Application of BIM+VR Technology in Highway Design and Construction

The application of building information modeling BIM and virtual reality VR has become increasingly popular in highway design and construction,aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of design and construction.BIM and VR technology enable the digital management of expressway design and construction,facilitating a visual,interactive,and immersive operational experience.Using a highway construction project as a case study,this paper illustrates the specific application of BIM+VR technology in highway design and construction.This provides digital,intelligent,and efficient solutions for highway construction ultimately enhancing the quality and efficiency of the design and construction processes.

Construction of Pomegranate Specialized Garden in Hefei Botanical Garden and Analysis on the Application of Pomegranate Varieties

Through an overview of the construction and development process of the pomegranate specialized garden in Hefei Botanical Garden,the collection and application status of the pomegranate varieties in the specialized garden were introduced,and the significance of the construction of the pomegranate specialized garden and the related problems that exist and need to be solved urgently were analyzed.This paper put forward suggestions and solutions for the better application of pomegranate varieties in Hefei,laying a foundation for the later research on pomegranate.

Bibliometric review of visual computing in the construction industry

In the construction area,visuals such as drawings,photos,videos,and 3D models,play a significant role in the design,build and maintenance of a facility,bringing efficiency to generate,transfer,and store information.Advanced visual computing techniques facilitate the understanding of design contents,work plans,and other types of information shared in the construction industry.Automatic visual data collection and analysis provide many possibilities to the construction industry and a large number of works have investigated how visual computing can improve construction management processes and other problems in the construction area.However,a comprehensive literature review is needed.This study uses bibliometric approaches to review the works published to date,and analyses the development of knowledge,significant research results,and trends.The purpose of this study is to help newcomers to this research field understand knowledge structure and formulate research directions,thereby enhancing knowledge development.From this study,it can be concluded that computer vision is a key axis of improvement.Moreover,building information modeling,laser scanning,and other visualizationrelated techniques are also important in advancing the construction area.

Construction and application of oligo-based FISH karyotype of Haynaldia villosa

Haynaldia villosa （L.） Schur （syn. Dasypyrurn villosum （L.） Can- dargy） （2n - 14, genome VV）, a wild relative of wheat, is an impor- tant gene pool for improving wheat quality and disease resistance. Several genes found in H. villosa have been transferred into wheat to improve wheat resistance by the development of alien transloca- tion lines. The seed storage protein loci on chromosome 1V contribute to grain quality （Zhang et al., 2014）.
