Fixed assets in universities occupy an important position in university management due to their wide coverage and large amount of money.Due to insufficient funding supply,private universities mainly focus on the allocation and utilization of fixed assets,which reflects the overall characteristics of cautious allocation,maximum utilization,and delayed elimination in the actual management of fixed assets.This article aims to conduct research and analysis on the entire lifecycle process of the allocation,use,and disposal of fixed assets in private universities,summarize the problems existing in the internal control of fixed assets in private universities,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.

Investigation,Analysis,and Countermeasures of College Teachers'Psychological Pressure

Objective:This paper aims to explore the investigation,analysis,and countermeasures of the psychological pressure of college teachers.Method:From March 2023 to May 2023,3266 college teachers in our city were selected as the research objects,and the sources of their psychological stress were analyzed through a questionnaire survey.Results:In this paper,there were 500 cases of education and teaching pressure accounting for 15.31%,600 cases of research pressure accounting for 18.37%,1000 cases of professional title evaluation pressure accounting for 30.62%,and 1266 cases of life pressure accounting for 35.70%.Conclusion:The psychological pressure on teachers in colleges and universities in our city is relatively high,and this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures for this problem.

Problems and countermeasures for land exploitation and utilization in China's development areas

s: The planning area and developing area in China's l29 national and 584 provincial development areas cover 8000 km2 and l500 km2 respectively. By typical field investigations we found that China's development areas have the characteristics of abundant categories, excessive quantities, large scales and dense localities in coastlands, border areas and river banks. And their utilization have 4 features of mainly collecting and occupying agricultural lands, minor rebuilding of old city; mainly taking up cultivated lands, minor exploiting and utilizing barren mountains and bleak sloping lands; collecting and occupying lands at first, utilizing afterwards; using large quantities of lands but obtaining comparatively fewer benefits. According to the analyses, China's development areas can be concluded into one of the four categories: constructed from cultivated lands, reconstructed from old cities, constructed from coastlands and islands, and constructed from barren mountains and desolate sloping lands. Their corresponding problems of unsuitable planning and distribution leaving cultivated lands unused, low remission price and chaotic management measures are analyzed in detail and the countermeasures are put forward. These include planning and distribution the lands in an integrated way, managing all these lands in a unified system. improving the growth pattern of their economy, and advancing their utilization and output ratios.

Control concept and countermeasures for shallow lakes’eutrophication in China

Research on lake eutrophication in China began in the early 1970s,and many lakes in China are now known to be in meso-eutrophic status.Lake eutrophication has been showing a rapidly increasing trend since 2000.Investigations show that the main reasons for lake eutrophication include a fragile lake background environment,excessive nutrient loading into lakes,excessive human activities,ecological degeneration,weak environmental protection awareness,and lax lake management.Major mechanisms resulting from lake eutrophication include nutrient recycling imbalance,major changes in water chemistry(pH,oxygen,and carbon),lake ecosystem imbalance,and algal prevalence in lakes.Some concepts for controlling eutrophication should be persistently proposed,including lake catchment control,combination of pollutant source control with ecological restoration,protection of three important aspects(terrestrial ecology,lake coast zone,and submerged plant),and combination of lake management with regulation.Measures to control lake eutrophication should include pollution source control(i.e.,optimize industrial structural adjustments in the lake catchment,reduce nitrogen and phosphorus emission amounts,and control endogenous pollution)and lake ecological restoration(i.e.establish a zone-lake buffer region and lakeside zone,protect regional vegetation,utilize hydrophytes in renovation technology);countermeasures for lake management should include implementing water quality management,identifying environmental and lake water goals,legislating and formulating laws and regulations to protect lakes,strengthening publicity and the education of people,increasing public awareness through participation in systems and mechanic innovations,establishing lake region management institutions,and ensuring implementation of governance and management measures.
