It includes user manageme...In order to enhance the intelligent level of system and improve the interaetivity with other systems, a knowledge and XML based computer aided process planning (CAPP) system is implemented. It includes user management, bill of materials(BOM) management, knowledge based process planning, knowledge management and database maintaining sub-systems. This kind of nesting knowledge representation method the system provided can represent complicated arithmetic and logical relationship to deal with process planning tasks. With the representation and manipulation of XML based technological file, the system solves some important problems in web environment such as information interactive efficiency and refreshing of web page. The CAPP system is written in ASP VBScript, JavaScript, Visual C++ languages and Oracle database. At present, the CAPP system is running in Shenyang Machine Tools. The functions of it meet the requirements of enterprise production.展开更多
Aiming at the limitations of the existing knowledge representations in intelligent detection,a novel extension-based knowledge representation(EKR) is proposed.The definitions,grammar rules,and formal semantics of EKR ...Aiming at the limitations of the existing knowledge representations in intelligent detection,a novel extension-based knowledge representation(EKR) is proposed.The definitions,grammar rules,and formal semantics of EKR are presented.A rhombus solving strategy(RSS) based on EKR is discussed in detail,including creation of the problem oriented model,extension operator,the solution formation of contradictions problem and extended inference of matter-element.A knowledge base system based on EKR and RSS is developed,which is applied in intelligent detection in the Dendrobium huoshanense photosynthesis process(DHPP).More reasonable results are obtained than traditional rule-based system.The EKR is feasible in intelligent detection to solve the limitations of traditional knowledge representations.展开更多

A modification of the transbasal approach of Dorome called extensive subfrontal approach and the surgical results with this approach in 22 cases are presented. Bilateral frontal craniotomies incorporated with the remo...A modification of the transbasal approach of Dorome called extensive subfrontal approach and the surgical results with this approach in 22 cases are presented. Bilateral frontal craniotomies incorporated with the removal of orbital ridges and part of the orbital roofs were fashioned en bloc. It may give rise to good exposure of the midline lesions of the anterior, middle and posterior skull base, minimizing the need for the retraction of frontal lobes. There was no surgical mortality in this series of cases. Of the 20 cases with tumors, total resections were achieved in 11 cases, subtotal or large resections in 4 cases and partial resection in one case. Two patients with spontaneous rhinorrhea were successively treated surgically, 21 patients had a follow-up with a time ranging from 1-11 years (a mean of 3 years). 15 patients resumed their jobs with no evidence of recurrence of the original disease, and 5 patients able to live self-care. One patient with an olfactory neuroblastoma died 3 years after the operation owing to relapse of the tumor.展开更多
The identification of tissue origin of body fluid can provide clues and evidence for criminal case investigations.To establish an efficient method for identifying body fluid in forensic cases,eight novel body fluid-sp...The identification of tissue origin of body fluid can provide clues and evidence for criminal case investigations.To establish an efficient method for identifying body fluid in forensic cases,eight novel body fluid-specific DNA methylation markers were selected in this study,and a multiplex single base extension reaction(SNaPshot)system for these markers was constructed for the identification of five common body fluids(venous blood,saliva,menstrual blood,vaginal fluid,and semen).The results indicated that the in-house system showed good species specificity,sensitivity,and ability to identify mixed biological samples.At the same time,an artificial body fluid prediction model and two machine learning prediction models based on the support vector machine(SVM)and random forest(RF)algorithms were constructed using previous research data,and these models were validated using the detection data obtained in this study(n=95).The accuracy of the prediction model based on experience was 95.79%;the prediction accuracy of the SVM prediction model was 100.00%for four kinds of body fluids except saliva(96.84%);and the prediction accuracy of the RF prediction model was 100.00%for all five kinds of body fluids.In conclusion,the in-house SNaPshot system and RF prediction model could achieve accurate tissue origin identification of body fluids.展开更多
