Small industrial clusters become the root cause of the important characteristics in today’s world economic development and so to speak, with the international competitiveness of industry cluster, which is the important guarantee of stay ahead in the developed countries and districts, the basic carrier of developing countries play a comparative advantage is the basis of transition countries achieve success across the industry. Under the impetus of the practice of the industrial cluster, constantly enrich and deepen the industrial cluster theory, formed the theoretical system of the system. Our research combines the theory of the micro business environment to propose the new business pattern that is meaningful.

Business Process Dynamic Reengineering Technology Based on Mode

To ensure the efficiency and quality of complex business process design,a mode-based dynamic business process reengineering approach is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the composition of business process is divided into five levels.Business process modes from three levels of mission,content and resource are defined,and the transition relationships between modes are given.Secondly,the architecture model of business process is defined based on the architecture analysis and design language(AADL).The dynamic reengineering framework and implementation procedure are designed.Finally,the AADL architecture models are analyzed and verified to evaluate the business process performance,and a blueprint for reengineering is formulated.Under the guidance of the blueprint,the detailed design and development of attributes such as business processes,activities,resources and cost are completed.Case studies are presented to validate that the mode analysis and dynamic reengineering approach based on the AADL architecture is able to improve the efficiency,reliability and reusability of business process design.

With the rapid development of information technology, it appears that a single online channel or a single offline is not able to meet the consumers＇ shopping needs, the enterprises will have a better development only by making the online and offline channels be in fusion and promote each other. This paper will combine the general business modes with corporate channel integration pattern, build out different forms of the market mode including market, enterprise and customers basing on different influence level, and analyze out the enterprise how to implement the business mode of integration basing on the influence factors under the background of different business modes, then apply the corresponding O2O process to the mode, so as to broaden the enterprise selling channels for a better development.

Waterfowl industry is an essential part of modern agricultural industry system.Enterprises and breeding farmers in waterfowl industry are new agricultural business entities,backbones for development of waterfowl industry,and main undertakers of business risks and major promoters of industry development.From the survey and analysis of several enterprises,farmers and business organizational form of waterfowl industry,it concluded that the business organizational form and the relationship between interested parties exert great influence on the development of waterfowl industry.According to these,it came up recommendations including optimizing business organizational form and reasonably selecting logistics mode according to profits and risks of business entities in the industry chain and main points of input and technological progress,in the hope of helping enterprises to resist risks,conduct scientific management,so as to promote stable development of waterfowl industry.

以河钢集团为例,通过对企业具体实践的详细考察,总结企业推动科技创新的微观机制,可以为有效支持企业科技创新、加快建设国家创新体系、推动我国高质量发展提供参考。在钢铁行业供求失衡矛盾凸显的形势下,河钢集团逐步压减传统钢铁产品产能,培育以自主创新为基础的竞争优势,主动寻求经营理念变革、管理模式创新、产品结构转型与生产技术升级,走出一条钢铁企业的创新发展道路。基于河钢集团的案例考察可以发现,科技创新是一项复杂的系统工程,对于企业而言,科技创新既不能完全依靠政府的支持政策,也不能仅是局限于产品与技术创新,而是需要从经营理念到管理模式,再到产品与技术,进行全方位变革。

项目式学习模式在高校商务英语教学中的应用研究

高校商务英语教学中运用项目式学习模式,可以引导学生积极参与课堂,调动学生主动性,培育学生在商务英语学习中的实践能力。相比于以课文学习为主的传统学习模式,项目式学习模式可以在商务英语教学中引入真实的项目,从而完善人才培养教学环节,提高商务英语教学水平。鉴于此,本文简要概述项目式学习模式的理论依据、主要方法,分析该模式在应用中的困惑,提出做好项目准备工作、促进项目有效实施、加强项目评价总结等应用策略。

多层次信任、角色冲突与C2C微商买方购买决策:“差序格局”视角的研究

鉴于C2C微商购物的本土背景和社交网络特点,从差序格局的角度探讨在买卖双方不同类型的初始社交关系中,不同层次的信任对买方购买意愿的影响,以及买方感知的角色冲突对其购买意愿与购买行为关系的调节作用。研究发现,买卖双方初始关系为拟家人时,人际信任对买方购买意愿具有显著促进作用,而圈子信任与制度信任的影响作用不显著;熟人类别时,3个层次的信任无显著差异,均可显著促进购买意愿;生人类别时,只有制度信任显著促进购买意愿,而人际信任与圈子信任的作用不显著。买卖双方关系发展路径是“先商后友”和“先友后商”情境下,买方感知角色冲突对购买意愿和购买行为的关系分别具有负向与正向的调节作用。研究发现丰富和拓展了网络营销理论与信任理论研究文献,推进了营销学研究的本土化,并为C2C微商卖方提升绩效提供了管理建议。

国际商务硕士CDIO人才培养模式探索——以华南师范大学为例

培养具有国际视野、拥有创新能力的复合型人才,是全球化背景下高校创新人才培养的重要导向。对此,在“双一流”视域下,以华南师范大学国际商务硕士培养为例,引入构思(C)、设计(D)、实施(I)、运行(O)的CDIO理念,重点从课程体系、师资结构、教学模式、评价体系四方面构建创新人才培养模式框架并提出优化建议,以期为创新人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
