Operational Problems and Countermeasures of Public Elective Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Based on the Perspective of Academic Affairs Management:Taking Guangdong C Vocational College as an Example

With the vigorous development of higher vocational education,public elective courses,as one of the core components of the higher vocational curriculum system,occupy a pivotal position.Based on the perspective of academic affairs management and taking Guangdong C Vocational College as an example,this paper meticulously analyzes the operational problems in the declaration,setting,teaching,and management of public elective courses through questionnaire surveys and other methods.It also puts forward a series of targeted solutions,with a view to continuously improving the teaching quality and management level of public elective courses.

Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

Research on the Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Teaching Competition

Firstly, the paper analyzes the value of teaching competition in the process of teaching reform and practice of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, which mainly includes sharing the teaching experience of ideological and political teachers, facilitating the ideological and political teachers to learn from the professional education elements appearing in the follow-up teaching, and contributing to the creation of an active and active teaching atmosphere. Secondly, it analyzes the educational principles that ideological and political teachers should adhere to in the teaching competition, including focusing on the principle of the unity of education leading and subjectivity, strengthening the principle of unity of content and form, and effectively implementing the principle of combining document spirit with subject characteristics. Thirdly, it points out the problems that need to be paid attention to in the ideological and political course teaching of higher vocational colleges based on the teaching competition in the current stage, including the topic selection problem, the attraction of competition teaching, and the standardization and institutionalization of the coordination of competition teaching organization. Empirical Research on the Status Quo of Teachers of Common Required Courses in Vocational Higher Education Institutions

In order to build a high-quality team of teachers in vocational higher education institutions, and investigate the current situation of teachers of common required courses in vocational higher education institutions of Hainan Province, an empirical research is conducted. A questionnaire survey was carried out in aspects of satisfaction of teaching and scientific research, professional quality, work saturation and teacher’s job satisfaction. The research results shows that the professional quality of teachers of common required courses cannot significantly influence the satisfaction of teaching and scientific research;Job saturation can positively influence teaching and research satisfaction;teaching and research satisfaction can positively influence teachers’ job satisfaction.

高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系构建研究

课程思政效果评价作为学校课程思政建设的关键环节,为提升育人质量提供重要的实践反馈和策略指向。分析高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的现状,发现其存在评价指标不够科学、评价方法单一及评价结果缺乏实践应用等现实困境。针对其困境,构建了以学生为中心,以校内评价为内环,校外评价为外环的评价主体模型,并从认知、情感、价值和行为4个维度出发,构建了包含认知提升、情感认同、价值取向、行为塑造4个一级指标,18个二级指标的高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价指标体系,并对体系的各指标进行赋值,为高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的构建与完善提供借鉴参考。

新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状调查研究——基于六省(市)的实证分析

为深入了解高职院校落实《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》等中央文件情况,掌握高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状,在全国六个省(市)高职院校开展调研,结果显示,高职院校在全面领导思政课教师队伍建设、建立常态化思政课教研机制等四个方面取得实效,但仍然存在思政课教师教材使用不规范、马克思主义学院等二级机构设置不规范、思政课教师准入与退出机制不健全、思政课教师企业实践活力不足等突出问题。基于调查,着重从统一编写高职院校思政课选修课教材、建立院企党组织“手拉手”工作机制等四个方面提出参考性建议。

高职院校财经类通识课“课程思政”的建设路径

高职院校财经类通识教育立足课程思政、课程思政融入通识课程开展隐性教育,体现了“立德树人”与“全人教育”一致性的育人理念。当前,高职财经类通识课存在着“去价值化”“弱实践性”等突出问题,亟待通过推进课程思政建设予以解决。结合高职院校实际特点,提出财经类通识课课程思政建设需要明确课程定位与特点、课程思政的建设原则、思政要素的设计依据,在教学规范流程中重构教学内容、在教学场景搭建中建立叙事对话、在教学评价中促进情感价值内化,形成财经知识传授与价值观融入的协同路径,加快高职院校财经通识课课程思政的建设步伐。
