Generally,when the substitution in arylcyanamide is strongly electron-withdrawing the position of equilibrium would shift toward the isomer of 1-aryl-5-amino-1H-tetrazole(B) and as the electron-donating of substituent increased,the position of equilibrium is shifted toward the isomer of 5-arylamino-1H-tetrazole(A).The present methodology offers several advantages,such as excellent yields,short reaction times,easy work-up and greener conditions.展开更多

A series of iron(III)-containing imidazolium salts of the general formula [DRim][FeX 4 ] (R=2,6-diisopropylphenyl, IPr, X=Cl, 1; R=IPr, X=Br, 2; R=tertbutyl, t Bu, X=Cl, 3; R=isopropyl, i Pr, X=Cl, 4; R=benzyl, Bn, X=...A series of iron(III)-containing imidazolium salts of the general formula [DRim][FeX 4 ] (R=2,6-diisopropylphenyl, IPr, X=Cl, 1; R=IPr, X=Br, 2; R=tertbutyl, t Bu, X=Cl, 3; R=isopropyl, i Pr, X=Cl, 4; R=benzyl, Bn, X=Cl, 5; R=Bn, X=Br, 6) have been prepared in high yields via reactions of anhydrous ferric halides with equivalent of the corresponding N,N-dihydro- carby-limidazolium halides, where 2-6 are novel ones. All of the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, Raman spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography for 1 and 2. All of them were non-hygroscopic and air-stable, with four of them existing as solids (1-4) and two as liquids (5 and 6) at room temperature. A preliminary catalytic study on the coupling of 4-tolylmagnesium bromide with cyclohexyl bromide revealed that 1 and 3 possessed the highest activity. A doub...A novel exonuclease protection mediated PCR assay (EPM-PCR) to detect the interaction of protein and DNA at a dioxin-responsive enhancer (DRE) upstream of the CYP1A1 gene in rat hepatic cytosol was established. A double-stranded DNA fragment containing two binding sites was designed and incubated with the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) transformed by 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p dioxin (TCDD) to generate TCDD:AhR:DNA complex which could protect receptor-binding DNA against exonuclease Ⅲ (Exo Ⅲ) digestion. With ExoⅢ treatment, free DNAs were digested and receptor-bound DNAs remained that could be amplified by PCR. By agarose gel electrophoreses a clear band (285bp) was detected using TCDD-treated sample, while nothing with control samples. To detect transformed AhR-DRE complex, 2 fmol DNAs and 3 ug cytosol proteins were found to be sufficient in the experiment. Compared with gel retardation assay, this new method is more sensitive for monitoring the Ah receptor-enhancer interaction without radioactive pollution.展开更多
