Research on the Innovation of Teaching Mode of the Studio System of Architectural Decoration Majors in Higher Vocational Education under the Perspective of "Integration of Industry and Education"

"Studio system"is a typical teaching mode for architectural design majors at present.This paper adopts the method of theoretical elaboration,combined with the teaching experience of higher vocational architectural decoration majors,and through literature review and summarization,proposed the research on the innovation path for the"studio system"teaching model of the higher vocational architectural decoration major with"work process"at its core and oriented by"project result".

Characteristic Interpretation of Architectural Decoration in Post Tibetan Area: A Case Study of Sakya County

Architectural decoration in Sakya County of post Tibetan area has been included in the treasure house of Tibetan culture and art with its unique charm and characteristics,and it is a wonderful work of Tibetan culture and art.Via the research on temple and residential buildings in Sakya County,taking features of architectural decoration as an opportunity,the style characteristics of decoration of temple and residential buildings in Sakya County are explored.Combining knowledge of color theory,application of architectural decoration in residential houses is explored,and characteristics of architectural decoration in Sakya County are analyzed.

The Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Architectural Decoration Construction Technology Courses Based on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit

With the development of China’s economy,all sectors of society have increasing expectations for the caliber of professionals.As one of their primary roles,higher vocational colleges should cultivate industrial talents with craftsman spirit,in order to supply skilled talents.Taking the course of Architectural Decoration Construction Technology as an example,this paper explores the connotation of craftsman spirit,analyzes the necessity of effective integration and reasonable infiltration of craftsman spirit in the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology,and proposes practical measures of integrating craftsman spirit into the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology.

Application of Facade Decorative Arts of Traditional Architecture in Archaistic Blocks:A Case Study of Shengjinta Food Street in Nanchang City

Architectural decoration is a key demonstration of architectural styles, and traditional Chinese architectural forms originating from diversified architectural decorative arts. This paper explored facade decorative art of traditional architecture from the perspectives of carving art decoration, roof type, stylobate and railing, window and door type, and ground pavement, and also elaborated artistic methods of different forms in each aspect. On the basis of investigating Shengjinta historic and archaistic block, the paper also introduced application of decorative arts, and provided references for applying facade decorative arts of traditional architecture in the future archaistic blocks.

The Historical Information of the Decorative Polychrome Painting in the Hall of Mental Cultivation Complex,Forbidden City

This paper analyses the decorative polychrome painting of architectural members(caihua)that has sur­vived in the Hall of Mental Cultivation(Yangxindian)in the Forbidden City,Beijing.Beginning with the Yongzheng emperor,the Hall of Mental Cultivation was the residence and centre of daily governance for Chinese emperors.Combining information gained through on-site surveys and scaled drawings executed during a recent conservation project with evidence from historical records and other sources,this study finds that the remaining decorative poly­chrome painting can be dated to four different historical phases:the reign of the Jiajing emperor;the late Ming and early Qing dynasties;the reign of the Qianlong emperor;and the late Qing Dynasty and beginning of the Republic of China.It reveals that the designs of decorative polychrome painting on architectural members are closely related to changes in the functions of the buildings and imperial use.As part of an investigative conservation project,the study aims to provide a reliable basis for the conservation and repair work in the next step.
