countermeasures and Development Status of Red Tourism in Shandong

As a new tourism pattern, red tourism develops rapidly in China. In Shandong, not only the red cultural heritage is rich, but also the red tourism resources are rich, but the development is not very successful now. The paper aims at surveying the status of Shandong red tourism, and analyzes the evaluation of tourists on red tourist attractions by the way of market research. The research indicates that red tourism has the problems including improper publicity, single development model and imperfect infrastructures, for which the paper proposes the suggestions such as multi-channel publicity and multi-mode development. The research results of the paper not only provides scientific basis for developing red tourism in Shandong, but also provides reference for practical management on red tourism.

Analysis on Causes of Drug Shortages and Countermeasures

Objective To analyze the causes of drug shortages in China and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Methods Based on the relevant data of 14 provinces that issued the lists of drug shortages from 2018 to 2020,377 kinds of drugs were sorted out first,and then the features of shortage were analyzed descriptively.Finally,the degree and causes of shortage were studied based on field investigation and literature summary.Results and Conclusion Among the drugs in short supply across the country,69.2%of them were listed in the National Medical Insurance Catalogue,37.1%were essential drugs and 26.5%were low-price drugs.They were used for different diseases,and most were for treating nervous system and blood system.There were many reasons for drug shortages.For instance,any problems in supply chain(production,circulation,use)could lead to drug shortages,of which the production accounted for the largest proportion.This paper puts forward targeted measures to solve drug shortages from the aspects of unwillingness and inability of manufacturing enterprises in their production.

Analysis and Research on the Thermal Environment of Subway Stations in Wuhan

With the rapid advancement of urban construction,urban subway construction in China has entered an advanced development stage and the thermal environment of subway stations has become a key factor affecting passengers'thermal comfort.To further understand the actual situation of the thermal environment of subway stations,field measurement and CFD simulation were carried out on a subway station hall in Wuhan from July to August 2021,and the thermal environment changes and influencing factors during subway operation were compared and analyzed.The present situation of the thermal environment in subway stations was analyzed,and some suggestions and measures for improving the thermal environment were put forward.

Relocation Effects on Southern Shaanxi Province with a Case of Nanzheng County, Hanzhong City

Based on field survey and research of Hanzhong, relocation of Nanzheng County was explored and the existing problems were analyzed. Furthermore, the re- gional characters of Nanzheng County were investigated to analyze the feasibility and necessity of relocation with lots of data and evaluation was made on relocation of Nanzheng County. In addition, the existing problems of relocation were concluded and the prospect of the county was discussed, which is of significance for relocation in Nanzheng County and even southern Shaanxi Province.

Through further analysis of green space landscape on Haidian Campus of Hainan University,this paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of its green space landscape, and proposed the strategies for improving campus green space landscape of Hainan University from the perspectives of regionality, ecology and individuality.

Challenge and Perspective of Yangtze River Basin Water Resources Protection

The major faced problems at present in Yangtze river basin are: ① uneffective control in river water pollution threatens seriously the safety of drinking water; ② shrinkage of lake area and serious eutrophication; ③ soil-water losses degraded the ecological environment of the basin; ④ the impact of TGP and S-N water transfer project on water environment of the basin. In the light of above-mentioned problems, water resources utilization strategy must be adjusted and the sustainable social and economic development should be supported by sustainable water resources utilization, and it is necessary to take the following countermeasures: ① establishing overall flood control and disaster relief system; ② developing high water use efficiency agriculture; ③ taking "giving priority to water saving on the basis of pollution control" as urban water resources utilization strategy; ④ implementing comprehensive pollution control strategy with sources control as main point; ⑤ guaranteing water demand of the ecological environment; ⑥implementing the strategy of maintaining water resources supply and demand balance on the basis of water demand management; ⑦ studying countermeasures for the ecological and environmental impacts of trans-basin water transfer and western China devolopment. The key of realization of sustainable water resources utilization is to reform management and investment mechanism of water resources and water price policy. It is the only way to solve the water resources problems in Yangtze river basin as well as the whole China.

Overview on Chinese Historic Conservation Areas and Countermeasures:Technical Analysis Based on the Application Materials of the First Chinese Historic Conservation Areas

This paper establishes two sample databases: a full sample database and a small sample database through data organization and selection on the basis of the application materials of the first Chinese historic conservation areas. Adopting both quantitative and qualitative analytical research methodologies, the paper obtains the status quo of Chinese historic conservation areas and the recently designated historic conservation areas. Based on the data analysis and the overall survey of Chinese historic cities in 2011, it proposes countermeasures for improving the protection of historic conservation areas in the future.
