Capability matchmaking of semantic web services with preconditions and effects

In order to solve the problem that the current matchmaking methods for semantic web service mainly focus on the matchmaking of IO （inputs, outputs） descriptions which may result in one-sidedness, a description-logic-based IOPE （inputs, outputs, preconditions, effects） description and matchmaking method is proposed for semantic web service. The description logic concept is used to annotate service IO and the description logic assertion is employed to describe service PE（preconditions, effects）. TBox subsumption checking is used to measure the subsumption relationship between IO descriptions of service request and advertising; ABox consistency checking is used for checking the logical implication between PE descriptions of service request and advertising. Based upon the logical implication, four kinds of PE matching degrees are proposed to measure and compare the pros and cons of the results of matchmaking. They are the exact, perfect, side-effect and common match. Experiments show that the method has a higher precision rate under the same recall rate compared with the existing method.

Evaluation and Effect of Agro-meteorological Disasters on Agricultural Production in Liaoning Province

Based on statistic data of agricultural production and meteorological disasters in Liaoning Province from 1971 to 2008,the effect weight,disaster rate and variance value of main agro-meteorological disasters including drought,flood,wind,hail and frozen injury were calculated,and the variation characteristic of time series of agro-meteorological disasters was further analyzed,while the grade division and comprehensive evaluation of agro-meteorological disasters were carried out in our paper.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between grain yield and the degree of agro-meteorological disasters,and agro-meteorological disasters were relatively serious in 1989,1997 and 2000,with the reduction of grain yield.Meanwhile,the occurrence frequency of light disasters was highest,accounting for 39% of total years,and the adverse effect of agro-meteorological disasters on agricultural production became more and more severe decade by decade;the effect weight of drought reached 63%,so drought was the main agro-meteorological disaster influencing agricultural production.

Epidemic of Rabies and Effect of Its Vaccine against a Dog That Consecutively Attacked Ten People in One Day

On December 21, 20：10, a stray dog consecutively attacked 10 people in Lengshui Village, Ningyuan County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, China. The dog was killed by the local CDC staff and vicinity villager, its brain tissue sample was taken within 24 h. The epidemic focus was disinfected and the injured people received post exposure prophylaxis （PEP）. Pathogens were detected in the tissue sample by the provincial CDC. The immunity and safety of rabies vaccine were assayed after PEP, the injured people were regularly followed up in the following 2 y and 6 mon.

Solid Solution Sm_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_y and Effect of Quench Temperature on SmBa_2Cu_3O_y

By X-ray powder diffraction technique and oxygen content analysis, a solid solution Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy has been determined in the range 0≤x≤0.4. When x<0.25. the Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy presents orthorhombic symmetry, and the orthorhombic-tetragonaJ transition ocCurs at x = 0.25. With the increase of x, TC decreases and finally breaks. The correlation between ox ygen content and phase structure at different quench temperatures related to Sm Ba2Cu3Oy has been investigated as well

Application of Fuzzy Decision-Making Theory and Conflict-Resolution Method to Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of Industrial Valve

It is not objective to rate the decision-making factors in the traditional failure mode and effect analysis,so fuzzy semantic theory is used in this paper.Six fuzzy semantic scales and their corresponding semantics are summarized,and a defuzzification method is studied to obtain the fuzzy value table of the six fuzzy semantic scales.For the conflicts between experts in the traditional failure mode and effects analysis,a conflict-resolution algorithm is studied to obtain the failure risk order.Finally,a certain type of industrial valve is used as an example to prove the validity of the theory proposed in this paper.

Phenotypic Modulation of Mesangial Cells in Diabetic Rats and Effect of Tujian Mixture (菟箭合剂) on It

Objective: To explore whether there is phenotypic modulation of mesangial cells in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats and study the effect of Tujian Mixture (TJM) on it. Methods: SD rats were divided into the normal control group , the unilateral nephrectomized control group , the STZ induced diabetes mellitus with unilateral nephrectomy model group , the Valsartan treated group (VT group, n=8) and the TJM treated group , rats in the latter two groups were modeled as in the DM group and treated with Valsartan (20 mg/kg·d) and TJM (20g/kg·d) respectively for 12 weeks. The expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and transforming growth factor-β 1 (TGF-β 1) in rats’ glomeruli were observed by immunohistochemistry assay, and the ratio of α-SMA and TGF-β 1 positive area/total glomerule tuft area (SMA/GT and TGF/GT) were analyzed using computer-assisted image analysis software. Results: In the NC and the QC groups, only trace of α-SMA positive staining was found. But there was prominant α-SMA positive staining in glomeruli of the DM group, with SMA/GT and TGF/GT increased significantly , and marked increase of 24 hrs proteinuria excretion ( P<0 01). As compared with the DM group, the three indexes were all significantly lower in the VT and ZY groups , and the lowering of proteinuria was more significant in the ZY group than that in the VT group (P<0 01). Conclusion: The expression of α-SMA in glomeruli in STZ induced diabetic rats with unilateral nephrectomy is pronounced, indicating that phenotypic modulation of mesangial cells involvement in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. TJM and Valsartan can reduce 24 hrs proteinuria excretion, inhibit the phenotypic modulation of mesangial cells and the expression of TGF-β 1 in glomeruli of diabetic rats, and the effect of TJM is more potent than that of Valsartan in lowering urinary protein excretion..

Effect of Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis on Reducing Error Risk of Neonatal Parenteral Nutrition Solution Dispensing

[Objectives]To investigate the effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)on reducing error risk of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution dispensing.[Methods]A research team was established to identify the failure mode(FM)in each link of the formulation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution by HFMEA,quantify the severity(S),occurrence(O)and detection(D)of FM,and evaluate FM by risk priority number(RPN).For FM with the values of RPN>16,failure cause analysis was conducted,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.The weight coefficient and random consistency ratio(CR)of deployment process were calculated in Matlab R2018a by compiling the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)program.Six months after the implementation of improvement measures,the implementation effect was evaluated by comparing the changes of the values of RPN which was evaluated comprehensively and the rate of dispensing errors before and after the implementation of HFMEA.[Results]In the preparation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,a total of 13 FMs with medium and above risk were found,the weight coefficient of medical order review,dosing and mixing was 0.2703,the weight coefficient of drug dispensing check and review was 0.1432,the weight coefficient of print label was 0.1015,the weight coefficient of distribution was 0.0716,and CR=0.0491<0.1.After six months of intervention,the total RPN value decreased by 64.81%from 127.8 to 45.0.The deployment error rates were significantly lower after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]HFMEA can effectively reduce the error risk in preparation of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,improve the quality of dispensing and promote the safety of neonatal medication.

The K Method for Estimating Earthquake Activity Parameters and Effect of the Boundary Uncertainty of the Source Region:Discussion on the Seismic Zoning Method

Two aspects of a new method,which can be used for seismic zoning,are introduced in this paper.On the one hand,the approach to estimate b value and annual activity rate proposed by Kijko and Sellevoll needs to use the earthquake catalogue.The existing earthquake catalogue contains both historical and recent instrumental data sets and it is inadequate to use only one part.Combining the large number of historical events with recent complete records and taking the magnitude uncertainty into account,Kijko’s method gives the maximum likelihood estimation of b value and annual activity rate,which might be more realistic.On the other hand,this method considers the source zone boundary uncertainty in seismic hazard analysis,which means the earthquake activity rate across a boundary of a source zone changes smoothly instead of abruptly and avoids too large a gradient in the calculated results.

Cloning and expression of human arresten gene and effect of its recombinant protein on endothelial cell proliferation

To clone human arresten gene and investigate biological activity of the recombinant protein.Methods Human arresten gene was obtained from the plasmid pGEMArr and subcloned into the BamHⅠ and Pst Ⅰ restriction sites of prokaryotic expression vector pRSET containing T7 promoter.The recombinant plasmid pRSETAN was subsequently transformed into the strain E.coli BL21(DE3),and the target gene was expressed under induction of IPTG.The expressed protein was extracted,purified by Ni 2+ chelation affinity chromatography and refoled.The effect of the recombinant protein on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) was also analyzed with the MTT assay.Results Endonuclease digesting and DNA sequencing confirmed that the arresten gene was correctly inserted into the expression vector.The recombinant protein was hightly expressed in the form of inclusion body in the host bacteria after induction.SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that the recombinant protein with a molecular weight of 26×103 amounted to 27% of the total bacterial proteins.The purity of the expected protein could reach over 96% through affinity chromatography.After renaturation,the recombinant protein could reach over 96% through affinity chromatography.After renaturation,the recombinant protein could significantly suppress proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelia cells(HUVECs) induced by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Conclusion Human arresten gene was successfully cloned into the expression vector pRSET and expressed at high level in Escherichia coli.Purified and refolded arresten protein could effectively inhibit proliferation of vascular endothelia cells.2 refs.

Research on Practical Pathways of Strengthening Labor Education for College and University Students in the New Era

Labor education is an essential component of college and university education that can help students to develop a strong work ethic,acquire practical skills,and better understand the value of work.Strengthening labor education for college and university students is an urgent need of the high-quality development of the society and the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of individuals.This study analyzes the importance of strengthening labor education for college and university students in the new era and proposes four practical pathways which draw on labor courses and campus activities,social practices,scientific research projects,and internships.After implementing these pathways,a survey of 967 students showed that students’understanding and awareness of labor was deepened,their hands-on skills and interests in science and labor practices were improved,and they became more cordially respectful to the working class.Taken together,the exploration and practice of these pathways helps college and university students to recognize their abilities,strengths,and interests,and guides them to form good labor habits that permeate all aspects of their studies and lives.

Research on Innovative Ways of Integrating Aesthetic Education with Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

Aesthetic education and ideological and political education undertake the educational responsibilities of educating people with beauty and cultivating people with morals,respectively.The innovation of aesthetic education and the reform of ideological and political education have common educational goals and target students.Integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education can promote the overall healthy development of students,which has both historical and practical significance.In this paper,the importance and characteristics of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education in colleges and universities are analyzed from multiple dimensions,and four feasible ways of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education are proposed.The latter draws on extracurricular activities,emotional touch,a pleasant aesthetic atmosphere,and educational synergy to improve students’aesthetic literacy and cultivate correct ideological and political concepts among students.A survey of 1,047 students showed that the understanding and acceptance of ideological and political education were strengthened and improved after implementing these innovative integration ways.Taken together,the exploration and practice of these integration ways contribute to expanding the effect of ideological and political education in the new era and constitute important parts of the reform of college and university education in the new journey.

A Fuzzy Probabilistic Influence Diagram Method to Assess Marine Configuration Risk

A risk assessment method for marine configuration based on Fuzzy Probability Influence Diagram （FPID） and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis （FMEA） is established in this paper. Considering the fuzzy characteristic of the two key inputs such as event happening probability and relation probability, the method induces fuzzy probability into the PID risk assessment for marine configuration, where defuzzification is performed using the centroid method to determine the risk at a given grade of a probabilistic item. FMEA as a traditional qualitative analysis method is used to determine the effect factor structure. An application of the presented method for the offshore jacket platform is implemented. The method can be widely applicable although only offshore platform is analyzed here.

安定区退耕还林工程的生态效益评价

生态效益的评价和核算对评价林业生态工程的建设效果至关重要。文章以截止2008年底安定区退耕工程取得的成绩为基础,估算了增加森林在涵养水源、保护土壤、固碳制氧、净化环境、改善小气候、保护生物多样性等方面在退耕期间所产生的生态效益。结果表明:安定区退耕还林工程取得了巨大的生态效益,核算后的总生态价值约为260905.12万元,保护水资源价值为74130.60万元,保育土壤价值为33426.29万元,固碳制氧价值68122.43万元,净化环境价值为2928.06万元,改善小气候价值10291.34万元,保护生物多样性价值72006.4万元。研究结果可为黄土区退耕还林工程建设效益评价提供参考。

Tibb also known as Unani-Tibb,Greco-Arab,Western Holistic,Unani and Persian medicine,is an ancient holistic medical system that originated approximately 10000 years ago,based on the humoral and temperamental theories that was hypothesised by Hippocrates and Galen.The“completeness”of this medical discipline as“a science of medicine-the art of care”was greatly influenced by renowned scholars including Ibn Sina during the 9th and 13th century,who refined the philosophical principles of;physis,temperament,humours,and the six lifestyle factors,of which physis,the body’s natural ability to heal itself,is a primary principle in the maintenance and restoration of health.Tibb as“a science of medicine”is detailed within the context of Ibn Sina’s principle of cause and effect and the“art of care”is highlighted in the holistic and fully integrative approach of Tibb,based on its philosophical principles.The paper concludes with a brief comparison between Tibb and Western medicine.
