Based on the use of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) for meteorological detection in the world, we used the GNSS/MET detection equipment in the meteorological departments of Liaoning Province of China and its data to study and summarize the maintenance methods of GNSS/MET (Global Navigation Satellite System Meteorology) detection equipment and the application of water vapor products in operational systems. The results show that: 1) For GNSS/MET failures, specific inspections and classifications can be performed according to different phenomena;2) The GNSS water vapor measurement station samples every 30 seconds, forming one set of GNSS data every hour, and can detonate the atmospheric precipitation by solving the original data;3) Using the “Navigation Satellite Remote Sensing Water Vapor Application Management System”, the GNSS/MET water vapor products can be directly displayed. We can get the conclusion that GNSS/MET has far-reaching significance for studying the law of atmospheric water vapor changes and enhancing the ability to monitor severe weather such as heavy rain and strong convection. 展开更多

Objective:This paper mainly analyzes the effect of infrared radiation combined with external application nursing on maintenance of vascular access in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 150 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from December 2019 to September 2020 were divided into the conventional group and the study group,75 cases in each group.The conventional group was given external application nursing alone,and the study group was given infrared radiation combined with external application nursing,and the effect on the maintenance of vascular access was counted.Results:After the intervention,the indexes of URR,kt/V and human albumin in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the indexes of β2-mg and MIS in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,P<0.05;The improvement of vascular elasticity and quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Infrared radiation combined with external application of nursing care in hemodialysis patients with vascular access maintenance effect is significant,can effectively improve vascular elasticity. 展开更多

Digital twins have emerged as a promising technology for maintenance applications,enabling organizations to simulate and monitor physical assets to improve their performance.In Operation and Maintenance(O&M),digital twin facilitates the diagnosis and prognosis of critical assets,forming the basis for smart maintenance planning and reducing downtime.However,there is a lack of standardized approaches for the qualifications of digital twins in maintenance,leading to low trustworthiness and limiting its application.This paper proposes a novel framework for the qualifications of digital twins in maintenance based on five pillars,namely fidelity,smartness,timeliness,integration,and standard compliance.We demonstrate the effectiveness of the framework through two case studies,showing how it can be implemented on digital twins for preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance.Our proposed framework can help organizations across different industrial domains develop and implement digital twins in maintenance more effectively and efficiently,leading to significant benefits in terms of cost reduction,performance improvement,and sustainability. 展开更多

Aiming at the characteristic of the dependency between the application components and the application server platform, a rejuvenation strategy with two different levels of rejuvenation granularities is put forward in this paper including the application component reiuvenation and the application server system rejuvenation. The availability and maintenance cost functions are obtained by means of establishing the application server aging model and the boundary condition of the optimal rejuvenation time is analyzed. Theory analysis indicates that the two-level rejuvenation strategy is superior to the traditional single level one. Finally, evaluation experiments are carried out and numerical result shows that compared with the traditional rejuvenation policy, the rejuvenation strategy proposed in this paper can further increase availability of the application server and reduce maintenance cost. 展开更多

Objective:This paper mainly explores the effect of fine management application in maintenance of deep venous indwelling catheter in hemodialysis patients.Methods:150 hemodialysis patients with deep venous catheter indwelling in our hospital from December 2019 to September 2020 were divided into routine group and study group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given fine management nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:After nursing intervention,the incidence of complications in the study group was 14.66%,which was lower than that in the conventional group(53.33%),and the nursing compliance in the study group(98.66%)was higher than that in the conventional group(89.33%),all P<0.05.Conclusion:Fine management plays a significant role in the maintenance of deep venous indwelling catheter in hemodialysis patients,which can reduce the occurrence of complications. 展开更多

Facility management and maintenance of the Thermal-Energy-Storage Air-Conditioning(TES-AC)system is a tedious task at a large scale mainly due to the charging load that can increase energy consumption if needed to be charged at peak hours.Besides,maintenance of TES-AC at a large scale gets complex as it contains many sensor data.By utilizing deep learning techniques on the sensor data,charging load prediction can be made possible,so facility managers can prepare in advance.However,a deep learning-based application will be unusable if it is not deployed in a user-friendly manner where facility managers can benefit from this application.Hence,this research focuses on gathering design guidelines for a deep learning-based application and further validates the design considerations with a developed application for efficient human-computer interaction through qualitative analysis.The approach taken to gather design guidelines demonstrated a positive correlation between expert-suggested features and the user-friendly aspect of the application as 67.08%of participants found the features suggested by experts to be most satisfactory.Furthermore,it evaluates user satisfaction with the advanced developed application for TES-AC according to the gathered design guidelines. 展开更多

目的 观察赋能教育配合无缝隙护理模式预防维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis disease,MHD)患者动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)并发症的价值。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月于福建医科大学附属第二医院东海院区接受MHD... 目的 观察赋能教育配合无缝隙护理模式预防维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis disease,MHD)患者动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)并发症的价值。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月于福建医科大学附属第二医院东海院区接受MHD的280例患者。按收治时间进行分组,其中2021年6月—2022年5月收治的患者纳入对照组(n=140),2022年6月—2023年6月收治的患者纳入研究组(n=140)。对照组行常规护理,研究组在其基础上予以赋能教育配合无缝隙护理。观察2组内瘘闭塞、动脉瘤样扩张情况、AVF发生情况,评估2组患者干预前后的生活质量。结果 干预后,研究组内瘘闭塞发生率、动脉瘤样扩张发生率分别为4.29%、7.86%,低于对照组的10.71%、16.43%(P <0.05)。研究组患者AVF并发症总发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的17.14%(P <0.05)。干预后2组健康、情感以及心理评分均增加,且研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 赋能教育配合无缝隙护理模式能够有效预防MHD患者AVF并发症的发生,同时有利于MHD患者生活质量的提高。 展开更多
